I bought it too for my Tracer GT. Blipper + QS. What kind of settings do you use ?

It differs for each bike.... i dont even note the setting down. just set to how it feels.

Does the bike need to be ran on the dyno once installed? Or can it just be installed and away you go?

The blip assist is fully adjustable by the end user so it can be set-up on the road.

sorry - we have only just seen this. it all depending on how you go about doing it - through the ECU or stand alone but you would be looking at around £750 - £1000

why your gearbox shift gear upside down? I mean you shift gear up by pushing down, and reduce by shifting up

This particular one was used by a customer with a Right Leg disability and found a more positive shift using it in "race" shift
