This is my post office and it's horrible. I constantly get the previous people's mail who've lived where I'm currently living for years. I've talked to people at the front desk multiple times about it and the 2 mail carriers about it and I'm STILL getting different mail. 5 years now.
That's the first thing I did "return to sender" and "does not live here" was written on the envelopes I would get. I left them at my mailbox for them to be taken back. I would get them REDELIVERED to my house with my handwriting still on them. I informed the mailman and it still kept happening. Hence why I had to go to the actual post office to complain multiple times. The issue has never been resolved, I am still receiving these people's mail. This post office is as horrible as this video says they are.

A USPS delivery guy marked two of my Amazon packages as delivered. I got a text, but my Ring camera didn't alert me to anyone on my porch. I checked cameras and saw the USPS driver drive past my house without stopping and turn the corner at the same time he marked my package delivered. I called the post office. The manager told me that if it was marked delivered, then it was. I was at the ER with my mom and couldn't go to the post office at that time but told the supervisor that if I had to drive over there with the video evidence, it wasn't going to go well. The packages were on my porch within 10 minutes. There is a lot of theft among postal employees.
They have switched the certifieds to basically non accountable. Some get delivered without a scan because they are now just putting them in the regular letters. "Amazon has no way of knowing how many packages were affected" You're telling me that can't tell if a package was scanned for return and never arrived? I call B/S on that one.
I'm pretty sure this is a much bigger problem across the country. I've had several packages go missing and followed up with USPS and the driver claims they've delivered the package. And package isn't where it should be with no one else taking the package. Shipping companies seem to make a habit of losing packages. I once won a grill and UPS claimed it had been lost. Went to the depot and found they opened the grill and were using it for themselves. I was quickly reimbursed for the grill. They count on you not following up or just trying to get a replacement shipped. You want change for these bad habits. Get angry every time, and be sure to follow through.

It went to From Coppell TX, San Bernardino CA, City of Industry CA, Anaheim (neighboring city) then Bakersfield CA, Santa Clarita CA, back to Anaheim for delivery. I’m pretty sure that is the most inefficient route ever….all those truck miles for what??
That’s crazy. Here it’s ups that sucks and steals packages. USPS is actually the only service where packages come on time in my area. For fedex and ups I now do hold at location, because it makes it harder for the workers to steal it that way
I recently had an Amazon order shipped to my home and Amazon used USPS to deliver it. This is unusual because usually I get deliveries via an Amazon truck. USPS Tracking said the item was delivered and put in my mail box but I never got it. I've ordered a lot of items home delivered and never had a missing package from Amazon. Sure Amazon took care of it but I still reported the package missing to USPS. A bad USPS delivery person may bet on Amazon taking care of the customer and the customer never filing a claim with USPS. Keep em on their toes. Report the missing package to USPS. How else will they know? I don't know if Amazon follows up with USPS.
It doesn't matter if the customer had already credited because USPS had already scanned the package. If Amazon or any other online seller didn't get the items back, then they will charge the customer again.
our postal employee can't even find the right house to deliver mail too we regularly get the neighbors mail when i asked the postman about it he just said well its a good thing you can get to know your neighbors that way.

Tuesday in that deadly cold I worked 13 hours but only got paid for 8. It's really ridiculous but when hired you are told about this.
I was a rural carrier, over 25 yrs, 9 as an RCA…I used to love my job, b4 online shopping became the norm. Quit in 2017, after having a nervous breakdown. Most people do not want to work as hard as the job requires, nowadays. Stay well@@junedeike6144
yes I've had a couple of nice items disappear. interesting part is: the item disappears completely Off my orders history, as if the order was never made. But, my money for those items has been taken. So it has to be an inside job, somebody who knows how to wipe the profile. Try to complain to Amazon? they don't give a rip
This is not only a USPS problem. I ordered from Macy's, and they used On Trac. The package was scanned at each destination as it traveled through their system. When it got to the delivery location in Benicia, California to be put out for delivery, it disappeared.
Also, I once worked for a large retailer who shipped a gas generator in a big huge box, and that disappeared as it traveled through the shippers destination. Our customer service department had to ship again using another carrier because the package was never delivered, and the customer never received it.
