  • Older lips are harder to treat. In this week's show, Dr Tim addresses the differing psychological, aesthetic and anatomical approach you should take with your older lip and upper-lip-line patients.
He shows us how to avoid the Homer Simpson look older patients dread, and explains the process of glycation that can lead injectors to choose the wrong lip treatment. Dr Tim also shares his preferred injection techniques and brand of filler for older patients' lips and upper-lip-lines.

May this message richly bless you and yours as it has bless me.
Many profess believers of Jesus Christ believe that the fourth commandment to keep the Sabbath holy was nailed to the cross and that we no longer have to keep it, while still embracing the other nine commands. Do you believe this too?
The Bible says in revelation 22:14, “ Blessed are they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life and may enter in through the gates into the city.” Ask yourself this question: which one or ones of the following Ten Commandments do Jesus wants us to keep and obey?
      1. Thou shalt not have no other gods before me.
      2. Thou shalt not make or bow down to gpl raven image.
      3. Thou shalt not take the name of God in vain.
      4. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.
      5. Honor thy father and thy mother.
      6. Thou shalt not kill.
      7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.
      8. Thou shalt not steal.
      9. Thou shalt not bear false witness.
      10. Thou shalt not covet.
      Answer_________________
The Sabbath command is not only to be kept but it is to be calculated by the Time/calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14. The sun, moon and stars are God’s True Time/calendar not that famous Gregorian calendar hanging on our walls in our houses.
This split in God’s law must be repaired!! All of God’s laws, statutes, judgments and testimonies are just and true! We must do things God’s way or else we will be worshipping him in vain. There will be no good reward.
God may allow the people that rules this world to enforce some type of Sabbath law to test people to see if they will keep His law or no.
Already, there are Sabbath laws/blue laws/Sunday laws on government books today.
Friday is not the true Sabbath. Saturday is not the true Sabbath. Sunday is not the true Sabbath, etc., because they are calculated by man’s time/calendars.
The true Sabbath is calculated by the sun, moon and stars. So, do your research on what you have read in this letter.
This information is helpful both now and future because we need to get back to God’s ways and if God should allow man to enforce a “Sabbath Test.” If such a test is allowed, may we choose wisely.
Let us seriously repent of our evil ways, stop worshiping other gods, talking about one another, stealing, killing, lying, fornicating, adultery, disobedient to parents, etc., etc., etc.
Let us seek God, read our bibles, memorize His commandments and do them, For God’s Kingdom is coming!! Repent! Repent! Repent!
Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea. This Babylonian system is falling, the Powers in charge are aware of this fact but they cannot stop it. Their time is coming to an end! Our time is coming to an end!
If any worship the beast and his image and receive his mark, the same shall have no rest day or night and they shall be burnt with fire and brimstone. Revelation 13 and 14. Deuteronomy 5 Isaiah 58:12-14.
Also, research the “Seven Noahide Laws.” I have heard that these are Jewish laws taken from their book, “Talmud.” The first law forbids idolatry and according to Jewish writings, to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. I have also heard that some of the USA presidents have signed this law under “Education.” and it is planned to be unleashed on all nations in the future. So, Research and see if these things be truth.
May The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you that believe.

This video is very important. The majority of videos about lip fillers here is about very young people who actually would not need it as badly as mature people. The things you mention here are not addressed enough. So, thank you for effort and uploading it. It also is so important because a face lift would not address small lips. The patient needs to learn that the personal routine has to change and they need to be educated to use home treatments to have a beautiful skin. There is not such a thing "one fix it all". They have to make a constant effort. if they want to improve their appearance. It changes the way the bathroom would be organized which means it changes the way you live. I discussed this a lot and figured that many patients do not want to got that far in the first moment. They first come to you and think they do some treatment and everything is fine again. Only if they come back they learn step by step that they have to integrate some treatments into they daily life. - that is my experience.

Unfortunately we can not comment regarding courses that are available to you in Denmark but we do offer the Mastery Programme to all medical professionals no matter what stage they are at in their aesthetic career. We have many professionals from all over the world in this programme which covers 7 practical days over here in the UK. Many over seas guys stay for a short week to get a couple under their belt before goi home and practicing what they have learnt. Along side 10 e-learning courses, key mentorship and coaching with Dr Tim himself. It’s an amazing course and would advocate it if I hadn’t done it myself!

I am 48 and I got lip filler for the first time. After the first three days the inflammation went away and my lips looked great but the filler was all gone by day 20… The nurse who did it couldn’t believe it she’s never seen that before. Suggestions

    • @cynthiawebb1792
      @cynthiawebb1792 Рік тому +1

48 year old lips cannot be augmented like 25 year old lips. That being said, I don’t know how you presented pre treatment, however, I can assume at 48 years old, you have had structural changes and volume loss. Both should be treated separately and in more than one appointment as Dr. Pearce discussed. If your injector’s objective was to achieve volume without addressing structure first, then yes, after initial inflammation settles down, you will not see much improvement. Structure is the “support” or “framing” for volume placement. It’s important to find a practitioner that has experience injecting mature faces. The techniques and products used are very different. BTW I am an experienced injector, aged 58 with a mature patient population 35+.

I have done lip filler twice but it was gone both times after 4 weeks. How can this happen?

    • @DrTimPearce
      @DrTimPearce  Рік тому

Sometimes it’s the choice of filler, too soft to notice once all is settles. For some people it can be due to metabolism and others product placement. And sometimes some are just used to what they see and no longer see the result.
I can’t be sure with your case I’m afraid.

Great video but calling the more elderly patients old dears is a real no no. I work in the NHS and can assure you these words are offensive to most people. Check your CQC guidelines. More mature patients is really the better way to go. The word dear is just patronising beyond belief.

    • @sarahterry2140

  • @trudyinarizona

So what he eventually says is you’ve got three levels for injecting. If you don’t do all of them it looks weird. The wrinkles are the last. If they’re bad it’s not possible to look suble. So you either put a lot a little at a time or save your money and just except the way they are if you have this kind of money to blow and you’re not a smoker, I guess you could try it. Otherwise they’re gonna look out of proportion to the rest of your face and you’ll have to keep pumping your entire face overtime.

The other thing that is super important are the nostrils. The nostrils should always be hidden, and with age the alar part of the nose widens probably because of lack bone support+cartilage hypertrophy, they must be made smaller+hidden. Forget about the dorsum and length of the nose, another misconception. Noses with a bit of a hump and rather long noses always are more beautiful because straight=sharp, sharp=ugly and old, very sick people get nose sharpened, babies have adorable cushion like nose dorsums. And the longer a nose is the shorter a lower face is= YOUNG, and the longer a mid face is= YOUNG. So unless the nose is very very long and the hump gigantic, it shouldn't be touched. And if so, then shorten it a little bit and the hump be made a bit smaller by a little shaving, BUT NOT STRAIGHTENED, straightened= masculine and old. Also forget about nose tip drip, it doesn't add any ugliness and actually is a little bit advantageous, it lengthens a bit the nose= longer mid face, shorter lower face= YOUNGER, FEMENINE AND BEAUTIFUL.
I don't know why but quite often I find people's ideas about facial rejuvenation to be not only not correct, BUT THAT THE EXACT OPPOSITE IS CORRECT, and I feel nobody notices. I take any given assumption, I check the exact opposite and find the truth THERE.
