Being a member of the Ghostdivers often goes unsung (usually because we don't sing on stealth missions) but if you ever find yourself cornered by bots or bugs only for them to start popping out of nowhere, just know the Ghostdivers are still looking out for our brothers and sisters, regardless if you saw us or not.
I've never seen a ghostdiver, ever, at all. Which is good, means they're good at what they do. Keep fighting the good fight! For Super Earth and democracy!
A good ghostdiver will minimize the chance they trigger bug breach/bot drop. They engage enemies whenever their teammate is having fun on another side of map
I am (not so) secretly a Dive Diver. Got another Helldiver just to jump around near the Pelican last night. Was glorious! FOR SUPER EARTH AND DEMOCRACY!
As a Hell Heller I can democratically say, we do not need mental evaluation. We are fine, we just enjoy fighting rough as it makes us better soldiers. -Didn't realize how many Hell Hellers we had, I personally go by flame divers though.
I love how Helldivers is a game where any playstyle is valid so long as you're giving your team positive contributions. I consider myself to be something like a sharpshooter/spotter. Not just because I use stealth and prefer long range, but because I almost exclusively use shipboard artillery. Every squad benefits from 4 and 15“ bombardment.
I enlisted after the massacre at the Creek. Any mission I’m completing not drenched in the oil of the countless bots I’ve dismantled is a mission wasted!
You forgot the nuke divers. While these divers do not deal with just hellbombs, they also utilize any and all stratagems that cause maximum damage. Specifically, they will always have 380mm and walking barrages. Those who are radical will carry 380mm, 120mm, walking, and napalm barrage and concentrate them at one grid coordinate for the MAXIMUM DAMAGE
I have witnessed these glorious patriots dropping all that ordinance upon themselves while the rest of us escape. Often with arms spread skyward, as if to embrace the immortality they have earned. Here's to the Nuke Divers! The ones who got us home!!
......You had my curiosity, after reading this you have my full undivided attention. Please, tell this humble Space Diver of the Nuke Divers and their power.
@@deloreanrc the nuke divers: A group of divers who dive in sole mission to cause as much destruction as possible through sheer firepower. It can come in various forms but most commonly, they utilize the orbital barrages. Before the introduction of napalm barrage, it would be 380mm, 120mm, walking barrage, and 500kg bombs. Once the introduction of napalm barrage, it is upto the diver to pick. Napalm users tends to go with bugs while 500kg users tends to go with bots but results may vary. Tactics also vary. One may space out the stratagems so they have consistent flow of explosions, or one my choose to unload the entire arsenal at single grid coordinate for maximum geography change.
I remember one time me and my squad had to do one of the "Kill terminds to thin their numbers mission" on helldive difficulty, everyone knew it was gonna be a pain, until someone had the idea "Why don't we all bring 4 barrages" We all died and didn't extract, but we finished the mission, and turned the entire map into a charred cratered hellscape... it was beautiful
I’m well beyond a trench diver, I’m a Knightdiver. I bring in the flashiest medieval looking medium or heavy armour, bring a crossbow and shield, and when I get them, I’ll bring knives too. Hopefully they add a sword as a secondary so I can go full knight.
I personally run this way when on eradicates. But I don't have the crossbow or throwing knives yet. I use the full silver metal heavy armor to get the paladin kinda look
I consider myself a 'Payne Diver', a faction that is believed to be the descendant of the legendary Max Payne. our main weapons are SMGs, Shotguns, and pistols. Like the Dive Divers, we dive whenever possible. However we dive while shooting and taking down enemies in the most action packed ways, believing that we will one day harness the power of bullet time. We also have yet to learn the secret art of akimbo, although we hope that one day we will find the tablet that holds the files with these teachings.
I am a Demolition Diver. I bring the Walking Barrage, the 380 Barrage, the 500kg Bomb Eagle, and the Recoilless. When in doubt, cause explosions. When those don't work, cause *larger* explosions. There is *no situation* that cannot be resolved this way.