What? No suspect pictures
we all know why KC
They couldn't find a flash
I really hate the post office - their customer service is bad, mail disappears in to a black hole, and the mail carriers can not deliver to the correct address. Its time for a change
Yeah like do away with a 251 yr old service to get a more expensive private owned entity that will hire the same type of employees smh😂😂
True - we're stuck with the post office and they know it which is why the service is so bad@@mikes6853
Nice, when do you begin your new job as a mail carrier?
Time to do in person same day only voting
What about people who can't get out and people who have lots of other obligations? As in, don't get paid to go stand in line...
Sounds like it’s time to get sober and earn that GED.
@windsofmarchjourneyperrytr2823, polls are open all day. You're just trying to justify voter fraud. If your responsibilities keep you from voting, you didn't really want to vote to start with.
This is my post office and it's horrible. I constantly get the previous people's mail who've lived where I'm currently living for years. I've talked to people at the front desk multiple times about it and the 2 mail carriers about it and I'm STILL getting different mail. 5 years now.
The post office doesn't handle that dude 😂😂😂 you gotta send them back. Ever heard of "Return to sender"?
That's the first thing I did "return to sender" and "does not live here" was written on the envelopes I would get. I left them at my mailbox for them to be taken back. I would get them REDELIVERED to my house with my handwriting still on them. I informed the mailman and it still kept happening. Hence why I had to go to the actual post office to complain multiple times. The issue has never been resolved, I am still receiving these people's mail. This post office is as horrible as this video says they are.
@@argentin3 if it’s marked current resident along with the bad name then you are the current resident. The post office only returns first class mail, if it’s what they call standard the carrier is to deliver it to the street address. It’s a PITA but if you look hard at the stamp or box and see STD or Non profit there then toss it. My mom lived here 16 years, I’ve lived here 3 and we still get junk mail for some person that used to live here.
Prison time for all.
only certain ones.
yeah Leavenworth...
hand them the Crisco@@KB-ke3fi
R.I.P. [rot in prison]
Ty for the chuckle, wholeheartedly agree
I worked for the post office a customer called saying her package never arrived to her friend. I asked her how she sent it was there any tracking number or insurance. The lady who was elderly said the clerk who took her package said it would get there just fine without any insurance or tracking. She said she mailed her froend jewelry and money. I known without a doubt that clerk at her post office took her package and kept it.
“Heroes work here”
2023 “Thieves work here”
A USPS delivery guy marked two of my Amazon packages as delivered.
What’s even worse is the fact that you send certified and signature required and 2 years later the USPS still can’t provide information!
They have switched the certifieds to basically non accountable. Some get delivered without a scan because they are now just putting them in the regular letters. Alot of us just look at the name and address and don't pay attention to what the letter is. It's not our job to read who every letter is from or to inspect it for a little certified sticker. If you have 5,000 letters to look through there is no time for that.
@@junedeike6144 I’m an ex postal worker and I can definitely say y’all have gotten lazy. Certified mail doesn’t get added to regular mail it got its own tote…
This is how your packages that never got delivered get into display cases at the pawn shop.
Exactly why I stopped writing checks to folks eons ago. Checks always got "lost" in the mail. More like, they were probably being stolen.
Doesn’t do the thief any good unless they cash it which makes me wonder why you are saying “probably.” Wouldn’t that be “definitely” if someone attempted to cash your missing checks?
sounds like thieves are being hired at usps as well.
And they wonder why……
Amazon should be delivering their own crap
USPS needs to be completely emptied and restarted from scratch... The whole thing is a mess from top to bottom...... GET RID OF THE UNION!!!!!
Don’t blame the union, with out the union the service would be much worse.Blame the postmaster and Dejoy, Trump boy
It's not the union
@@lulabellelewis1507 Dejoy IS the postmaster. I have no idea how you are still blaming everything on Trump, he has been gone for 3 years and the USPS was a total mess long before either one of them.. YES it is the union that causes the problems by not allowing anyone to be held accountable and paying way too much
@@lulabellelewis1507dude, drop the TDS garbage. Even Dejoy just this month stated the entire usps needs an overhaul but union supporting senators are blocking it. Put the blame where it belongs for this problem.
and get rid of public schools and KLP and Mayorkas and Biden.
i worked at canada post on the sorting machines and they can and do rip open envelopes and packages and once the contents are out, they are either lost in the machine until maintenance can retrieve or just forever lost,.. i’ve seen sooo much coin money, keys, badges, etc from envelopes being ripped open by the sorting machines,.. even small items should be sent as a small package but some try going cheaper with an envelope and well goodluck on it making it to its destination..
all packages should be securely sealed as stuff can easily get crushed or broken and it’s not the fault of an employee,..
was a fantastic job!.. loved it..
