Thanks Dr. Pearce. I would love it if you do more videos like this, focusing on one injection point. I am really thankful for your content. Greetings from Germany.
The hippo metaphor was brilliant. The aesthetic industry is a unique branch of the medical field. It therefore requires a unique style of teaching. Dr. Tim you have continued to improve your teaching skills over the years. You are a true value to the profession of aesthetics. 😢
There is so much value in this post!!! Thank you Dr Tim! I’ve always trusted palpation here over anything. While palpating a zygoma and the arch in a training environment I asked the model were you in an accident? And she said yes she was kicked by a horse in her cheek. Upon palpation there was a massive dip in the zygomatic arch and you could feel trauma. She’s been a model for years and no one had ever revealed that or discussed it with her… Also using the needle tip as a tool is some thing I found to be as extremely great value as my injections have gotten better. this free advice here is solid gold!
This is outstanding. I love the way you look at anatomy and how it integrates with beauty and technique. I think it would be great if you took this "focused lecture" approach into other areas: temples, chin, jaw, perioral, and of course, lips....but I know the lips have become a discipline all on their own (as they should). Bravo! I especially like the part where you break the zygomatic arch into 4 quadrants and talked about what would happen if you were "off" in any direction. Probably the most potent and effective education I have had in a while. Words cannot express my gratitude. --Sundance
This was SOOOOOO helpful. As a new injector I am always looking for more information especially how to mark the face for proper placement of fillers! Thank you(:
You were truly an amazing lecturer. Clear , precise and Extremly easy to go along with. Thank you. You should be at the The CCR conferences. Most thankful for this. Brigid
Thank you so much for this. This is the best video I’ve ever seen on these subjects and its where I go wrong. Its so hard to know where to place filler to rectify facial symmetry. Its given me confidence and motivation to learn more. I have a starting block now. thank you soooooo much ❤️ xx
Very helpful indeed to have focused on one injection point. I think the best video I’ve watched from your series for this precise reason. Thank you Dr Pearce.
I was just about to write that it was MOST HELPFUL to have you focus on every aspect of injecting in one area so thoroughly. I feel confident to inject my own cheeks again. 😊
@@DrTimPearce but please don't 🙏🏼 your information is used by us medical professionals all over the world 🙏🏼 Your knowledge and skill has surpassed every other I have seen. Thank you Tim and of course lovely Miranda 🤗🙇🏼♀️
I'm actually a patient, and it was very helpful in understanding why my injector works in the way she does. I was most interested in the injecting of the apple potentially creating a fallen look, as I was going to ask her to do that very thing on my next visit, lol!
I appreciate this video. It’s much easier - for me - to absorb the information when focusing on one point. I’d like to see more like this, it was very helpful. 👍
Absolutely loved this. Thanks so much. Would definitely welcome more videos aimed on a specific area, injection point. So easy to follow and loved how you informed how to determine if the injection points were wrong 😊
This was a perfect fit for the info you have already given i've been looking for information how to recreate. The o g curve. This touches on it quite a bit but I would love it if you could treat someone that is a need of this. I saw that miranda is a great example of this but maybe you could show someone who want a more dramatic end result. But specifically if you were to this on a woman with major mid face deficits. Including the hollow that forms at the ligament at tear trough and follows the masseter all the way to thr jawline i would. Love to see what you do with the patient that has severe facial atrophy in this area all the way to the chin. Its very difficult to find the courage to leave the house every day.Especially when you have minimal funds to tackle the issue.I need to know what is the best possible treatment option so that I don't waste any money i do know that sculptra is a good one.And I am in the process of using that. Althought it doesnt work well for mid to lower face. Wondering about radiesse for the OHGEE CURVE
Thank you so much !!! Yes plz, more videos on each area 🙏 really helpful! I have a question Dr.Tim. One of my client said to me today, that previous place, where she had her fillers done, saved her filler left over for next touch up procedure 😯. Is this is even possible? I think this is the best place for bacteria to grow 😑
Thank you for the time and effort you put in with this well-structured presentation So very useful. May I ask about the volumes you administer at the injection points and your preference of h.a filler?
Hi! Love it! More videos on every detail. Suddenly everything look so logical. I thougt you said anterior is more maskulin. Is anterior injection makes apples cheeks? Isn’t that female look? Help me understand. Anna from Sweden 🌸
Thanks for the info. Question for you. I've been injecting (with a cannula).. trying to visualize the anatomy. starting from the anterior cheek, among for the zygoma. Popping through 2 thin fatheads(I think) and then there is a very small space between the muscles where I can feel the cannula on bone. I advance superior and I think my tip is just under the attachment of the elevators and the masseteric ligament.? I feel like it lifts the jowls quite a bit although I can't always get to the spot with every patient. What do you think is going on in this situation?
Really learned a lot from this video. What is your advice for people who suffer with malar bags? Can cheek fillers help to smooth the apple area to disguise the obvious line of water retention and if so where would you inject?
What do you suggest when cheek filler makes the tear troughs look more hollow and skeletal. It’s very hard to find anyone that is willing to inject tear troughs wear in am. Can the zygomatic arch be injected somewhat differently to avoid this? Thank you.
I usually do inject on the bone, except where the bone is tapering off into high-risk areas- inferior to the zygoma where I inject in the fat. Cannula is less likely to get into a vessel, but filler ends up more superficially and less stable imho.
What size needles do you use? Often my needles cannot be seen when I touch the bone so I would find difficult to see/ feel in which direction it goes, Any tips?
Thank you doctor, your explanation is beautiful. Can you write your words at the bottom of the screen? I am from an Arab country, and your words are too fast for me. I need time to understand them ❤

What about injection in the nasal labial fold near nose and under fat loss from working out

Would you use a cannula along the zygomatic arch?
Please do more videos on single injection points ❤
Very helpful thank you
As ever .......brilliant
Can I ask why you don't inject cheeks directly on the bone or use a cannula?
