- Will the third revision of the DMG RIPS IPS Kit be the perfect way to backlight your DMG Game Boy? Does this resolve the button response issue of the V1 and V2? Watch to find out!
In today’s episode of Retro Renew, we’re going to review and install the third revision of the DMG RIPS (V3) IPS Kit. By far, the RIPS kits have been the best implementation of backlighting the DMG. However, V2 of this kit has suffered from button response issues that are hopefully addressed in this revision. I bought this kit from Handheld Legend and also picked up a yellow Play it Loud shell as well as an orange screen lens. This should be an interesting build! I hope you enjoy!
So here's what you will find in this video:
► 0:00 Episode Prelude

I would like to see your hand movements slowly to do the same on my gameboy. with your fast videos I can not see exactly what you are doing. your video is useless
I'm just getting into modding my consoles. Started digging around channels in youtube and found Tito's channel. Came to learn a bit about modding... stayed and watched all the videos for the clean production, awesome music and of course awesome tutorial/documentary format. Everything about this channel is so well produced that I'm sure this project will take off like a rocket!. Keep it up bro!
Thank you for the very kind words Leinner! It really means a lot to me! I'm glad your getting into modding consoles, it's a great hobby and very fun! I'm happy that you find my videos helpful! Cheers buddy!
From all the modding channels, you have the most relaxed, atmospheric and beautiful presented one.
Thank you Mazinga! I can’t express how much that means to me! Cheers!
I'm definitely in love with that DMG color combo, thats so cool
Thank you! Glad you like it! Cheers carrottoponcrak!
very glad people are producing such amazing kits for legacy consoles like the dmg, gbc and even the lynx and game gear. high quality components with easy install and best of all, no permanent changes to the original hardware
I couldn't more! All these mods available to us these days is so awesome! I would love to see more Game Gear mods though. Hopefully we some in the near future. Cheers!
Watching the assembly was very relaxing :)
I just installed the V2 in my DMG about 3 weeks ago. Still, this was a nice video and I must compliment your editing. Very clean!
Thank you Kane! I appreciate that man! Cheers!
Been watching for a bit now and just wanted to say I really enjoy the videos, they are very well made

Thank you Pablo! That really means a whole lot to me! I hope so too! Cheers buddy!
I subbed. Thank you for making by far the best and most properly detailed video on the dmg ips v3! Keep it up!
Thank you dude! I really appreciate the comment and the sub! So happy you enjoyed the video! Cheers bud!

Damn man, i still don't understand how your channel hasn't got more subscribers yet. The quality of you videos is top notch.
Thanks dude that really means a lot! Hopefully will get there some day! Help spread the word and share my videos if you can! Cheers buddy!
Hey Tito! I missed this comparison which is neat. I however ordered the v4 back in 11/11 I believe. The results as you may already know are outstanding in comparison with v3, I prefer the bigger screen size, the pixel grid mode which is brilliant and the OSD settings which let’s you move the image and frame it easier saved me the hassle of getting aligned correctly.
Anyhow, thanks for your videos as always!
I hope someday I can follow along on some of these builds! Non the less still really fun watching your videos. Your subs are climbing fast! Great job! I just have to many other hobbies ATM.. I love this MOD BTW. Take care
Thanks dude! You've been there pretty much from the beginning and I appreciate that! Cheers friend!
Amazing as always
Thank you Slim Sock! I'm thrilled you enjoyed the video! Cheers dude!
Thank you so much. Finished mine and it's AMAZING!
That’s awesome Jazeen! Congrats buddy! It’s a great mod! And I love the DMG!
@@MachoNachoProductions wish I could post the pics. But you can easily see it by looking at the "Neon" mod on Retromod.com's site.
That body, matching buttons, the V3 IPS and a glass lens, and this thing is gorgeous.
Thanks again for your guide. I couldn't have reliably done it without help. :)
(My new DMG-body actually had to be shaved at a few specific points: the contrast-wheel slot and the depth of the one-off switch guide-rail. But it's absolutely perfect and going in as a prized piece of my retro collection.)
Nice Jazeen! I’ll have to check out retro modding site! Cheers buddy!
Hmmm, I've installed multiple RIPSv2 IPS DMG kits from Console5 and didn't have any button issues. But love the content bro! Keep it up!