I can't believe you forgot about the Speeddivers. The Helldiver faction that likes to go fast and complete objectives as fast as possible. We love to use the jump pack (especially after the patch), experimental infusion booster and wearing light armor (usually the Trench paramedic so we can maximize the infusion bonus). Currently we are campaigning for the SEAF to finally start production of vehicles like the jeep and APC so that we can go even faster.
Jack-Of-All-Trades Helldiver, Jack-Of-All-Divers, or GeneralDiver; Generally will wait for everyone else to pick their stratagems and loadout before choosing their own, and will only pick items in their loadout that they feel the rest of the team may be lacking in. They of course take into account the mission objective itself, and choose their weapons based on that as well. They've experimented with all weapons, armors, and stratagems to the point they're able to handle themselves no matter the choices they pick. Very rare to see one out on the field, and just like RescueDivers they will try to avoid casualties. Some Generaldivers are mistaken for other kinds of Helldivers, until you drop with them into a second mission; then you'll know.
Hmm… am I a general diver? Before seeing this comment, I referred to myself as an ex ghost diver employing the gear of an assault diver studying the tactics of a logistic diver working alongside the rescudivers, but now I think I’ve found my classification. The only difference is while I have experience with all gear available to the helldivers, I stick to a very specific set
I am part of a very small subset of the Assault Divers. I refer to myself as a Storm Diver. Whatever front I take to, whichever enemy I face, my tactics and equipment almost never change because they are so versatile and dependable. My Primary is the Eruptor, allowing me to snipe bug holes and bot fabricators from afar. My Secondary is the Dagger, giving me an almost inexhaustible option to clear obstacles and create distance where needed. I carry Impacts for a quick explosive option to clear groups or crack shells. I wear the Arctic Ranger armor to move quickly and scan the map. My usual pick of stratagems is as follows. The Arc Thrower serves as my effective Primary due to its ability to cleave through crowds and cook armored foes within their own shells. The Shield Generator Pack makes up in defense for my armor's failings, allowing me to remain highly mobile. The Expendable Anti-Tank Launcher gives me an option for when something more durable than a Hulk or Charger crosses my path. Lastly, serving as my panic button, the Orbital Railcannon Strike quickly eliminates, or at least heavily damages, whatever might possibly warrant its use. There are very few situations that this loadout and its tactics cannot handle, to the point that I can confidently say it has only ever really failed me if I have somehow gotten careless. If I wished, I likely would be able to complete a Helldive solo using this loadout, and I am likewise confident that it would meet similar success among other Divers.
@@sci7zo Well, 1.) I tend to spend an inordinate amount of time picking up samples, which in turn means that 2.) I often end up running out the clock. Therefore, 3.) It's much more expedient to be in a team. I have completed solo helldives in the past, a few of them with the increased Factory Strider spawn rates. Suffice to say, I like my missions to be productive in more ways than just mission success.
I still don't understand why the Ministry of Truth refuses to consider my plan for automaton-hacking nanomachines. I personally believe it would be funny watching automatons fight each other
@@SCP-6267 I think sending those plans to the Ministry of Defense or Ministry of Science might be better options for considering your idea. MoI knows everything yes, but the MoD and MoS are the ones who implement this stuff
One reason why they cant identify us is that each of us probably call we call ourselves differently than the others. All this time, I thought we are the 'Blaze Bringer'.
