My car doesn't crank use to do a click uder he hood , bought a used starter at junk yard still donsent starte checked the motor its not seized , now it started humming under hood and clicks once behind steering wheel

Can anyone help me? I lost all keys to my 2007 expedition and drilled out the ignition, oops. I bought a dorman ignition cylinder and tried programming. No start no nothing.
