day 2. Definitely feeling the burn, but it's good. I'm proud of myself for doing it. :) I didn't expect this to work my arms too but I had to stop here and there because of my shoulders. I don't have a mat, I'm doing it on the carpet, but this one was great! I feel nice. I felt it in my glutes a lot more than my thighs, also because I'm a bit sore from day 1, but that's just normal after starting moving again after months. ❤

@@Hershey177 absolutely! in this seven-day-pilates challenge, i think there are two to three videos that target your abs and stomach. only after one week of the challenge, my abs started comming in and my stomach got flatter. i’m pretty sure i’d have the same results with this thigh workout if i did it more than once a week!

I love to do pilates but my lipodem hurts sometimes a lot and I need allways a big pillow underneath. But I can't also do the standing exercises, because my knee was hurt before. I like to move myself, but wenn we get old and have handicaps it's hart to find any exercise that fit... Yours is the best at this moment! So thank you so much!
