What do you think a facelift would cost in the Boston area by an experienced ENT who only does face and neck work on children and adults. I understand additional procedures such as blepharoplasty would add to the cost. I have received vastly different amounts from $40k to $22k for the lower face lift. Your thoughts?

Follow my directions to choose the best specialist for your face because it is YOUR FACE! I would recommend to keep in mind that there is a reason why some doctors charge so much lower that the others!
Dear doctor Konstantin, I’m 39 years old female with early signs of sagging on my lower face and also a bit Neal under the chin. I don’t want to wait until I will look really bad to get facelift done. Is that too early? Should I wait to my middle 40? Also would be nice to know approximate price for the mini lift, so I can know if I even can afford it before I will come to your consultation not to waste your time
Dear Olesia, It sounds like you might be a good candidate for a mini facelift. The cost of this procedure would range from $15,000 to $25,000. If you do have noticeable aging changes at your age waiting a few years before getting a facelift would not be of much benefit.

Dr. K didn't include the cost of the medical facility where the procedure will be conducted. Even if it's performed in the office there is still a cost. That could be an extra 4K to 5K. Aside from the facility, I think Dr. K was accurate in the estimated costs. I also agree with the previous comment he was not specific about what parts of the face is included in the facelift.
but nature is cruel : everything goes down together: so to that you have to ad upper and lower blepharoplasty, forehead and eyebrow lift. Not sure if Dr K also meant neck work included . So lot more $$$$ and every 10 years!
Not for everyone. My neck could use tightening, but my forehead, eyelids, etc are just fine.
So..are we looking closer to 60,000? With all parts of the face, anesthesia, possible check implants, upper lower blethopasty, neck lift, facility costs and then air fair, meals, hotel for two weeks....ya now it's closer to 70,000