I hope USPS diversity and inclusion hireing practices are not lowering the bar of USPS workers.
So much for tracking numbers.
porch pirates done change the game, they're now usps workers stealing packages
I just received an envelope that had a tear in the middle and the contents missing. I could tell it was ripped open on purpose. USPS is getting bad! It's no longer efficient, I live in a small town and anything local that gets mailed out, has to go 100 miles to get sorted and brought back up here. Makes sense!
It's called DEI
Sometimes it’s not. During mail casing the shelf can rip envelope open along with a splitting finger open.
It's because all mails collected at any post office has to go to a sorting facility, get sorted, then sent to their destination. No post office is gonna sort the mail by themselves right then & there. Each post office do not have the equipments nor the manpower to sort it. It seems inefficient & stupid, but it makes sense in the bigger picture.
Yall just think yall everything about my job. Your letters sometimes get jammed in the machines and ripped open all the time. Ain’t nobody stealing your stuff. Especially if you have a gift card in a letter, it will almost always tear open
You didn't explain what contents that were missing. Was it a paper message or some bulky item that should have been mailed in a packet or box?
It's bad. My packages never show up. The drivers leave them in weird places.
I wish they would conduct the investigation at the post office in Seligman, AZ.
Don't worry. They work for the government. NOTHING will happen to them!! They are special!!
Well this explains a LOT! 🤨
Didn't even break down the boxes.
They need an investigation at my local USPS facility too. I never get notices about Amazon packages delivered there. Some are missing.
Denver here 🙋🏼♀️ Kaiser was pushing us to use the mail delivery from USPS for ALL our medications and guess what! I never received a single RX mail package. Because it says right in the box it’s a RX from Kaiser. 🤦🏼♀️ I would have to file a whole report in order to get my life saving medications replaced and a lot of the time I went weeks without a medicine.
20 people.. that’s organized crime.
This doesn't Suprise me at all. I have to pay for a virtual mailbox in order to get my packages.Due to my local Usps either steals or claims not the correct address or even no place to deliver. I own a nice size house. I can see it but I guess they can't. To complain falls on unconcerned & deaf ears. We're lucky to get mail at all these days.Tried using informed mail yeah epic fail..You see your mail but you may never get it!!
Thank the status quo for that.
Post office used to be very particular about who they hired. Now, you dont even interview, just show up when youre hired online. Terrible policy.
Mailed my long time ⌚ Retiring after 55+ years 💈Barber A gift card to his grandaughter who is studying in Colorado as a Freshman International Nursing Student at his barbershop in October never made it . I was reimbursed by my bank thankfully It was mailed in Iowa. Poor Brie she couldve put that wal mart gift card to good use. I will send it directly to her January She has worked very hard and this was dissapointing. November 22, USPS did not deliver for the first time in 9 years of residence then in Colo. My ballot 🗳 but was resent when i notified the Voting Election Top Brass. And i received through usps my ballot as soon as i got it filled itnout and dropped it off in ballot drop off Something is wrong with this continuing to happen The story of the Lady spending 800.00 x 3 on gift cards in the south is really disturbing only to have her gift cards drained of balances, too. And now the rest of the storys are on you tube. Why a multitude. ? Thats a shame USPS and PM 📮 Dejoy.
I’ve had a compete dirtbike engine disappear from the Ups hub in Illinois a few Christmas’s ago. The thieves are within!
Christmas and birthday cards always arrive taped back up. They always check if there’s $ or gift cards.,!!! Sick of it
USPS be hiring anybody they don’t give a damn at this point
I worked for them for a little while. The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. I’d deliver packages and they wouldn’t “clear” on the managers computer program so they’d send someone else to make sure I actually delivered them. They were always up my ass and micromanage the shit out of you, not to mention the veterans who sabotage you in various ways because they don’t want you going as fast or faster than them on their sweet ass route. The union ain’t worth a fuck either.
