Spot on! You cannot tell the outcome of the product straight after injection. I am using a product at the moment, but feel after the swelling has gone down, the product isn't fulfilling the requirement.
Another great informative video . Thank you Dr Pearce ! I love to use the cannula on my patients . Did you ever do any videos on needle vs cannula for the lip augmentation and the different aspects of procedures with both? If you did let me know . Thank you so much .. also most of my male patients won’t a feminine lip. So I feel I’m constantly doing a female lip procedure but I do use less..
Most men want to have a fully body of the lip and less contour, we like cannula in the lip for a man but really depends on the individual. We don’t often put filler in their vermillion boarder or strengthen the Cupid’s bow as this is more a feminine trait but if we do less is more. Thank you for the question. Kind regards Mary - clinical advisor for Dr Tim.
Hi, really impressed with everything you explain in details... Im currently having Juvederm ultra smile in my lips as always want the more natural results, of course also depending on the injector. However i noticed my lipps swell sometimes which is probably because of the water retention for this brand.. Im going to dissolve and really dont know if Volbella would be the better choice or Teoxane rha2/3... Please help
Hi do you know why when doing lip filler with a cannula sometimes when inserting with the entry point needle the plastic part fills with blood? Not all the time but on some occasions I’ve noticed. Am I in an artery ? Thanks x Great informative video as always 🙌🏼
Must admit... I'm curious why Dr Pearce doesn't have botox himself. Not a bad thing. Just seems like every neuromodulator injector on earth also gets injections themselves lol

So glad i found your channel! Thank you!
Will you be able to see superficial arteries in the lips with a vein finder? I’m trying to see if it’s worth buying?

You could certainly be either in a vein or artery. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
😊
Do U ever consider lip surgery? Meaning you reshape the lip surgically, before U do any of these injection procedures?

I do sometimes- I find on videos without eyebrow movement I don't look as interested... frown is simpler.
No frown there at all. So there’s the answer.
Helps with patient face to face. I get better client feedback when my frown is stopped 🤣
