What a pretty looking SUV! Lincoln is doing a great job of the exterior. The interior looks pretty good I just hope the quality is up there with the competition.
Stunning. I love hearing from the designers. Rarely do we hear from the people who are trying to define their design language. From the Artistic drawings to drivable ‘sculpture’. And often these designers point out certain lines or elements that most people would miss. Thanks for the video Zack.
This is exactly what Lincoln needed. This is a true luxury vehicle aesthetically and technologically. More than 600 ft lbs of torque and that interior? It will be worth whatever they plan to sell it for...
600 torque is ridiculous! Even the Navigator has only 510 torque, which does 0-60 in 5.9s. And the proactive air suspension is currently only available in high-end trim of MB S-class and Audi A8......
Hey Zach - AWESOME video (again) Thx!! It looks GORGEOUS!! 3 row seating, with 600 lb ft of torque available- WOW!! Luv the tech- the road preview feature sounds cool BUT the key fob on my phone doesn't sound secure at all. They can steal ur Aviator and ur phone. Cheers from Vancouver, Canada!!
what if he was condidering with other brand something like Audi Q7 and the only thing he mattered was the price between those two moels? and here my point is just take out of your biased thinking period
@@colderbeer i wasn't worried just curious is all i don't want the vehicle at all but i heard about this vehicle about a year back and im just wondering how they will price it, Lincoln vehicles carry a high price but low resale value so im only curious no harm no foul
Have been waiting for this since early this year, my MKX is about 7 years old with 180k, so if the price is around 70k will be very attractive. Of course, we gonna see more PHEV SUV next year, but this is the one on the top of my list!
This will be using an all new RWD platform. The next generation of Explorer will also ride on this RWD platform. The new Explorer is still under development. No more claim of badge engineering as the platform is actually developed for Lincoln, and then trickles down to Ford.
Wow I think it's safe to say, Lincoln is Officially "Back" I mean this is beautiful. Like the Original Aviator, this is a great innovation of both a truck and a luxury car. Land Rover Range Rover you better watch out. Now why couldn't Lincoln put this innovation in their cars?
Well, let's see here..nice looking vehicle, I'll admit. Comparing it to a Range River, a bit of a stretch. I'm having images of recalls dancing in my head with the turbo chargers... finally, using my phone to activate my vehicle, just give me a key fob. What if I want to unplug from the world and leave my phone at home??
I'm rooting for Ford and Lincoln. But for several thousands less, I can buy an RX350, which has a naturally aspirated engine that takes regular unleaded. And it's more dependable.
To my eye, it's a really good looking SUV, but the styling from every angle is slightly...off. The profile is really long and sleek with nice straight lines and creases. Love that. I see a little Land Rover in profile, albeit a bit rounder. However, the overall proportioning in profile looks a bit funny to me. The length of the front fenders and hood look rather stumpy compared to the long and bulbous body. The front overall looks pretty good, but I am NOT digging that grill. I don't find it flattering at all. The headlight shape is fine and attractive, but it looks a lot like the Kia Stringer and that bothers me. The rear is attractive. Something about it looks a little Saab-ish to me for some reason. I always love when tail lights wrap around the rear end. Looks sexy.
Tom J dick head I said it looks like secondly if they were that’s because ford still barrows a lot from Land Rover Range Rover air ride suspension other bits and pieces explorer because Lincoln is a ford product but again I said looks.
It's a nice design, but designers should not do interviews. They come across arrogantly each time they speak. Doesn't matter which one or what company they work for.
I actually drive a “real” Lincoln so... Honestly this looks to me like a bad mashup between a Range Rover & a Kia Sorento... It’s just sad, Lincoln used to be a very distinct brand before the SUV craze struck, now they look like every other bland SUV on the road! But you people keep buying them, for more & more money!
I think it's the most beautiful suv ever designed in US
i agree...it is stunning. it's definitely the most elegant for sure .

This is the best looking American SUV ever made. Hands down.
100% agree
This is exactly what Lincoln needed. This is a true luxury vehicle aesthetically and technologically. More than 600 ft lbs of torque and that interior? It will be worth whatever they plan to sell it for...
Hands down the best looking SUV and most cohesive design available to date in the market! Great work Lincoln team!
Wow...that thing looks FANTASTIC!
with those looks, power and technology, they will sell well.
Lincoln is really upping their game.
Ned Dyer its not a game. It’s people’s livelihood
I love what lincoln is doing.
Love to see this Aviator!!!
That’s a damned good looking SUV. Better than the Bentleys, Rovers, and Porsches.
The new king of the hill
Stunning inside and out! Loving the new design language.
Never owned American... but I want this one.
OMG this is just Beautiful!!! Much prettier than current SUV we have in Europe momentarily. Only the X5 can come close.
Really like what lincoln is doing with their interior design.
600 torque is ridiculous! Even the Navigator has only 510 torque, which does 0-60 in 5.9s. And the proactive air suspension is currently only available in high-end trim of MB S-class and Audi A8......
Beauty! Range Rover design meets SAAB at the rear. And RWD platform, nice!
1:40 I'll take the Grand Touring in Silver
Kinda reminds me of a velar. I like it!
Reminds me of a mix of a Range Rover and the Infiniti SUV
I agree. That’s what I was thinking.
and saab rear lights
For me, it also slightly resembles the Volvo XC90
Amazing!😇
I'm not normally a Ford fan, but this is gorgeous and specs exceed expectations.
Had to double take. This is a Lincoln? That look good!
The only thing I need to know is that this is the best car in the world.
Hey Zach - AWESOME video (again) Thx!!