Wow! Federal employees doing felonies! What in the world!!!
The way mail is diverted nowadays,The USPS has gotten TERRIBLE! I ordered some fuses for my residence from a trusted seller on EBay,and my package got diverted and delayed twice! It got sent to a post office thirty miles from my residence, and to a holding facility five miles away from the main hub here in Rhode Island! MAKES YOU SUSPICIOUS!! I didn’t dare use the postal service to renew my auto registrations, instead I went to AAA near my residence! God forbid,if I would have used the postal service and they sent my checks and forms to some awkward post office, and the checks got stolen and washed by some crooked postal workers!! Or lost for that matter!!
We know what color they were atleast, we can all help build a better country and a tomorrow
Wow
They did absolutely wrong. Instead of dumping the boxes, they should’ve taken the item out of the box resealed the box and ship the empty box.
"Amazon has no way of knowing how many packages were affected" You're telling me that can't tell if a package was scanned for return and never arrived? I call B/S on that one.
This USPS stuff is getting old u can’t trust them one bit they a huge joke and have been for quite some time we are fed up and tired of it completely
I found in United States when interfering with the US mail you got caught you had a prison sentence?
It's organized crime, they all get a cut, no one held responsible
Just add this to another reason I have never and will never shop off of amazon.
I'm surprised!!! Us bank is located over there and they're complete crooks!!!❤😂
They should do new hire drug test, and random tests.
Fairfield, CA they steal everything but your bills, alter the informed delivery and tracking info all that.
Informed delivery is just another lie they sell
Fingerprints are on record, if it’s worker’s, it’ll be solved quickly.
I worked as a mail carrier assistant. I just put my resignation after 3 days on the job. It’s a sht show. The worst job I ever had in my life. Dysfunctional toxic place to work. They expected me to be like regular on the third day of training. Instead of encouraging they told me I won’t make it and it’s not for me. Extremely physical with a pay below fast food
What was the hourly pay?
You just don't want to work
This happened at a APO in Germany back in the 80s. Any package that wasn't insured, got stolen by the mail handler. These people stealing mail should be imprisoned with the same crime as tampering with the mail. 5 years in prison and a 5 year sentence each.
this why ppl just need to go back to going the stores and shop online shopping is a joke or lazy way of shopping
The USPS in Kansas City, MO and Kansas City, MO is the worst!! Nine days my package was bounced back and forth between the two facilities before finally being forwarded to St Joseph, MO (which wasn't where it was to go)!!
USPS is so bizarre. I had a package to be delivered from Texas to Orange, California. It went to From Coppell TX, San Bernardino CA, City of Industry CA, Anaheim (neighboring city) then Bakersfield CA, Santa Clarita CA, back to Anaheim for delivery. I’m pretty sure that is the most inefficient route ever….all those truck miles for what??
are there any honest people left?
Yep. The post office does not deliver all packages.
Gotta love those union workers, they are so under paid.
They are going away for a very long time. How stupid can they be. Time is very hard for a thief to sell from another person. It's sad.
We don't live in a serious country anymore...
Happening nationwide dejoy is destroying the postal service real quickly
Same with Houston and St Louis. The entire system is collapsing since there is zero accountability.
That’s crazy. Here it’s ups that sucks and steals packages. USPS is actually the only service where packages come on time in my area. For fedex and ups I now do hold at location, because it makes it harder for the workers to steal it that way
The well paid government workers that stole his package checked two to six boxes. This should warm his heart.
Complaining to the postal service got me laughted at by a man who spoke heavy indian they fking hate their customers.
Ever since Nixson separated the Postal Service from the federal government it’s gone downhill.
Every since Biden was inserted it's been 1,000 times worse everywhere.
@@poollife777It’s a separate self sustained government entity without their funding.

affirmative action employees?
Great work Biden ................
they need to bring back that tv show dumbest criminals
our postal employee can't even find the right house to deliver mail too we regularly get the neighbors mail when i asked the postman about it he just said well its a good thing you can get to know your neighbors that way.
USPS isn’t a lapdog for private companies and they need to handle their own buisness
That’s not an excuse for stealing.

The irony of that address.....