Thank you dude, glad you are enjoying the video! Yeah, it does seem to be a hit or miss. Guess I was unlucky with my V2. Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions I installed my V2 recently and didn't notice any button response problems (and believe me... I would as I'm a perfectionist). When that problem occurs, is it obvious? Could this problem be power related? I have the retrosix power board pcb installed. Also I used the original rubber pads and not some cheap repro ones.
And finally, I cleaned he contacts with a cotton tip soaked in isopropyl alcohol.
That’s awesome you got it to work! And it sounds like you did an excellent installation. Yes, it is very obvious when it’s occurring. I think for my V2 installation I used the original membranes too. It could be that I got a bad unit but I know there are other people who experienced the same problem. I’m glad yours works well. Thank you for sharing! Cheers buddy!
@@MachoNachoProductionsI didn't get it to work, I never had the button response problem in the first place.
Great vid , that sp video got me wanting to do that one , might try and finish that one and then try this one , I just finished an ags 101 and and a freckle shack , your videos keep making me want to do more game boys , your videos are awesome!!
Thank you very much Cystemx! I'm happy you are enjoying the videos! Modding can be vary addictive, haha! Best of luck on all your mods dude! Cheers buddy!
Absolutely love the opening music!
Thank you David so glad you like it!
Excellent been waiting for you to cover the new v3 kit. Hope you will do a video on the new full size ips for the gbp!
Hopefully soon! Stay tuned dude! Cheers!

Thank you! So glad yours turned out well also! Did you do any other mods to your DMG? Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions Yes I did, I also installed the CleanJuice DMG XL Rechargeable Battery Mod, and since I was on HandHeldLegend I also picked up a new 1Watt speaker haha
Nice! sounds like a beast of a DMG you got there! I need to get the CleanJuice battery and power mod too. USB C?
@@MachoNachoProductions Yes sir. I bought the prestige case with the precuts for the ips screen and the trimmed battery plastic so it just drops in but still had a hard time cause I thought the back cover was pre-drilled from the picture on the site but mine wasn't so I just used a drill bit and worked my way to the right size. But your videos are so well made and honestly the reason I had the confidence to have a go at it myself. I think my next project will be an ips GBA with a rechargeable battery .😁
Awesome dude! Glad the videos were helpful. Cheers buddy!
Love your vids bro.. I order this screen ima install as soon as I get it
Thank you Red! That’s Awesome! You’re gonna love it dude! Cheers!
Just got this today. Didn't had any problems with buttons on V2. Will assemble it tomorrow. I just soldered speaker today. I also intend to switch the battery LED to pink one to go with my pink shell. :)
Nice! Sounds like an awesome build! Cheers buddy!
Relaxing gameboy surgery
Yep, I try to keep a relaxed vibe! Cheers buddy!
I always bump and grind to your song intro. :)
Haha, it get me going too dude! Cheers!
it's kind of nice that they're using black solder mask for their new PCB's.
Yeah, it looks pretty cool!
Still great video.
With the futur annoncement of Sega in June 4th, It can be great to have a Retro Renew about the Sega Game Gear, who's one of those console who've perfect for modding ^^ !
That would be awesome! I love the Sega Game Gear! One of my favorite handheld consoles! I will definitely look at that kit if it comes out. Thanks for the heads up! Do you know which company is releasing it? Cheers
I confirm that the V2 is a complete mess regarding buttons response, specialy the cross pad. For tetris it sucks, the blocks going everywhere except the location you choose... V3 is so much better 😊
Outstanding video quality. Personally not a fan of the orange screen, just my opinion. I fixed the v2 by putting some this plastic washers between the PCB and the six standoffs. What I found weird was that v1 had zero issues with the buttons and had gold contact pads.
Thank you Oki_Dingo! Glad you enjoyed the video! Yeah, I think I was trying to go for a sort of fire theme for this build, maybe I should have gotten some red buttons to accent the orang screen lens, haha. That is really interesting, I wonder how the washers are affecting the button contacts. Thank you for the tips and insight! Cheers dude!
nice! I just bought the kit with the bracket and a clear case from handheldlegend site. Followed the guide and got it right on the first shot. I forgot to order a new speaker upgrade so that will come down the line.
That's awesome dude! I'm so happy that my tutorial was helpful! Cheers buddy!