*I fit under 2 of these classifications. I am an Assault Diver. I fight for Super Earth by destroying as many of her enemies as possible during every engagement. But I am also a Space Diver. As I primarily use all Laser Weapons. Yes you read that right, I deploy with 5 Laser Weapons. The most possible* *Scythe - Primary* *Dagger - Secondary* *Laser Cannon - Stratagem* *Guard Dog “Rover” - Stratagem* *Orbital Laser - Stratagem* *Orbital Railcannon Strike - Bonus Stratagem* *This set up actually works extremely well. As the Laser Cannon almost overheats I switch, as the Scythe overheats I switch again, and by the time the Dagger overheats the Laser Cannon has cooled down. And while I’m doing this the Guard Dog is constantly using it’s own Scythe. And so in every engagement I’m almost always firing 2 weapons at once. And if I get overwhelmed at a main objective (My primary targets and where you’ll find me the most often) I will deploy the Orbital Laser or Orbital Railcannon Strike and purge my foes* *I am an Assault/Space Diver Hybrid. I am the destroyer of all worlds that aren’t the territory of Super Earth. Her enemies burn by my hand. Which is why I proudly employ the “Champion of the People” armor set. Democracy Protects*
@@jacobobobo4404 also a Laser Barrage. It’ll work like a Gatling Barrage but instead of conventional rounds it shoots lasers like the Sickle. That would be peak
@@TheUncivilizedNation quasar is great anti tank, perhaps the strongest of em, but the versatility of laser cannon makes it streets ahead imo. Great against any bot. Chaff, 2-legged striders, devastators, gunships, and melts weak points of tanks and hulks incredibly quickly too. Plus the cooldown is much quicker than quasar. That's always a +
I 100% suspected I was a logistical diver. This absolutely confirms it. I'm the guy our squad relies on I used to be a Ghost Diver in the early days for a few months. I would answer any SOS, drop into any difficulty, complete objectives for the team, confirm extraction and then leave. That habit never truly leaves you
i dunno what diver i am but today my only other squadmate left as soon as they readied up and i was dropped onto matar bay, dropped an SOS, and NO ONE showed up you guys really gotta be lucky to get rescue divers
As a Ghost-Diver, I salute you for showcasing *all* of Super Earth's finest in a solely positive light. This is what the SEAF needs more of, dissidents who trash-talk their compatriots are no better than the bots and bugs.
As a Ghost-Diver, I can confirm most of what you've said about us. Our main survivability is not being detected, and being out of there before the reinforcements our enemies call arrive. It is true ... we are more often than not unsung and unnoticed ... ... until you realize that the other side of the map is wiped and cleared with all sub-objectives and I meet you at extraction with over 20 samples and no deaths on high difficulty
Absolutely. Also a Ghost-Diver. Learning when to fight and when to run is so often key. Weaving between teammates and breaking away can be so vital. You've done your job when the team looks at the map and is asking when the 3 stalker nests and super samps were taken care of.
Yeah I had one of you guys in a mission, and by Democracy, I was genuinely surprised when I saw the rest of the map cleared while me and the rest of the squad were busy with mains
@@shady1183 Your love of explosions and heavy firepower gives us the openings we need to be able to clear out our side of the map. Without you guys, the Ghost-divers wouldn't be nearly as effective
Reports say that some Space Divers try to gear themselves up to emulate ARC Troopers, fabled soldiers from a Galaxy far far away. And me and my fellow Helljumpers are probably somewhere between Ghost Divers and Assault Divers
As a Hell Heller, I am happy to be recognized. I personally love being the distraction for my Ghost Diver teammates. I keep the enemies at bay while they complete the mission uninterrupted.
as a ghost diver you sometimes need to use aggressive stealth, I run the autocannon (Fabricator ricochet), your 30% detection is for evading patrols, primarily you should use your speed to escape from enemies.
I guess I've been a "Defense Diver" since early on. I always just pick a teammate and make them my buddy, then I just stick with them and try to kill anything that gets close to us. Always have highest kill count on the team, but I have to be careful I don't tunnel vision.
I am a second-gen Crawler, and I always run basebuster/bossbuster loadouts. Spear and thermites (impacts before I got therms) to knock out structures and heavies, Breaker for close defense, grenade pistol to pop striders, fabs, and devs
I’ll forever play as what my group calls the “armour hunter diver” with my undying love for bringing nothing other than the recoiless rifle and heavy ordinance strats
Blitzdiver here. Delivering pain.. and a pizza in 30 minutes OR IT'S FREE. Light armors, Jumpjets, fast firing primaries, secondaries, and strategems. The enemy can't call for reinforcements if they're dead.