It would just be equivalent to somebody stealing your keys

Wow. Well done.
Why are they going with button gear modes??? Who wants to push a button to go into drive and reverse? That's so stupid
looks beautiful
450Hp and 600lb/ft of torque🔥🔥🔥
Beautiful
The problem I have is which color Grand Touring to get. Blue, White and Silver are all beautiful. I am leaning Blue.
I'm so excited for the plug-in hybrid.
I like it in white. so classy and sophisticated 😍
beautiful car i been waiting on the finished model for a while i love this car im curious of the cost
You cannot afford it if you're worried about the cost.

Taylor Alaniz, don’t mind that self loathing dickhead.
Definitely a GAME CHANGER!!!
I really like this model for it's size and features but also I can get it serviced anywhere
I’m guessing it’s one of the high output eco boost engines?

This SUV is soooooo sweet
Magnifique automobile,j'espère que nous pourrons l'acheter en France.
Absolutely stunning design and I would like to know who is the designer.
Did you watch the video? He's talking in it...
Thanks, my wrong.
yea! what the heck is with the lunch box front?????
The headlight shape is a bit dated to my eye, which is a shame because the rest of the car is effortlessly stylish.
Is this a total new platform, or on existing explorer?
It's a rear drive bias system, so No not the explorer
This is a new platform, the new Ford Explorer will have it also. Rear wheel drive- this is a homerun!
This will be using an all new RWD platform. The next generation of Explorer will also ride on this RWD platform. The new Explorer is still under development. No more claim of badge engineering as the platform is actually developed for Lincoln, and then trickles down to Ford.
It's amazing car. It's on my list, let see if they make good deal.
Nice
Very nice looking vehicle. 600 lb/ft...wow.
What the hell happened to the front of this thing??
I'll snap one up once it comes off a lease. It'll depreciate quickly.
1:34 David Woodhouse aka the villain of this video
Well, let's see here..nice looking vehicle, I'll admit. Comparing it to a Range River, a bit of a stretch. In that case, you punch in a code at the B-pillar to unlock and punch in another code to start and drive. No need for phone OR keys.
This Lincoln is looking awesome!
Headlights remind me of Kia Soul
i better work hard and flip my 2019 explorer for this!!!! muhahahaha
Looks alright...but having to put your phone into the center box is sure not convenient....
This looks better than velar
I'm rooting for Ford and Lincoln. But for several thousands less, I can buy an RX350, which has a naturally aspirated engine that takes regular unleaded. And it's more dependable.
Not another crossover!
Its a rear wheal drive platform
Game changer for Lincoln.

Yeah u probably think the Nissan juke is a looker too. Wipe ur eyes there pal.
Everything is lovely about that car except the grill to me
I like this car but having to reach to push a lever to go into drive, neutral, reverse, park is not ''effortless'' to say the least.
ant sala not so! When you drive one you'll be surprise how convenient and easy it is. Too quick to judge
Get with the program
Is it just me or does the front end of this car look kinda wired in a bad way????
hade murray wired?
Either based on the Range Rover platform or the explorer typical ford but I like it though lol smh.
Why would it be based on a Range Rover platform?
It's missing the sliding doors.
Mixed design of range rover and Infiniti. I like it. But it's only for America.
Since they aren't doing any new cars, their SUVs better all be first rate. No excuse when you only focus on SUVs.
Tom J dick head I said it looks like secondly if they were that’s because ford still barrows a lot from Land Rover Range Rover air ride suspension other bits and pieces explorer because Lincoln is a ford product but again I said looks.
Range Rover Velar like
120 thousands no Thanx I will never would trade my GLS For FORD .
Передняя оптика -бмв 7, задняя - Мерседес мл 166 и Ауди а8. Кузов - Ленд Ровер Дискавери 5
It's a nice design, but designers should not do interviews. They come across arrogantly each time they speak. Doesn't matter which one or what company they work for.
Very beautiful car but it’s still ford.
FORD will be taking market share with this!
Meh
Wow! So sad how far Lincoln has fallen...😢
If this is fallen its a good fall
What drugs are you on Matt?
Matt is on so good stuff
I actually drive a “real” Lincoln so... Honestly this looks to me like a bad mashup between a Range Rover & a Kia Sorento... It’s just sad, Lincoln used to be a very distinct brand before the SUV craze struck, now they look like every other bland SUV on the road! But you people keep buying them, for more & more money!
I bet you like your Prius a lot better
Wat does it get for mpg
