    I thought I'd give my newly-discovered back-of-thighs muscles a break after yesterday's legs routine... Only to have them reactivate in the reverse table top exercise here! That was fun! Weeeeeeeee!!! ❤❤

    Hi Desiree!I'm here for your 'get fit challenge' after no working out almost at all for about 4 months,so I am an absolute beginner. Is this challenge suitable for total beginners like me or I have to try only your beginner friendly workouts first?

    Ohhh the reverse plank on the elbows 😅😅😅 loved the move! But it was hard! I did this video two days ago and I am still sore ☺️

    Happy New Year 💖❤️💕💓🎆💒🗽🎇🎉🎊 Desiree. Thank you for the upper body no equipment workout. Starting New Year with it. But I wanted to ask you something your 20 minutes butt and thigh workout how can I intensify it when I get used to it?

    I can't do 6:25 at all. Almost like my elbows can't handle the weight, any tips?

      Make sure you’re really pushing the floor away with your shoulders away from your ears. Your elbows should be directly under your shoulders so check your alignment. If you’re still struggling then just lower your pelvis down to the floor and do the same leg movements! 😘

    My shoulders are a big issue for me 😕 I put all my stress on them, so they feel really tight and they crack all the time! 😅 Besides... Am I the only one who thinks that toned shoulders look really sexy?