As a defense diver i came out of my hellpod only to find that the three blitzdivers already wiped out all the secondaries, got all the minor objectives, and were deadsprinting to the objective. It was insane
Well im a mix of assult, and logistics, but I can be a hellfire diver sometimes, only fire weapons, walking through fire, accidently lighting people on fire.
you are a Hellwalker (original german: "Höllenläufer"), A Helldiver who uses mostly Flame-Wapon's, Strategems and Granades, similar to the Flammentrupler of WW1.
@@SamEllis-q5j JARATE! (It is just yellow acid, not the… bodily fluid, as it would provide no real benefit and yes this is approved by the ministry of defence)
I'd have to say I'm somewhat three: a Logistical Diver, Ghost Diver, and Asault Diver. I can read a map and identify secondary objectives and minor points of intrest just based on the landforms and buildings visible on it. Stalkers causing problems? A glance at the map and I can find the Stalker nest accurately 9 times out of 10. Artilery, Sam Sites, Radar Stations, you name it. I can find it on the map, no marker needed. I'm also the guy that's the reason most operations I'm part of end up recovering back 50%+ of the evaluated possible samples. I know the places they tend to be "uncovered", "sprout", "concentrated", or otherwise "stashed" in common Super Earth instalations, Automaton facility configurations, and Terminid nest patterns. Quick important tip that many a diver may not realize: Minor Points of Intrest, when revealed on the map, can have two markers. A gemstone outlined by a hexagon, and a triangle shaped pin. If it is marked on the map with the former, it means your sensors are detecting there still are samples at that location. The pin however indicates the location is clear. Sadly there is currently an incompatibility between the Radar Station and this element of the HUD. MPOIs revealed a Radar Station that have no samples at them will utilize the gemstone mark, that sadly can not be updated even by visiting the location. With a jumppack and a railgun for bots, or a trusty flamer for bugs, I tend to go it alone in order to recover as many samples as I can for the Ministry of Science, be that thoroughly searching points of interest, or recovering the sample containers of fallen divers. Still though, I'm always there for the rest of my squad when they might get into a particularly rough firefight, or are having trouble completing the primary objective. Though science is key to winning the war, the mission comes first. What could be a good name for this role? Science Divers? Research Divers? I personally like that second one. Any of my fellow divers find themselves in similarly sample collection focused roles but aren't quite Logistical Divers?
The Honor Guards that focus the major orders, only on high level missions wearing democracy protects armor, usually soloing objectives and bigger enemies is one type you forgot.
its missing the "watch me" divers use armour that has the democracy protects effect and constantly do shit that is deadly and survive it (most of the time) like, for example, gambling with the hellbomb explosion, as shown on our yt page (or soon, dunno when platon is going to finish that short)
Rescue Ghost-Diver of the Hell Heller variety reporting in. Very major order and objective focused. We laugh when other divers are just focused on high kill counts, any diver can get those. Clearing the map quickly, leaving filthy rich with super credits is where the real skill lies.
Thank you very much, and I'm glad you and most people here can see the spirit in which this was made. The last 2 Diver types were just something my friend (who also plays Helldivers with me) and I came up with - was an inside joke, but I liked the concept so much I decided to include it in this video just for fun and a good laugh. FOR SUPER EARTH AND DEMOCRACY!
@@SuperEarthSalute Gotta start somewhere my friend! It would be really cool if the community took it as far as the Star Wars authors did. back when they were writing Canon for the star wars universe.
This has been super helpful to me since I am still getting my papers done so this is a great way for me to know what kind of Helldiver I could be. It does make me curious on how the Chaosdivers are viewed as a treasonous faction as well according to one of your previous broadcasts, but either way it is good to know more on all of them. For Super Earth and Democracy!
Logistical Diver here. Its nice to keep your fellow divers in the fight, but i also seem to be chugging more of my own stims than i give out. Some of our fellow divers are VERY fond of explosives in danger-close environments.