Daaahhh... I won a custom DMG shell, it's beautifully hand painted, but I can't afford the guts to put in there. Must keep looking! Though I think I'll stick to backlighting the original screen and biverting it if possible.
Backlighting and biverting is still a great and affordable option. I still have my backlit and biverted DMG and love it! Best of luck with whichever option you go with! Cheers bud!
I've got a V3 on it's way, I've already installed a V2 and I absolutely love how easy it is to install, but yea, the button response is less than stellar.
I think you'll be happy with the V3! Cheers buddy!
You should try sanding or scratching the surface of the metal contact pads, it will be much more responsive after that.
Will definitely look into that! Looking closer at the contacts and it does appear raised. Cheers!
@@ERUtube thank you for this advice buddy, I spend several months trying to find a solution, and this one bloody works, although! I still need to have my fine cardboard circle underneath the d-pad to make it work perfectly, but scratching up the surface saved me up of buying the v3, and use the cash for battery mod, cheers mate!!!
Oh that intro music. Me likey...
Thank you Brinstar! Glad you like it! Cheers!
The V2 PCB seems to be using a HASL (Hot Air Solder Level) finish. Solder, over time, will build up an oxide layer on the outside, and this is likely the main issue contributing to the button press issue. Most likely there is a bit of stress as well (due to the thicker PCB), and this probably causes some slight board warping (again, due to the thicker PCB), which could also contribute, most likely due to a reduced amount of the button membrane contacting the two contact points. The oxide layer on the solder is still conductive to some extent, but not nearly as conductive as a fresh layer. This is most likely why pressing harder helps; it sort of squishes the membrane down for more contact on the pad than normal, this gives a higher conductivity across the actual pad (due to better contact) and probably more surface area contacting as well. The V3 PCB seems to use an ENIG finish; this is a gold plating, which is resistant to oxidation, which is why it's often used for exactly these kinds of applications. Connectors, button pads, etc. Anything that might be making a temporary connection will likely use this finish, unless it's cheap (Not to say that the RIPS kit is/was cheap, it was most likely just an engineering oversight, which they've corrected now). Hopefully that explains some things :)
Thank you for the excellent and comprehensive explanation! Lots of great information! I wonder if there is a way to reduce the oxidation of the V2 boards to help further improve conductivity? That would be great to know. Thanks again for the insight! Cheers buddy!
@@MachoNachoProductions The main problem is, even if you were to get it perfectly deoxidized, it would build up again for sure (probably within a day or two). There are products designed to combat it, but they usually come in the form of a somewhat viscous paste you apply, which would most likely cause issues with actually playing it... There are kits that you can get to plate HASL with a gold finish, which *should* be reliable in the long term, as long as the pads aren't heated past the melting point of solder, but I don't know how expensive/viable they are
I'm subscribed now MNP. Nice that the mod went great that shell is bright lol and I know u do repairs and modding but u think you'd ever try a go at a Chinese handheld like the playgo/pocket go 2?. Would like to see it matched up to your modded Official handhelds, Just a fun thing to suggest.
Thank you for the sub dude! That is actually a fantastic idea! I’ll put it on my video list! Thank you! Cheers!
You need to review the rips v.4
Love the color scheme! The one thing I wish this had was more colors. And orange color would look so nice on my clear green dmg.
What kind of flux pen do you use? I keep meaning to buy flux but there are so many options, it’s a bit overwhelming
Very true! Green and orange would be an awesome color way! I love how there are so many possibilities with respect to colors nowadays! For flux I use an SRA flux Pen. It's a No-Clean Alcohol based flux. I think it works pretty good for my purposed. There are certainly a lot of options out there. I tend to stick with the No-Clean flux in case I can't clean all the residual flux after soldering. I hope this helps! Cheers Brian!
awesome production value! which model solder station do you recommend for these types of mods?
Thank you JawnPolygon! So glad you like the videos! Any solder station that has variable temp should be good! The one I use is a Goot PX-201. I really like it and it’s made in Japan! Hope that helps. Cheers!
Oh man I heard there was a V4 for this screen, is there a possibility of review? I must know your thoughts before I purchase
The newer funnyplaying GBP IPS screen is coming to the DMG soon which will outclass this hardware option, wait for that instead
I ordered mine already can't wait for it to be here
I will be very interested to see what FunnyPlaying does! Need to make sure I can get my hands on that kit! Should be very interesting! Thanks for the heads up! Cheers!
