📝 140g coconut flakes
📝 330g coconut butter
📝 95g xylitol powder
📝 45g organic carob powder
📝 70g organic virgin coconut oil
📝 1 teaspoon cinnamon
📝 Pinch of natural salt
📝 2 tbsp vanilla extract
📝 Organic nuts
▬ Preparation ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
First we make the coconut butter ourselves. My video about this can be seen below. (You can also buy it ready-made). Then we gradually put all the ingredients except the nuts in a bowl and mix them well and knead them by hand. We then use this to form delicious energy balls and fill each one with a nut. The finished balls could then be rolled in sesame seeds or coconut flakes. Allow to harden in the refrigerator. Enjoy, e.g. to bulletproof coffee. Enjoy your meal and don't forget to say Bismillah.