I'm what you call a Gunner Diver, a Helldiver that specializes in using the light machineguns and firing the highest amount of ammunition by the end of every mission, usually around 3,000 to 5,000 rounds fired. Sure, its not the most cost effective strategy, but it puts the fear of Super God and Super Earth into our enemies as I lay down an unending stream of gunfire down range.
I'm a different type I call Loud Divers. My kind prioritise creating noise through weapons and stratagems which create a lot of explosions such as grenades, rocksts launchers, mortar employments, orbital barrages and eagle strikes like the 500kg bomb. They also like using weapons with high fire rates such as machine guns which they express with word with no origin called Dakka. The more Dakka there is the better. They often wear armour which gives extra grenades or ones which prioritise protection from explosions (often their own)
Ghost-Chaos Diver for sure. I may have my gripes with High Command but as a Creek Veteran I will never leave a fellow Diver behind, an enemy base standing, or sample uncollected.
Special Forces Helldiver who fights for Sector 3 of Super Earth (Old Russia/Europe). Mostly fights on snow and winter planets, highly capable and specifically trained to take out hostile automaton forces using all means necessary
I consider myself something of a Shock Diver/Storm Diver. I try to get in, get it done, and get out, while causing as much grief and casualties to the enemy as possible in as short a time as possible. If you're slow you're as good as dead, so the best strategy is to use force multipliers and make whatever you're up against react to you rather than you reacting to it. I will usually run the light armor with added padding, jetpack, Defender SMG (Or breaker for Tyranids) and an MG-43 as a force multiplier as for orbitals I tend to run the orbital laser as it can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time, and the default orbital strike, or orbital airburst (for tyranids) since they're very easy to call in and refresh quickly. Since this loadout tends to struggle against large beefy enemies it will work best at medium medium-hard difficulties where enemies have less armor/less enemies with high tier armor. Additionally it works VERY WELL in a squad where the other players have more powerful equipment for the big guys, while you lay down the pain on anything that isn't a tank
As a hell-heller, I do believe we exist! Flames work very well on the bots, even damaging the hulks when other options aren't available. Wish we had them on the creek :/
Rogal: This is funny to me. The Emperor Protects. My fellow 40k enjoyer. I admit I come here for brevity and inspiration so I can eventually paint my army. Though I love the capes of helldivers I might make a reference to it later…
I used to be a jack of all trades, but lately I get most of my kicks from being a "Sky Diver". On planets with desert mesas biomes I tend to land on top of the highest rocks and fight from there, protecting my fellow divers as they home in on objectives. I always take the jump pack, and bring along sentries. I've been memorizing all the spots sentries are allowed to land by high command, and thus place them strategically on the high ground. I also tend to bring laser weapons so I don't have to ever worry about ammo. Arrowhead tried to nerf me a long time ago by making strat balls bounce off rocks, but if you memorize which ones don't bounce you, too, can place sentries safely out of reach from the bugs. This playstyle also works on arctic planets as you can climb the ice formations with your jetpack.
As a ghost diver, my brothers and sisters are much for stealthy than I believed because up until now, I thought I was the only one. Keep it up Ghost Divers!
you know what im making my own type, the Recon Diver, Combines both Trench, Ghost, and camp diver philosophies to provide data and long range support primarily against bots and Illumate in the first war
Agreed. I would also consider myself a Recon Diver. I mostly move quietly around the battlefield using long range weapons (love my Diligence” as well as calling out enemy patrols and Heavies.
I'm a Xbox diver😂 I am saving money to buy PC or Play Station to spread freedom. I do though learn as much as i can to not be a total newbie. But most importantly: For Super Earth!