Excellent video! I did order an IPS V3 with the 3D printed holder, but unfortunately each time put the Game Boy on, I see Pikachu's on the screen and then it goes black (the sound works perfectly tho). Any idea what would cause that? I tried on two different game boys and both have the same display problem. I heard somewhere that the CPU variant can be the cause of the problem. THanks in advance for your help.
What did you do to fix the V2 bracket ? because when I ordered mine V3 IPS kit, the V3 bracket wasn't available so I ordered the V2 bracket thinking there wasn't a difference in screen size
If you go to the handheld legend website you can look at the picture of what the V3 bracket looks like. There is a cut out for the ips controller board which is pretty easy to cut out using some flush cutters. The more time consuming part is filing away material on the 2 side ridges to accommodate the wider display. It took some time but you can file away enough material to allow the panel to fit. Let me know if that makes sense. If not I can try and maybe post some pictures of it. I hope this helps. Best of luck! Cheers!
Hello, how are you? I bought that DMG IPS Kit (RIPS V3) and when I install it the game moves only to the left and the B button does not work, what can I do. Please advise me or if you know how to fix it ... thank you !!
Installed the V3. Worked great for a week, now the A button and Right direction don't work. Not sure what's happening. Emailed Handheld Legends. Anybody have any ideas?
Nice. I've got the V2, and haven't noticed any issues with the button presses. How was the install of the fat ribbon cable? I found it to be a bit of a pig to install.
That's good to hear that your button response was fine. Oh man, that big ribbon is a pain! A trick i use is to bend the ribbon close to the blue section at a 90 degree angle and then push it into the connector. Seems to be the easiest way. Cheers!
RIPS V4 is out now. Can you please make a comparison video to that?
It is supposed to be better than Funnyplaying.
I'm not sure why I have not seen this problem in any videos but I have installed many v2 versions with no issue. but the v3 I have installed 2 and I keep noticing pressure in the front just to the right of the gameboy logo that is bulging the gameboy case. I have taken it apart a couple times and can't seem to notice what is doing this. Has anyone else had this issue?
I myself haven’t noticed that. My main issue is the button response. The V3 kit seems to have handled that. I did notice that the PCB is much thicker than the original. I wonder if that is contributing to the issue?
Hello,i made this mod with the V3 but the up and left cross button doesn't respond immediately, any idea?Thank you.
What I found helps the most is loosening the screws just a tad around the d-pad both on the PCB and the rear shell to help relieve some pressure. I did this and is helped. Also, using different button membranes helps as well. I prefer the original Nintendo membranes, I find they work the best. Hope this helps. Best of luck! Cheers!
What happens if you use it with a Gameboy color game? I just ordered one with a Amazon Boy UV printed shell from retro modding. FYI you can't be an America to order the UV printed housing but I used a VPN and it's on its way.
Unfortunately it won’t work with gameboy color games. That’s really interesting, I wonder why we can’t order it here in the US. Good to know and thanks for sharing! Cheers!
Any suggestions for the screen bleed on the left and right side , the white bars on the side .
I think retro modding sells some 3D printed spacers that help with screen bleed.
www.retromodding.com/products/game-boy-ips-backlight-bleeding-protector
Let me know if that works. Hope that helps! Cheers buddy!
@@MachoNachoProductions very nice .
If I change the power led on the new board does it require a resistor? Anyone know?
Great question. I’m not sure, hopefully someone can answer. Cheers Jeff!
In my mod, the colors are all inverted. I cant fix it. Then I tried to re-route pins 6&7 only to have it glitch out on me. I played marioland to completion last night, yet the glitched pokemon game keeps replaying on the screen. Even with no game inserted or another game like Marioland.. it still shows the pokemon intro white then black, then it has screen scramble and goes blank. Help! How is this even possible? There isn't memory in this console, the chip and gamepins displays the game on the screen.. but without that its still on there?! Makes no sense this isnt an etchasketch... any help?
Hmm that’s a very interesting issue. I think I’ve heard of people getting the Pokémon images on their RIPs kits. I think it has to do with poor power delivery. I would make sure that the battery contacts are clean and also the power switch. Use a q tip to drop a bit of IPA into the power switch and then turn the switch on and off a few times to clean it up. Then I would use alkaline batteries to see if it works. Hopefully that resolves the issue. Cheers!
