Now that the Helldivers secured the alloy shipments, everyone involved in the construction is fully motivated by liberty and freedom. Only at the beginning some of my coworkers were complaining that they are forced to do hard manual labor. I haven’t seen them since. Sir, I personally, strongly recommend we prioritize Lesath in the adjacent sector to 1. cut off future enemy advances in multiple sectors, 2. close the back door into Gaellivare itself and further secure the safety of the DSS itself from enemy attacks, and 3. open the floodgates for future liberation campaigns on the bot front, all in one swift stroke.
I hope they end up making the SEAF reinforcements through your personal destroyer. Also it would be cool if there were SEAF soldiers on the map when you drop in as an objective. You would have to go assist them with some task or save them.

One abomination thrown into another? I don‘t like the idea of them being in one place. Hoarding bugs tho… they can both steal automatons and their weapons and also infiltrate bugs(especially useful when they steal lets say…500kg bomb)

I really hope we'll be able to board the DSS and meet up with other helldivers. I'm not sure how it would function with there being many thousands of helldivers active at once but it would be badass. Maybe not available to start but they can always add more to the concept later on.

Personally would love to have missions where we have to reinforce troops or protect them from a large enemy. Feel like this would add to the immersion a lot and make it feel more like a "war" if you get me.
@SuperEarthSalute I'd also like to see SEAF troopers holding out in some of the structures we see in game, going on patrols, or maybe them assisting in the Evacuate High Value Asset missions

I appreciate that they want more progression stuff. but part of me doesn't really like the Clan idea. I like being able to just jump in and play when I can, where I want. Clans feel like it just adds an extra layer that I now have to worry about if there are stratagems and mechanical (extra weight to stuff like these votes) advantages. But, as much as I don't like the idea, I guess this makes sense for all the players that play more consistently/regularly than I do
@@galm3665 I don’t think so, it’s only happened once. On a bug world. After like 5 or so bug missions of being bitten and sprayed with acid. I think the bugs did something to me.
We just want to know how the 10k should be deployed! Maybe if you can drop it from orbit via your map, that could work. Otherwise, there's really no way to outrun the blast!
I still have some ideas that the space station can add. for one. 8 person missions. these are special missions that NEED to be finsihed in numbers for a certain major order to be finsihed. these can be a raid, like a MASSIVE botcamp or bug hive. like imagine almost like a small city. spanning 60% of the map. so many boy vabricators. you need to hide. defend streets. always having bots coming from behind. or massive bug nests. you can't close them all. they keep comming. you need to reach the centre, destroy the queen eggs or something and GET OUT. AND ALL THESE MISSIONS have LIMITED lives. like now you have 5 for each helldiver, now you ONLY get 2. and finsihing objectives gives you more. these missions give around 100 to 200 but when they fail, or finsihed, you can't do them for like a hour or 2 hours with a limit of 3 per day. and 10 per week. although you can get this refreshed if you do more normal missions on higher difficulty. the second thing I love to see are larger defence missions, larger maps even. you need to protect an asset WHILE doing missions. this is about co-ordinating. inbetween raids you can setup defences, or go and get the objective done. these REQUIRE teamwork, you CAN'T do it with random people. but these give MASSIVE additions to the war efforts. like 100 per mission.
Some really great ideas and observations here, Helldiver. Hopefully Arrowhead has something like this on the cards, seems like the Platoon/Clan System will cater for something akin to this but I guess we'll find out soon enough! It'll be a mistake to tie weapons and strategems to clan rank. That's putting a lot of real world work hours into developing the assets and code for features only a few people would see.
One day future generations of Helldivers will be grateful of the actions of things we did and we will be on Super Earth history book, we must not let Automatons and termits let know about DSS we pray for safety of both DSS construction and Helldivers

Bot divers will do all the work getting it up and running, then Bug divers will simply vote to put it on the bug front, thus shafting the Bot divers who did all the work. Go ahead and quote me on this.

This is why the voting system may not work on simply "everyone gets a say" because then this may very well happen. One would assume that it links to Major Orders and you can only choose certain planets/sectors within that MO - guess we'll see how it all works in practice. Some teething pains may occur.
I've been doing new difficulty missions against the bots, level 7 suicide missions to be exact, and the weaponry i'm used to and commonly use have become near useless. Are there any weapons or stratagems you would recommend?
If higher level divers get more say, then this thing is never leaving bug space. Too many cowardly divers stomping roaches instead of fighting literal killbots.
@@tacitidesong thats what I'm worried about, the voting system is cool and all but it just really secures it for bug divers due to majorities preferences.
Only time I would be fine with it is when a front uses it too much, like 3-4 at least then after that it would be voted on what other factions front for its vote

First when I left the game I would leave my super destroyer at merdia, but now I place it at the DSS

I would love to see the SEAF Reinforcement, and the 10k bomb to be added.
We just want to know how the 10k should be deployed! Maybe if you can drop it from orbit via your map, that could work. Otherwise, there's really no way to outrun the blast!
I reckon the voting will be done exactly how it's done in universe.
I still have some ideas that the space station can add.
for one. 8 person missions. these are special missions that NEED to be finsihed in numbers for a certain major order to be finsihed. these can be a raid, like a MASSIVE botcamp or bug hive.
like imagine almost like a small city. spanning 60% of the map. so many boy vabricators. you need to hide. defend streets. always having bots coming from behind.
or massive bug nests. you can't close them all. they keep comming. you need to reach the centre, destroy the queen eggs or something and GET OUT. AND ALL THESE MISSIONS have LIMITED lives. like now you have 5 for each helldiver, now you ONLY get 2. and finsihing objectives gives you more. these missions give around 100 to 200 but when they fail, or finsihed, you can't do them for like a hour or 2 hours with a limit of 3 per day. and 10 per week. although you can get this refreshed if you do more normal missions on higher difficulty.
the second thing I love to see are larger defence missions, larger maps even. you need to protect an asset WHILE doing missions. this is about co-ordinating. inbetween raids you can setup defences, or go and get the objective done. these REQUIRE teamwork, you CAN'T do it with random people. but these give MASSIVE additions to the war efforts. like 100 per mission.
Some really great ideas and observations here, Helldiver. Hopefully Arrowhead has something like this on the cards, seems like the Platoon/Clan System will cater for something akin to this but I guess we'll find out soon enough! It'll be a mistake to tie weapons and strategems to clan rank. That's putting a lot of real world work hours into developing the assets and code for features only a few people would see.

Bot divers will do all the work getting it up and running, then Bug divers will simply vote to put it on the bug front, thus shafting the Bot divers who did all the work.

This is why the voting system may not work on simply "everyone gets a say" because then this may very well happen. One would assume that it links to Major Orders and you can only choose certain planets/sectors within that MO - guess we'll see how it all works in practice. Some teething pains may occur.

I've been doing new difficulty missions against the bots, level 7 suicide missions to be exact, and the weaponry i'm used to and commonly use have become near useless. Are there any weapons or stratagems you would recommend?
A lounge for divers would be cool, but i kinda hope this is how they introduce seaf reinforcments, also super citizen votes should count as 4

If higher level divers get more say, then this thing is never leaving bug space. Too many cowardly divers stomping roaches instead of fighting literal killbots.
@@tacitidesong thats what I'm worried about, the voting system is cool and all but it just really secures it for bug divers due to majorities preferences.
Only time I would be fine with it is when a front uses it too much, like 3-4 at least then after that it would be voted on what other factions front for its vote
