How long do you have to wait after a necklift and lower facelift, from the top of the ears down, for a revision? I had this procedure done on April 11, 2024. I've had a lot of prolonged swelling. Now that most of the swelling is gone, I have more laxity under my chin where my incision is. That's the exact reason I had the surgery, to get rid of the laxity under my chin.

I am considering a face-lift im nearly 40 . I have really noticeable marionette lines but when i lift up a little they improve but not completely disappear unless i lift really tight which doesnt look right. My question is does a face-lift improve marionette lines become some surgeon's say it doesnt improve them its so confusing. Filler has not helped me ive had filler 2 times and no improvement at all. Theres so many surgeon's that say face-lift wont improve them and some say it does . Whats your opinion on this. Please 🙏