I've also installed the RIPS V3 kit today. Button response seems to be very good in the first place but then I recognized that diagonal directions work very bad. Up, down, left, right is fine but when I want to go diagonal, I have to press the second direction very hard, otherwise it just moves just to the straight direction instead of diagonally. Do you have the same issue?
I do, although it's not too bad. What I recommend you do is loosen some of the screws on the rear shell just a little. I find that this helps a bit. I hope this helps. Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions Thanks, I will try it :)
I tried it, it really works! I loosened the screws a bit and now the diagonal directions work almost perfectly. Thanks again!
No problem! So happy it worked! Cheers buddy!
I’m concerned about the possibility of this mod adding additional noise to the sound output. Any insight? Thank you
I would like to know that too. I wish reviewers would mention this aspect of mods too.
I haven’t noticed any additional noise than currently is output to the speakers and the headphones. There is always a baseline of noise that I noticed on DMG consoles and it doesn’t seem to be adversely affected by the kit. Hope that helps! I’ll be sure to address that if a new kit comes alongside. Cheers!
Just got done installing the V3 but to my disappointment, I continue to have button issues. In fact, it's worse than the V2 after shaving down the posts on the back shell. I've tried different membranes out, but it still messes up inputs. Tried popping in Donkey Kong Land 2 and it was almost unplayable. Ugh
I would try loosening some of the screws around the button membranes as well as the rear shell housing. Just a little. I found that this helped quite a bit. Let me know if that works. Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions Loosening the screws on the board had been suggested to me and it did not help, and I just loosened the screws on the outside as you mentioned, to no avail either :/ I appreciate the input though. I'll probably just cut my losses and get rid of the RIPS modded DMGs and focus on the Funnyplaying one.
Sorry to hear that bud. I had better luck with the FunnyPlaying as well. Best of luck. Cheers!
I tried to install it but the screen remains black, can you help me? thank you
Hey Alexs! I would double check that the ribbon cables are connected properly. Pay close attention to the orientation of the contacts. I think my video describes which way the contacts are supposed to be facing. Hope this helps. Cheers!
Got a V2 and there is no trouble with button responsiveness at all. Must be hit and miss inconsistencies when they're manufactured.
Yeah, I must have gotten unlucky with my V2, the button response was pretty bad on my unit. Glad yours is all good! Cheers bud!
@@MachoNachoProductions actually from what I've heard, I got lucky. Cheers back at ya - great vids!
Thanks dude!
I see a verical lines by the v3 compared to the v2. I prefer the v2 screen.
@@gregornu You probably mean horizontal lines (scanlines), I sooooo agree with you.
I gotta say, everything looked so beautiful till you put the orange screen on it... I guess to each his own, and if you want a nacho themed Gameboy that's cool. =0
Agree, there could have been some other cool color choices. Which color would you have chosen?
@@MachoNachoProductions I would've probably just gone with the default grey with the yellow case personally. Yellow is such a bold, interesting color choice for a Gameboy it kinda stands on its own. But again, to each his own =)
@@drew8235 Agree! Can't go wrong with the classic grey! Cheers!
Noob question: are there an ips v3 for gba sp?
Hey great question! At the moment there so not a V3 ips kit for the gba sp. the next iteration of the IPs for the gba sp will most likely come with a grid overlay feature if I had to guess, similar to the DMG and Pocket IPS. I hope this answers your question. Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions oka. I was wondering because someone was offering me a sp golden zelda case with ips v2...
Button Response Issue - Resolved : I originally purchased the V2 DMG kit from Console 5. I didn’t have any issues with buttons but the D-pad had terrible intermittent response. I was using an original Gameboy DMG that was in near-mint condition except for missing lines on the screen. I saw several posts online about this issue with no resolution. I did notice that the new front PCB was thicker and the contact pads on the new PCB were also different. I ended up buying a V3 kit, hoping it would solve the problem. I had the same issue with the controls with V3 [no difference]. I did find out that there were two different OEM silicone button pads used by Nintendo and there may be some variation in the plastic on the D-pad. I had a broken Gameboy and swapped out the D-pad and the silicon pads and the problem went away. I test the Gameboy by playing ‘Qbert’ which requires constant diagonal presses of the D-pad. It was flawless [100% there]. I hope this helps other who are using an original DMG shell when installing a V2/V3 IPS kit.
