Between spacious interior with every useful room, and great courtyard, & HHT, and upstairs apartment, And excellent land, with olive trees and stream, And those views, And within walking, or staggering distance home from town, after restaurant or bar visits 😜, Barrilliant! 👏And the others all fine too, depending on your preferences. And not a bad drive to Adriatic beaches, Montesilvano, Pescara. And a heap of fun and laughs as uszh. 😁🤣😁. I'm always perplexed at the Italians need for an eat-in kitchen -- no matter how small the kitchen is, they cram a table and chairs in there. Anyway island in the kitchen is a good call.