Im a subtype of the assault diver that emerged during the early campaigns at Malevelon Creek and the Siege of Draupnir. The ambush diver. Light armor or sometimes medium. Avoid patrols whenever possible. Pop out of the fog of war and rain as much violence on the enemy as possible, then call in a smoke strike and disappear into the fog, or cover your retreat with cluster strikes for bugs. Ambush divers never leave home without anti tank, and they'll be the first to drop a gatling or airburst strike on a bug breach. Their ability to land stratagem beacons exactly where they intended is impeccable. Unfortunately they are susceptible to getting in over their head, when their "quickly wipe this objective" attack turns into a protracted engagement. This is always how I die lmao
The best thing about Helldivers is that there are no factions or classes, you can mix and match whatever weapons and strategies fit your mood and situation, even on the battlefield.
I am a assault diver, a defense diver, and a hell heller, i pretty much go through missions being one of these three and tbh I'm not much of a healer,I'm more of the violent type that will absolutely kill anything in it's way (except helldivers)
@@SuperEarthSalute I also really hate the illuminate they took my friends and my family I operate outside of super earth guidelines using my gw1 grade library class cruiser I can move outside of what super earth sets even if I am a level 200 20 star general I am a rouge helldiver employing tech not supported by the ministry of defence dangerous over clocked equipment with grey market additions I can be considered a 1 man army my armour due to its age serving democracy has a variation of democracy protects the blocks 95% of all incoming hits lethal or not

Commando Diver here, we are arguably some of the most experienced and deadly being veterans on the field. We kill bile titans while walking in the park sipping our morning Libertea. We often dive solo and tactically execute our objectives with our favorite tried and true weaponry. Similar to Assault Divers we utilize all forms of attack to devastate the enemy with precision and dissappear to the next objective. We strike fast and hard or adapt and overcome.
Logistical Helldiver here. Currently out on medical leave for a fractured wrist. I cannot wait to return to the front to bring my fellow Divers some much needed medical aid and supplies. The Lady of Serenity will return soon ready to provide support to any Divers in need.
Ive recently taken the "skirmisher" which combines high mobility with survivability and crowd control tactics. Bear in mind though, that a good skirmisher is not without their answers to larger more heavily armored targets. Skirmishers are also a lot more effective against bots, as their unpredictable tactics shake up enemy firing lines and cause an organized march to devolve into chaos. I usually run one of the medium armors with extra padding, a shotgun with significant stagger, a jump pack, a stalwart, and thermite grenades. Combine that list with any combo of booster/stratagem and you have the basic kit. Next..be absolutely fearless. Where other people run away, charge, when you see a big group, charge. Think about your actions only after you have jumped into the thick of combat, your goals are then very simple: stay alive, kill as many enemies as you can. Kills are not the entire point, though. You are aiming to shake up enemy fronts, draw fire away from your friends, and be a pain in the ass to deal with. You are on the field of battle and you identify as a fucking problem. It does involve a lot of kiting, diving, blasting, and generally a good sense of timing. It also confuses your fellow divers as much as it confuses your enemies. The last time i did this, i was told: "Slow down there, buddy." This is an optimal response, and is very funny. If people don't think you're crazy, suicidal, or both...you aren't Skirmishing correctly, be even more reckless. That said, crowd control really is your friend, Ive found I die a million times more to bot swarm tactics than large heavily armored baddies. Honestly, I can see a build where this is paired with some kind of EMP weapon instead of one that I listed here.
I’m a flame diver and a tox diver. Every once in a while I will run heavy support and just focus heavies and keeping everyone topped off. I like switching it up
I'm the "do whatever the mission requires me to do" diver and a "collect as much useful stuff as possible" and "watch the back of my brethrens" diver. Sniping, heavy bombardment, sneaky approaches, fast camp clearing and kiting etc. all this are just tactics that I use.
Proud variant of a Defense Diver we like to call Lead Divers - heavy armor, heavy machine guns, HMG emplacements, Liberator Guard Dog rovers, suppressing fire, gatling barrages, strafing runs and leaving a topsoil of bullet casings wherever we go. No fancy gadgets, no lasers or zappies or flames, just all lead all the time. Very protective of our Trench and Assault Divers, very appreciative of our support and logistical divers. Weary of Cheese Divers.