Awesome AC_Cobra14! That's very useful information! I didn't know there were 2 types of contact pads. Thank you for the insight! Cheers bud!
I have seen the "square" type pads and "round" type pads.
I have just installed a V3, have the square type pads, and have button issues. I want to fix this.
Was your fix done by using the more common round type pads?
@@MixUpTheVideos A few things you can try to help with the button response issue is loosen some of the screws holding the front PCB, especially near the button. You don't want them too loose, but definitely not super tight. Also, some people have had better luck using OEM Nintendo button membranes vs the aftermarket one. I am not sure what you mean by square vs round type pads, can you elaborate? If you look at 2:41 in the video I show what my V3 PCB looks like. Hope that helps buddy. Best of luck. Cheers
@Nacho
I am going to take it apart to install an amplifier and will try various fixes then that you and others have recommended.
If I could share photos here it would make it so much easier. So I'll describe instead. With the A/B button membranes (I don't recall the D-Pad membrane having different variations) there is the very common membrane outer edge shape of "egg" or "elongated circle" or "oval shaped with long edges" style (to describe in a few ways). A quite uncommon variation of the A/B membrane is that the outer edge of the membrane is "rectanglular"/has "straight line edges". What else is different about them I have never looked into.
Sounds good! I kinda want to do the amp mods also. Now I understand, if I remember correctly the rectangular is the oldest/original membrane design for the DMG. I have one DMG that uses it and it works well. Yeah, not sure what else is different other than the shape. If you ever want to share photos, post them to my channel's Facebook page, that way either myself or someone from the community can hopefully help out. Best of luck on the mods! Cheers!
I got the v3 and my up barely works at all... Gotta press it hard and that's no good. 🤔
Try loosening some of the screws in the rear shell just a tiny bit. It might help. Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions I'll give that a try. Thank you! 😊
Edit: That fixed the problem 98%!!! I think part of the problem is the 3rd party buttons, I'm going to switch those out. Thank you so much!! 👊👊
hey I had a button issue on a pre-installed v2 IPS gameboy I got, but ordering replacement buttons/contacts and installing them fixed the issue completely, I did not over tighten the case afterwards either, which might help too :) anyway hope that helps someone out there if they are having probs \o_
Great advice! Thank you Andy!
I installed a V3 a couple of days ago for a friend. Besides the scanline effect which is normal for a V3, has anyone noticed a slight flickering on V3? Maybe it has to do with the scanline effect...
Can you describe when the flickering and the scan line issues appear? I haven’t been playing my V3 very much and didn’t notice those issues. What games are you playing and when do you see them? Thanks for sharing! This is interesting stuff! Cheers!
@@MachoNachoProductions The scanlines are a V3 specific effect and it is a feature, not a problem. From console5 website... "The v3 IPS panel does have a "scanline" appearance compared to v1/v2. This is normal for this revision.
The affect is similar to the original Game Boy Advance LCDs.". The slight flickering I noticed on areas that have the scanline effect, inside the big letters in super mario land for example at the main screen. The scanlines are not present throughout the whole screen. Take a look here circuit-board.de/forum/index.php/Thread/29047-Neuer-IPS-LCD-Screen-GB-DMG/?pageNo=7
This effect isn't present on V2
I am intrigued. Is there a way to turn on the scan lines? I haven’t noticed them. Thanks again!
@@MachoNachoProductions You don't turn them on or of, they're just on by default.
I’m going to have to check this out when I get home.
Scratching the contact pads of the V2 version fixes the unresponsiveness issues.
That’s good to know! I’ll have to look into that! Thank you for the input ERU976! Cheers!
Yes, I don't know if it will stop working after some time but once the surface of the contact pad was sanded and visibly scratched it worked perfectly after that. I did not even modified the shell.
It’s sold out 😭
Oh man that stinks. I’m sure it’ll be back in stock soon. I’d also check out console5, they may have some. Best of luck! Cheers!
I never like the snipping and filling down that has to be done
RIPs v4 is 'bout to be dropped
Might have to check that out. Wonder if it had any new feature? Thank you for the heads up!
@@MachoNachoProductions Basically it's the Retro Pixel. BTW: handheldlegend.com/products/game-boy-dmg-ips-lcd-v4-front-pcb-unbranded?_pos=1&_sid=2019b8f21&_ss=r
