When I purchased my low pressure piston Pump it came with a 3914753 Cummins line ($11 US) that cleared my VE side cover, although I had to trim the sound deadening .
I appreciate the videos. .. I watched a video lately of a 6.1 or 2 built where they used the pistons out of a first gen non inner cooler. Supposedly its got a bigger bowl in the piston . I really like the first gen trucks . I installed a Supposedly higher flow and more pressure power steering pump and its seemed to make a difference. Nice job on the first gen
That’s Lenny’s video. I was going to do a video and talk about the that a bit
👍👍what trans?... forgot... curious as to why the coupler had to be cut down... but anyway 👍👊
Trans is a 47re. The adapter is to make a the auto trans fit the stand transfer case so bit of a different setup
Audio was tough on this one. Music blew my ears I out I think after trying to hear you. LOL
Leaning the new camera. I have the settings messed up
Rob, you really need to wear a microphone.
Ya the new camera doesn’t do well with extra sounds. I am going to look it’s a microphone
I have some questions about my 12 vow comments My issue is I'm getting oil in the radiator I have checked the oil cooler with air pressure that is not the problem do you have any ideas
Check to see if the oil filter housing is straight. But that said it can be a head gasket.
I’m running compounds and can build like 80psi. I just want reliability now, I’m not chasing big numbers anymore. What’s the best way to waist gate or regulate boost to say 55psi???
What injection system... tune fuel out of it for the top end
Put a bigger AR exhaust housing on your low pressure turbo.
Both good answers above
Hey so I just finished my 24 v vp44 engine build. I got new cylinder head and gasket. It’s running good and I got this thing running about a week ago and last night I got in the truck and started it. Sounds like she is missing , and a lot of gray smoke and when it first starts it has a light blue tint to it. I don’t see any coolant mix with oil. Do you think I got a blown head gasket ? Or something funny going on? And I’m running 150hp injectors in it. Well with out the tune.
Could be. But I would check injectors and pump first myself
@@CUTTERUPROB okey also there is pressure in the coolant lines as well, like when I pull the cap off it has a lot of pressure.
I’m afraid that I might have damaged the head gasket when installing the head.
@@jafinjohn7367 it is possible. Also make sure you use the vp44 style gasket.
@@CUTTERUPROB do you have a link to it or something that I can source it