Honorable mention: Blitzdivers Light armoured, quck moving, often utilizes eagle strategems. They often target enemy tactical assets such as mortar encampments, jammers, nests and AA guns. Usually carry SMGs or ARs with high fire rate, they run through enemy bases and take out as many fabricators as possible, before the rest of the squad come in and finish the job. Truly fearsome people
I personally referred to myself as a commando diver, working alongside squads using them as a distraction to achieve mission critical side objectives such as gunship air fields, Detection Towers, Stalker Nests, and small outpost neutralisations. Weapons used were unlimited ammunition types to avoid taking away from main squad supply drops, Orbital Laser, Shield backpack, quasar cannon, and Air strikes for the rare times a group of things need to die
I'd call myself a Recon Diver. I hit the ground carrying a supply pack, light armor with the Scout ability, and a high ammo-efficiency set of weapons so that I'll never need to take anything from the supply drops and will never run out of ammo or stims. The aim is to be self-sufficient even if the rest of the squad is halfway across the map. Then I get up high, ping every objective on the map, and then go off on my own to slowly do a couple of objectives and bases far away from the rest of the squad while constantly keeping the enemy's reenforcement timer on cooldown so that the other divers can blitz through the mission with less resistance. I can also do reconnaissance by fire. I throw strategems and fire some precision shots towards a group of enemies in a hardened position, then perform a fighting retreat to draw them towards an area that my team has already prepared with good cover, turrets, mines, and pre-sighted chokepoints for strategems. They set up the killzone, I kite the enemy to pull them in.
As a dedicated ghost diver who loves fighting bots I'll happily recommend both the eruptor and the thermite grenades, perfect for taking out bot fabricators without getting undue attention.
Yo, bit of a mixed diver here with a couple main loadouts. For most missions I'll go trail-blazer with diligence sniper, HE grenades, and Peacemaker. For stratagems/additional weapons I use the recoilless rifle, and a mix of orbitals, turrets, and Eagle strikes (primarily 500kg) that vary based off the exact mission. With this loadout I focus stealth and speed, searching for samples and taking out patrols from a distance. I also have learned to better tell where different side objectives, structures, and hostile strategic structures may be through the shaping of the map. As for my other loadout, which is primarily for missions involving killing a set amount of hostiles or defending a single point. My main weapons remain the same and I typically keep the recoilless rifle too, though I use the bone-snapper armor and for my stratagems will commonly have a shield generator, sometimes a flame-thrower instead of a recoilless rifle, 500 kg, and orbital laser. I don't have a particular type or name I call myself, but who needs labels to defend democracy.
Special combo helldiver idea: Captain Americadivers -HMG (represents throwing the shield) -ballistic shield (represents Cap’s Shield) -explosive crossbow (For Convenience/power) -Butcher heavy armor (increased stims, yet heavy armor level.) -experimental infusion (increases speed, and makes the diver more difficult to kill.) -Shield generator (A convenient way to protect your brethren) -HMG Emplacement/other sentries (Powerful, and destructive.) This combo is centered around the three automaton C’s, and is a mix of logistical diver and defensive diver. The main 4 components are the shield, HMG, butcher armor, and infusion, as it makes a diver invulnerable to a high amount of any/all damage types, and must be used by taking a stim before engaging in combat. WARNING: Possibility to die to your own teammates increased for unknown reasons, yet automaton threat decreases significantly.
One of the few Camp Divers reporting in. I forgo the jump pack for a shield pack because I can lay down a few more rounds before leaving the area at the last possible second and running in all weather conditions. I used to use the anti-material sniper but moved on to the Commando to take down far-away structures more effectively.
I've been running the Diligence Counter-Sniper (Diligence 2) with the jungle suit that reduces reticle drag. It suddenly turns the Diligence CS into a viable weapon, which is otherwise in F-Tier. The medium armour-penetration allows you to chip MBTs/Hulks from behind, and the magdump damage potential is pretty high. It also goes right through Hive Guard's shield faces, turning them into a joke. Try it yourself!
