1 ounce of Bifen will treat 1000 square feet. 16 ounces will treat 16,000 square feet. I use 2oz in my Ortho hose end sprayer filled with water to treat my whole yard. The excess water will evaporate or soak in and your still left with the same amount of the Bifen on your lawn. If you take 1 aspirin with a glass of water or gallon of water it won't make a difference, your body is still absorbing the same amount of aspirin.

The jug on the left (Talstar P) is already 50/50 mix of water and Talstar P.. I could have poured that straight into the sprayer at 2oz per gallon setting.. The Bifen I/T in jug on right was full strength.. That's what I mixed in sprayer with water.. 16oz Bifen/16oz water at 2oz per gallon setting..

yes.. 50/50 mix water/insecticide thins it out so sprayer won't clog up..
