She and I are the same age… She either had a great deal of sun exposure or perhaps health issues ( poor genetics ). I personally feel she looked as though she was roughly 90 before her procedures ( I have a 92 year old friend who had no work done and looks much better ). After the procedures ( and they were very well done ), she looks like a sophisticated woman in her late 60's who had a face lift.
You do realise that people age differently right, what you eat, sun, drugs, physical activity, alcohol, cigarettes, genetics, skin care. How to shame a women online right you must be so proud.
I had a friend who, in her 40s developed incredible deep wrinkles in her face. She didn't look old, she just looked like a 40-something year old with incredibly wrinkled skin (thick younger skin as opposed to thin older skin). It's the genetics lottery. In the end, attractiveness has mostly to do with how you feel and your facial expressions.
My grandma was 95 when she died she hardly had any wrinkles and lovely English rose skin it’s been many years since she passed but I remember her as a very beautiful lady
I get what you're saying but, I don't think you should call yourself vain when your very livelyhood depends on how well you look. I'd say you were protecting your income and career.
Moisturize..moisturize.. moisturize... Facial exercises daily Even with all that "work$$" If she doesn't moisturize and exercise her face..she'll be in the same status in a few years anyhow.
Now that she has went through her procedure, if she does not take care of herself she’ll be right back where she started. Other than that her results looked good. No makeup photos would have been more realistic to the public.
What a great result; especially the fractional laser removing all the sun damage. She looks younger, still in her age range but beautifully turned out. Her neck is stunning. Good job, not unrealistic look at all.
This is very interesting. She looks amazing! I notice that she still looks her age as well. That can be a selling point for some people. If I were here I would couple it with some skin rejuvenation but she may not want that. This is awesome. Great work!
These results are incredible! She has smooth skin and a firm jawline! I think that the reason she doesn't look "young" (but what were you expecting, for a 69-year old to look 30?) is because of bone loss around the eyes. As we age, our eye sockets enlarge and our eyes sink in, looking smaller. And the procedures could not address that. If you cover just the eyes, she can easily pass for 50. And to those who say she looked 90 before, no, she didn't. She was very wrinkled, but wrinkles are not the main thing that age us. It's bone loss and sag, especially jowls. Notwithstanding what I said above about her eyes, she still had a great bone structure. And little jowling (not even visible in frontal view, go back to 0'32", you'll see). She certainly didn't look 90. Just a weathered 70-year old. And now, she glows.
The main thing is the nose and ears. 2 things that never stop growing. An elderly person will always have stretched nostrils with a long nose, and long ears. So some women will also get a nose job and ear lobe surgery.
After her surgey, she did not need the filler. Her cheek “bones” and even her philtrum and top lip were lifted and the collapsed cupid’s bow completely restored. Amazing! This is one very talented surgeon. And cute too. 😊
When he's showing the summary of all the procedures I couldn't think other than $ 50k... without the fillers...she blew part of her 401k to buy what she lost making it.
She's probably rich if she's spending that much on cosmetic surgery. I don't think there's many people willing to spend a decent chunk of their entire life's saving on looking younger
This womans final results are amazing. Question when are they going to find something that tightens hands. I saw Madonna recently, her face was puffy but her hands..omg!
I've seen 90 year olds with fewer wrinkles and less sagging. Heavy smoking and excessive sun exposure are skin killers. Better to take precautions earlier in life- stop smoking and use plenty of sunscreen or stay out of the sun entirely when possible and take a good vitamin D capsule.
We completely agree! However, this patient never smoked and did not have excessive sun exposure more than the average individual; this type of aging is largely predisposed to due to genetics and is known as dermal elastosis.
@@AestheticMinutes Thank for your explanation. That probably means that one or two other members of her family have the same kind premature of skin aging. It's a roll of the genetic dice. You really worked your magic on this lady but I don't envy her the recovery process. It can be brutal.
and this surgery was only for the face and neck ? what happens to the rest of the body ? the arms, abdomen, thighs all might have the same loose skin because of aging. Even at 69 wouldnt it be worth a try to suggest a proper diet, exercise regime and maybe some supplements to "Build " back the collagen and the elasticity and reduce sun damage ? there are much cheaper solutions. like a 80 % raw plant based diet, consuming lots of nuts and seeds, oil massages as in a holistic approach. supplements like astaxanthin repairs damaged skin and eyesight. Collagen supplements brings back elasticity. Collagen supplements also come in combination of Hyaluronic acid and biotin for good skin hair and nails. she must be encouraged to have lots of fluids and natural antioxidants. These alternatives would have repaired the skin on her entire body rather than just her face. I would rather eat right than go under the knife. 69 is not too late to try these options. I am 47 but follow good diet, always been a vegetarian and take Vegan collagen supplements and antioxidant supplements. Not bragging but I dont look a day over 35. even my hormonal balance is great for my age. I am not even in the perimenopausal stage. just a suggestion for people who love being in the sun. try this. rub some tomato paste on your skin 30 mins before your exposure to the sun. the lycopene "Obstructs" UV rays and reduces sun damage. Astaxanthin supplements also does that. for people above 40 try 1 pill daily of Astaxanthin 10 mg with food. I can tell from my personal experience, it helps.
