    Thank you! This was super easy and made *lots* of food. It tastes so good, I improvised with my seasonings on the chicken, but it still came out wonderfully. More content like this please!!! ❤❤❤

    What I like about your recipes, Lorena is efficiency and .... efficiency. 😀
    Without spending a considerable amount of time on the Internet I would not know about the various ways of preparing the "same" meal. I would not know how to mix the spices in a "meaningful" way. Moreover, I would not even try to cook them all at once to get a sense of which one I like the most. So, variety is the first level of efficiency.
    The second is technique.
    If I want to cook an egg or omelet, I use an egg cooker. If I want to cook rice, you guess, I use a rice cooker. 😀
    For vegetables, I use a steamer. Everything is very precise and well-controlled. I can do everything at the same time so, from a time management perspective everything is OK. But it might not be the most cost-effective way energetically speaking.
    If I crank up the oven to prepare chicken or roast vegetables maybe I should cook the rice or another side there as well.
    I should try to mix them up more and put everything into the same stove. As you have probably guessed, my stove has a double oven, each oven individually controlled. 😀
    I never mix things up! It's probably time for a change.

    I have a rubbish fridge , would I reheat these in a pan or the microwave , as always love the content and effort ❤

      if you want to reheat them all you have to do is keep the yogurt sauce separate. The yogurt sauce is the only thing that should not get heated.

    The yoghurt sauce looks nice but does it survive the reheating process?

    • @Greenhealthycooking
      @Greenhealthycooking  7 місяців тому +2

      No. If you want to reheat your meal you have to keep the yogurt sauce separate.
