I want my mail to be delivered on time and not a week after I get the informed delivery in my email. I also want you to fix the sign at my local post office that has been broken for years and the automated door for two years instead of propping the door open and letting the heat run all winter long and the air conditioner run all summer long, and stop opening my packages and saying you can’t find them and then when Amazon catches you in your lies they magically appear, opened, that’s what I want.
