In UK the resin is extremely expensive. The resin I buy doesn't smell of anything. I have seen alot of American people using the masks. I'm curious do you then sell these or do you have them in your home. Great video.
Nirvana Bliss just b/c it doesn’t smell doesn’t mean it isn’t toxic. All resin is toxic until cured. Even if they claim no VOC. They are able to market it that way b/c they sell it separately. Once the resin and hardener are mixed it becomes toxic. :)
I kid you not, dollar stores and thrift shops are amazing for faux flowers!! Also great for other ideas to set in resin or make molds of! Love your videos!!!

Dollar Tree flowers are exactly what I came down here to comment. For a buck, their talisman roses are pretty gorgeous imo
Elealeh Blue right?! I make wreaths with them and the wicker circle wreaths they have and some of the flowers I’ll bulk up by stacking them and adding a pearl bead I have a garbage bag full of flower bits lmao
I do flower sandals and I stop going to Michael's and mosketels way to expensive. Went to dollar tree and got bunches of daisies and sunflowers for a $1 just have to glue them a little more but they work lol

You are officially the resin Queen!!!! Orchids!!!! One of the hardest flower personal opinion to resin let alone preserve. Even though they were fake you did a epic job!!!!and your make up is BOSS.

I love the orchid one! Orchids are my favorite flower! My dad always bought me orchids so they remind me of him and I have an orchid tattoo as well. But both pieces came out beautiful and the square one looks like ice.

Ooh, I'll have to try this idea! Very pretty! :) I just did some resin in small heart of my 3 doxies ashes and mixed them with the resin and I put some glitter in it. They turned out so good. It's on my channel. I've been doing resin for 8 years. I've never thought of showing my work on my youtube channel. Until, now. :)

DUUUUDE!!! That bud off the poppy flower!!!! That would look awesome in like a whole sphere, so like a crystal ball. Just DON'T add color!!! But, I would loooove to see that! Well, I guess some gold flecks here and there but only in the resin, not on the bud it'self. Awesome work! I wish I had the space to do these sorts of things!

I'm a beginner, My mum recently passed away and I wanted to be able to save her funeral flowers. With a few mistakes here and there I'm on my second batch now and going well!

Hi Jenny make sure the room temperature is good heated and not to cold. Make sure you mix ur resin and hardener very very well incl the edges if not the resin will bubble .

The orchid one is really lovely! I’m not usually a fan of the white Piñata ink, so I cringed when you started swirling it in, but in this particular instance, the effect behind the flowers was really stunning!

I know right?! Whenever I check out the tags Im impressed by the numbers. We are pushed to think of plastic flowers as cheap...but they are not that cheap!
I already knew you could put in resin, but I’m honestly super surprised with how good they look. I was honestly skeptical with how it would look but I’m loving the ghosting of the pink ones and totally drawn to the poppy. Who would’ve thought.... but yea, super expensive. I only buy them on sale at micheals. lol.
These both turned out better than I expected!! Just beautiful! The drawback to the smokey effect in this was that those pretty little white flowers just got lost in the smoke. I think if you steamed or spritzed the orchids with water and put them into a book you could flatten them sort of like real flowers. You couldn't get them too wet or they would mold, but the weight would flatten them. Thank you for doing this!!! I am one of the folks who asked for it!! So nice to be heard!! PS. Your eyeshadow is so beautiful!!

Thanks for the video!! My husband and I have been married for more than 34 years and my wedding bouquet sits in a xerox box in the basement and I would absolutely love to do something with it. I'd heard about resin with real flowers but wondered if it would work with silk flowers and after watching your video I'm really tempted to try. It's of course in one of the handheld bouquets that cascades downwards, very 80's haha and is all red and white roses. I also have the silk flowers from our oldest son's wedding that I'd love to put in resin as a memento. Thanks again for the video!! I may have my daughter-in-law help and see how things go :). I will show you my artificial flower pieces. To avoid using so much resin, I let the plastic part stuck out and cut it off after curing.

You make me so happy when I watch you! I am waiting on my pressed flowers, but I have no patience. I have so many faux flowers I just wanted to do it and saw that you had a video for Faux Flowers! Yaaayyy! Well I have little miniature flowers so I don't expect I would be using so much resin. And the deal is I fkd up! I poured my black base into my molds first because I didn't know wtf I was doing. So, I will try to save what I've already done by placing my faux flowers upright and the bottom layer in the mold will be the bottom of my piece. What do you think? Anywhoooo, I'm just loving you & everything about you do! You are so much fun to listen to! 😂🤗😍🐇💖💕
