How to Fix your Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ ignition switch. Key was Stuck and Lost Spring Action in Key Tumbler when trying to crank engine. This Action Caused the Immobilizer Security Function to Activate, leaving me stranded.

You can drill out thr lock cylinder you don't need to replace the entire ignition switch.
