Holistic just means complete or while it doesn’t mean gentle or natural (although Botox weirdly is a “natural” product).

    • @VAHZGEN

@@clarecrooks8123 while holistic means treating the body as a whole and not just treating the symptoms while injecting doesn't exactly fit that definition. And as far as you claiming botox is natural, it's "basically made from the bacteria that causes botulism, otherwise known as botulinum TOXIN type A." It does state that it can have side effects which is why it's normally suggested that patients do a patch test.

I’ve been using Retin A since 28 for acne and recently learned it has anti aging benefits. I’m African American. Though we have melanin that allows us to age much slower, I still look 18. Drinking water for skin elasticity, eating balanced, and having joy, really helps with the aging process. I will start using sunscreen more now to preserve my skin even more.

Being Asian helps. They have oilier skin, thicker skin. So wrinkling shows up 10 years later than caucasians but dark spots show up earlier. I am also asian, in my 50s and people always think I am 20 years younger here. For Asia however I look my age.
I also think he is Korean, based on his hair. Koreans havr legendary skin. Literally everyone in S. Korea has gorgeous skin.

I love watching Dr Yuon’s video. It’s short and brief. I’ve been using retinol moisturizer only on the evening as I heard you shouldn’t use it during the day. I purchased majority of my Korean products from Marshall’s and/or TJ Maxx. All products made in Korean and are amazing. Make sure check box indicate “made in korea” (Brand like It’s Skin and/Or Glam Fox).

@@ibanez856 I did it about 2-3 years ago. Didn't notice any change. I'm sure there were changes on a small scale but nothing I could notice. Procedure lasted 4 hours. Doing passes on the various level settings as instructed by the manufacturer. As the levels went up, the pain was bad. I had to stop about 30 minutes before the 4 hours. And couldn't complete it. It was like the inside of my neck was on fire. As the man said... works for some people and doesn't for others.

Thank you for this video! Great to see there are so many nonsurgical options. With the microneedling with radiofrequency, do you need to go more deeply into the skin with the needles for the best effect? Or not so deep because the radiofrequency penetrates the skin? Just curious. I've had 3 microneedling treatments with increasing depth, a few years ago, and wasn't sure if deeper was better for my specific skin. Have been interested in this. To get the most benefit, how many treatments do you recommend and how far apart? Just turned 45 and want to be proactive and I'm not interested in injectables. Thank you!

Looking good on the inside and out both require conscious effort. Your thoughts influence how are as a person buy if you want to prolong ageing physical action is required...I neglected my neck and decolletage and it shows. My face looks 15 years younger but my neck says otherwise. However different measures work on different people and if you are born with good bone structure then you are on a head start. A pure heart is ageless beauty with lots of wrinkles because the eyes speak volumes.

Natasha Ryder - I was thinking that same thing. And it's not was another poster says that "It's what you consider sagging" - it's what the doctor considers is safe or effective for a specific level of sagging. If the doctor is recommending specific procedures for a certain age or 'sagginess' of skin we want a 'for instance' right?