Jump divers for life. You ain’t liberated if you ain’t jump-packed over the wall of a base, destroyed everything, and flown off the highest point as a hellbomb lights up behind you 🫡🌎

I watched the entire Creek. But couldn’t enlist until April 4th. My limbo is unending…

@@deloreanrc the nuke divers:
A group of divers who dive in sole mission to cause as much destruction as possible through sheer firepower.

@@SuperEarthSalute What about Doom Divers, the ones who sacrifice themselves to draw the enemy into artillery or protect armed hellbombs?
My man
Jack-Of-All-Trades Helldiver, Jack-Of-All-Divers, or GeneralDiver;
Generally will wait for everyone else to pick their stratagems and loadout before choosing their own, and will only pick items in their loadout that they feel the rest of the team may be lacking in.
Some Generaldivers are mistaken for other kinds of Helldivers, until you drop with them into a second mission; then you'll know.
this is definitely my kind of diver
Now that's pure Democracy in action! We love it, Helldiver! FOR SUPER EARTH AND DEMOCRACY!
Hmm… am I a general diver? Before seeing this comment, I referred to myself as an ex ghost diver employing the gear of an assault diver studying the tactics of a logistic diver working alongside the rescudivers, but now I think I’ve found my classification. The only difference is while I have experience with all gear available to the helldivers, I stick to a very specific set
yup, this is me
I belong in this type
Well i am a assault diver going in guns blazing. As one ancient Texan said. "Use a gun if that don't work use more gun" - Engineer from tf2
Wise words from a wise Engineer, Helldiver! FOR SUPER EARTH AND DEMOCRACY!
@@Virsteinn then why not try and complete a helldive?

As a fellow dive diver I feel a little comedic relief in our dive can’t hurt more than a stalker getting ready for the easiest lick of his life
I'd have to say I'm somewhat three: a Logistical Diver, Ghost Diver, and Asault Diver.

I consider myself something of a Shock Diver/Storm Diver. I try to get in, get it done, and get out, while causing as much grief and casualties to the enemy as possible in as short a time as possible. If you're slow you're as good as dead, so the best strategy is to use force multipliers and make whatever you're up against react to you rather than you reacting to it.
I will usually run the light armor with added padding, jetpack, Defender SMG (Or breaker for Tyranids) and an MG-43 as a force multiplier
as for orbitals I tend to run the orbital laser as it can cause a lot of damage in a short amount of time, and the default orbital strike, or orbital airburst (for tyranids) since they're very easy to call in and refresh quickly.

Love how the chaos divers are bringing more peace then anyone else haha
Heavy Assult Diver here. Heavy armor, heaviest weapons, shield, and the experience to know 3 Hulks at once are easy to take out with the HMG.
Honorable mention: Blitzdivers
Light armoured, quck moving, often utilizes eagle strategems.
I find it amazing that Helldivers have indirectly filled in the niches of an actual military and then some to complete the mission effectively.
Can't believe you forgot the Eagle Divers, that special breed of diver that finds comfort in the swift delivery of democracy from blessed air support.
OMG I WOULD ABSOLUTELY BE A CAMPDIVER!!!!!!!! I LOVE SHARPSHOOTING
1:25 another note, they tend to use the armor passives where they throw farther
Special combo helldiver idea:
Captain Americadivers
-HMG (represents throwing the shield)
-ballistic shield (represents Cap’s Shield)
-explosive crossbow (For Convenience/power)
-Butcher heavy armor (increased stims, yet heavy armor level.)
-experimental infusion (increases speed, and makes the diver more difficult to kill.)
-Shield generator (A convenient way to protect your brethren)
-HMG Emplacement/other sentries (Powerful, and destructive.)
This combo is centered around the three automaton C’s, and is a mix of logistical diver and defensive diver.
Everything about the campdiver one described my loadout and playstyle perfectly lol