Unfortunately, this patient’s condition is not due to dietary or lifestyle habits, it is strongly dependent on genetic features that influence aging of the skin. We agree that leading a healthy lifestyle pays off in many ways, but it will not correct dermal elastosis.
Absolutely amazing! I would love to see an interview with her post surgery. When you hear someone talk about how great they feel you understand how , when done safely , these types of procedures can be life altering and incredibly positive.
You can’t judge plastic surgery from static photos. Ideally, you’d see the person in reality, but the next best thing is to see high definition of them speaking, laughing, moving, reacting. With and without make up. Then you’ll get a better idea if it’s natural or not.
Exactly, it's a shame the dissection before surgery was so thorough, but the after was a brief, small glimpse with a bright light shining into her face. The neck was clearly treated, but it's impossible to tell about the forehead.
Yes she did Cheryl, this type of severe skin aging is called solar dermal elastosis and occurs in only 1-5% of patients, usually with lighter skin (Fitzpatrick types I-III). It is likely heavily influenced by an individual’s genetic makeup as well as, of course, extent of chronic sun exposure.
@@AestheticMinutes yes I did think this is more than sun damage as her skin was so loose. She looks gorgeous and must be so happy of what you did for her 🙂
@@AestheticMinutes Yes, a "British Isles" person who was a natural blonde or redhead, cannot tolerate the environmental factors and will damage easily.. I am lucky, I am 60% German.. ( Plus, I had a mini face lift at 35- she and I are the same age )...
Note to self, protect face/neck/hands from the sun. Imagine how people who use tanning beds are going to age out. This sort of treatment is so different from what is normally seen. Good on her.
I just started get wrinkles around the corners of my mouth this year and I can't believe how fast it happened. Is there anything I can do non surgically to undo it?
Very interesting. I'm in my mid 60s and there are times when I look in the mirror and am not fully happy with how I look, especially from the side view because of my sagging neck. The thing that holds me back from surgery, is that as I age, I want to know what I'm supposed to look like. Plus, I remember Kenny Rogers before and after, and I always wished he had just stayed the same and aged naturally. He would have been so much better looking. Susan Lucci I think (just guessing here) must've had a little bit of work done continuously over the years, so there was never a dramatic before and after. Whatever work she had done always looked perfect. I recently began teaching my 4 1/2 year old grandson to do some photography. He really enjoys it. Anyway, (in my opinion) I looked horrible while pulling weeds in my garden. I was dressed in shorts and a tank top with my hair in a bun on top of my head and he said "smile grandma" so I did and said "how do I look?" He said "you look good!" I certainly did not think so when I saw the photo later, but through the eyes of the love of this little boy, his grandma looks good. Self-acceptance during the aging process is not easy, but I think worth it. I also let all my natural color grow out 3 years ago.
you didn't even need to say such a negative statement...my mom always told me if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. I wish you would live by this advice moving forward

@@Betsy.Ross76 yes..i agree..it is just so hard to keep reapplying all day. I look like a white sheet is covering my face by early afternoon. Any suggestions you have would b appreciated
Exactly! She is not look like 70. 70 people sometimes look alike 55.
You do realise that people age differently right, what you eat, sun, drugs, physical activity, alcohol, cigarettes, genetics, skin care.
How to shame a women online right you must be so proud.
I'm thinking maybe she smokes also. But he didn't mention it if so
After the procedure she actually looks her age
I had a friend who, in her 40s developed incredible deep wrinkles in her face. She didn't look old, she just looked like a 40-something year old with incredibly wrinkled skin (thick younger skin as opposed to thin older skin). It's the genetics lottery. In the end, attractiveness has mostly to do with how you feel and your facial expressions.
This lady looks beautiful both before and after treatment. Aging of skin is natural and we all (hopefully) will get older and get aged skin.
Thank you, that is the goal. Facial rejuvenation is about restoration rather than transforming one’s core identity features.
You’re right handsome
She did not take care of her skin and it shows. She looks like she is in her early 80s in before pics and after pics she looks her numerical age
@@shawnatiu9676 My Grandmother actually is in her 80s and looks waaay younger than this but hey, as they say, black don't crack I guess...
My grandma was 95 when she died she hardly had any wrinkles and lovely English rose skin it’s been many years since she passed but I remember her as a very beautiful lady
Wow! She looks amazing! I need to come to Dr. Soares & get my face fixed. I'm 63 & not getting any younger
I think she looks amazing!
Hello Renee, How are you doing?
