Put all ingredients in a large 1 liter jar and leave in a cool, dark place for 1-4 weeks, shaking daily. Then strain and pour into dark jars. Store in a cool, dark place. Lasts virtually forever. Use it in salad dressing, add it to tea, add it to a glass of water and drink it on an empty stomach, etc.
