      Nope you’re wrong. +10% lol! What’re u smoking? Lincoln itself reports sales for 2018 YOY are down -6.8%.
      In fact, every single Lincoln sans navigator was down. ~3 to 27% depending on model. And navigator sales should be up given the much needed redesign...they couldn’t have gotten much worse.
      Lincoln yearly sales;
      2018 - 103,587
      2017 - 111,159
      For comparison, let’s look at yearly sales in 2015...101,257....yeah so not much of an increase from ‘15 to ‘18 sales. And that’s WITH a new continental and redesigned mkx that debuted AFTER 2015.
      Tell me again how Lincoln sales have increased substantially?

    Why people keep complaining about the center stack is beyond me! It's awesome! Same thing in my 2016 MKX and my wife and I love it! Once you have deers you could never go back! Nothing else in the class have this! I don't think it has a 12.2 inch display though LOL We Wish , they really didn't do very much interior upgrading besides the steering wheel, and the wireless charging for a cell phone, everything else is basically exactly like my 2016 , so instead of dumping 65k on a fully loaded, do what I did and buy a two or three-year-old for about half price! Oh and I think my 16 MKX also has the four-wheel-drive disconnect thing, there's a screen on the left side that shows the rear two wheels going on and off when power is needed or not needed

    • @Pro1er
      @Pro1er 5 років тому

      They probably have never had a center pass-through design in their cars. My last three Lincolns have had the pass-through console, (including my Nautilus), and I absolutely love it - that and the push button shifter to free up space.

    Great name and great new exterior but the interior is a bit bland. With just a few key upgrades they could have hit this one out of the park. Key features like a two tone leather steering wheel and a more imaginative center stack would have made all the difference at a minimal cost.

      makes a lot more sense than having a shifter on the center console trying to pretend it's a manual. I have no idea why auto makers started putting automatic gear selectors in the center where they use up valuable space.

    Lincoln should have more wood trim and less Ford-like plastics. The wheel and centre console is so suburbia and less luxury looking.

    Lincoln thinks they can now add those rims to any model and call it a “mid-cycle refresh”. I’m disappointed.

    Now Lincoln needs to bring back the rear drive 6 passenger Town Car as well as a replacement for the MKX as the entry-level car
    Maybe Lincoln Versailles?

      Nobody is buying the 5 passenger cars so you think they are going to double down and build a RWD 6 passenger car? Please tell me you are in Denver and partying down.....otherwise....

    Please, for criminee's sake, put a real shifter in it. Preferably a floor shifter. Not those stupid push-buttons, or that stupid dial-gear thing.

    Ford/Lincoln... the only American brand still going strong. General Motors has been declining since the mid 2000s. Chrysler is owned by Fiat, which is a shit car company.

      I'm afraid I have some bad news for you buddy, just look at Ford's stocks since 2015, and especially in last quarter 2018 their financials have taken the biggest dip in years, almost 30% in fact when compared with first quarter 2018. Add that to the fact they are dropping everything besides the Mustang in the car lineup in their home country, amd that is far from "Going strong" by any standard. Their stock value in comparison to GM is holding only about 2% higher when compared in the same fiscal timeline in this quarter. A car company that doesn't plan on selling cars in their own market isn't a good play, there's only so far they can go on F150's and Explorers, especially when they are pricing themselves out of reach for a large portion of buyers.
