Hi Desiree!I'm here for your 'get fit challenge' after no working out almost at all for about 4 months,so I am an absolute beginner. Is this challenge suitable for total beginners like me or I have to try only your beginner friendly workouts first?

Arunima Saha light ankle weights work well to add intensity (in my experience) 😊

I can't do 6:25 at all. Almost like my elbows can't handle the weight, any tips?
Make sure you’re really pushing the floor away with your shoulders away from your ears. Your elbows should be directly under your shoulders so check your alignment. If you’re still struggling then just lower your pelvis down to the floor and do the same leg movements! 😘

My shoulders are a big issue for me 😕 I put all my stress on them, so they feel really tight and they crack all the time! 😅 Besides... Am I the only one who thinks that toned shoulders look really sexy?
