@@OliverSjostrom any modifications for the overhead press that can be done on the ground, or on your back. I have an issue with shoulders and then my neck extends, which causes even more pain. Thanks!!
Vaya al fin volvio con las rutinas con pesas y pues bueno a mi me parece que las rutinas cuando sean con mancuernas pues deberian durar mas dd 20min. Por lo menos 30min y asi .
