'Evil Clown' Burglarizes Post Office

In August 2023, an individual wearing a clown mask broke into the St. Albans Post Office to steal mail and packages. Deputy Chief Inspector Pete Rendina describes how St. Louis Postal Inspectors taught this clown that mail theft is no laughing matter.