She has those pearcing eyes, loved the results. It's incredible how the aging skin can hide people's beautiful features.
Unbelievable!!! Bravo!
Stunning results. From old…to young again😊
Well done, she looks mature in the best way, not trying to look 25 at 69.
Wow she looks amazing! The fact that it looks natural 😍👌 pretty dope!
Genius, well done Grasshopper!
WOW!!! I'm speechless!! Great work.
she looks so much better - as a former model, I have been quite vain, but we need to remember that a person is so much more than appearances!
Then why watch this video?
I get what you're saying but, I don't think you should call yourself vain when your very livelyhood depends on how well you look. I'd say you were protecting your income and career.
Absolutely dear. You are very beautiful
This is true but today’s society is so judgmental, and men WANT YOUNG WOMEN!!!!!!
@@loricook3274 : nothing new my dear.
Excellent job! Very good surgeon
The moral here is stay out of the sun and always where the right sunscreen
Stay off sugar and trans fats.
Take genetics into account. Also, smoking and alcohol consumption. Possible weight loss as well.
where ????
@veroave58 I think you meant WEAR not "where" haha 😅
Moisturize..moisturize..
moisturize...
Facial exercises daily
Even with all that "work$$"
If she doesn't moisturize and exercise her face..she'll be in the same status in a few years anyhow.
Wow! Very natural looking!
Excellent work!
Hello Cindy, How are you doing?
Oh my Goodnesssss.. she came out so Young... wow... great job.. thos doctors did a very very very great job...
What's wrong with aging? It is beautiful to grow old. Some people never get to see themselves grow old. Those who are lucky see their hair white.
Fantastic and very natural.
I wonder how much the "miracle " cost.
Money well spent 💯
A lot
Nobody called it a miracle
Probably $15k 😭
in Turky 5000 $
This is very interesting. She looks amazing! I notice that she still looks her age as well. That can be a selling point for some people. If I were here I would couple it with some skin rejuvenation but she may not want that. This is awesome. Great work!
When you're pretty as a young person I think it's harder to accept 😕 even tho appearances aren't exactly important.
Wow, fantastic work!
That's Amazing and it looks Natural 😍 I'm sure she feels like she's been reborn again. Wow , Great Doctors , obviously with extreme experience .
I'm so happy for her!!!!!!
Nothing is as aging as jowls.
The main thing is the nose and ears. 2 things that never stop growing. An elderly person will always have stretched nostrils with a long nose, and long ears. So some women will also get a nose job and ear lobe surgery.
@@tyffaneelavely8087 They don't grow, they elongate due to sag...
Fantastic results!
Yikes...better take care of your skin now...😎
Wow she looks rested and healthy! Good job doctor amazing work!
I'm glad she didn't get filler....she still looks natural but beautiful and bright!
Thank you, we agree.
haaaa. filler?
Her skin is far too thin for fillers… They would appear lumpy.
After her surgey, she did not need the filler. Her cheek “bones” and even her philtrum and top lip were lifted and the collapsed cupid’s bow completely restored. Amazing! This is one very talented surgeon. And cute too. 😊
I was curious about volume replacement and there was mention of filler. Was fat grafting not an option?
Wow! Amazing job! She looks very natural.
It can be brutal.
stop drinking it dehydrates you badly
Good for her! She looked great!
She looks great! And it looks natural, not plastic and overdone!
The lady absolutely looks great she truly does fantastic job.
and this surgery was only for the face and neck ? what happens to the rest of the body ? the arms, abdomen, thighs all might have the same loose skin because of aging.
😯Wow!!!! Amazing results!
Absolutely amazing! I would love to see an interview with her post surgery. When you hear someone talk about how great they feel you understand how , when done safely , these types of procedures can be life altering and incredibly positive.
Beautiful work.
Beautiful work.
Wow!!!! I bet all her friends got a massive shock when they see her in that new face 😂 but its great transformation!!!
Looks very naturally beautiful.
She has definitely aged a lot for 69. I don’t blame her for wanting a change.
What ever makes you happy as long as you love the results never care what other people think it's about you and only you
Note to self, protect face/neck/hands from the sun. Imagine how people who use tanning beds are going to age out. This sort of treatment is so different from what is normally seen. Good on her.
youre talking like getting wrinkly is the worst possible thing that could happen......
I just started get wrinkles around the corners of my mouth this year and I can't believe how fast it happened. Is there anything I can do non surgically to undo it?
very nice video good sharing my brother
Hello how are you doing 😊😊😊☺️
Very nice, not unrealistic but beautiful and outstanding work
It's a very good work. She looks like herself, only less wrinkled.
Patient has good bones, clear skin, appears healthy.
Her before pics look older than my 90 yr old patients in my nursing home.
I agree!
you didn't even need to say such a negative statement...my mom always told me if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. I wish you would live by this advice moving forward
