Only criminals need know different jail from prison everyone in world uses both as a general term for a place you’re incarcerated in jees . It’s like a trial just reading the comments . So you both have your opinion on facts that made neither of you right or wrong. I’d write jail just because it’s shorter word and want to spend little time possible with my comment.

What is this lady on?? If someone comes up and randomly gets aggressive with you over your tattoos, of course there’s going to be a dialogue about it. That doesn’t mean you deserve to get ☠️ over someone’s ridiculous religious beliefs.
We can see Kevin running out the door at Josh, so Josh was clearly defending himself with the stool, while Kevin was the aggressor at every point of this interaction. Josh physically left the building and Kevin went after him. What more do we need to know? Do you think Kevin is going to feel any differently about people with tattoos if we let him free in the world? He’ll only harm more people, especially if he gets away with this.

I bartended for many years in my life and Have visited establishments just as this, but I am in disbelief that anyone can see anything different than patrons coming in to spend money at your establishment. You then aggressively attack someone for their choice to put art on their own body. All while flirting and touching his wife and her friend. Joshua even goes around to the other side of the table to get away from him and be the “bigger” man.Joshua then leaves the establishment to avoid this abusive establishment owner. The owner continues to touch and God knows what o the two women. Joshua sticks his head in to ask his wife to leave. That horrific action of asking his wife to leave the establishment where the owner is aggressively acting them enrages the owner to then run, aggressively past the women and out the door to punch him for having tattoos and leaving ?!! The then smaller and not aggressive patron/man picks up a stool to try to make space from the very obvious psycho establishment owner. For which was proven, he needed assistance because the man continues and punches him so hard that he hits his head on the concrete and dies. I would say that Joshua had every right to try to defend himself. If anything other than guilty occurs, I will completely lose all faith in the American judicial system.
Oh, and godly owner, I wonder who will be accepted into heaven and who will be sent to h-e-L-L JoshuaJoshua for putting art on his own body or you for murdering a man?

It’s self hate and jealous only. Josh was a young attractive guy with a pretty blond for a wife, while he was a fat, toxic, old fart with nothing going for him. Apparently the bar wasn’t even his, he was lying to customers about that, so that only in of itself tells you a lot about the psychological profile of the individual.

You would think that if this man was so appalled by Josh's tattoos he wouldn't hang out talking to them. Why not move & go talk to someone else without tattoos? He went out with his wife & friend for an evening having drinks so why did this man make such disparaging remarks about his tattoos! Why? I'm sorry but this man punched him pretty damn hard in the temple knocking him down hitting his head so hard he sustained 2 fractures to his brain! This shouldn't have happened & it cost this man his life bc Kevin had to start it by his remarks & didn't expect Josh not to get upset? Yet he didn't have to escalate the situation by following Josh outside knowing it was only going to make things worse. I hadnt realized how often i would say "uh hu" until i had to be a witness in a deposition. Both attys reminded me to verbalize the words yes and no several times. Due to being so nervous, it seemed that i would forget immediately to verbalize. Then i got a copy of my deposition and after reading all of my responses, i came to the conclusion that i was stupid. Almost child like. I was so embarrassed that i sounded that way. My atty reassured me that most people make that same claim after reading their depositions..i think my atty was trying to make me feel better. I went on a mission to improve my english and grammar!..what an eye opener for me..😮

The old testement says not to tattoo or pierce our bodies as it's considered a sin. However, most women (and these days men too) have pierced ears. We have a loving and forgiving God. I find it hard to believe that most women are going to hell over pierced ears..❤

The friends of Josh, eyewitness, disagreed with each other. The wife contradicted her original statement. What a mess. Both sides were not perfectly honest.
What also bothers me is that the wife seemed to be a flirt and may have instigated some of it. She's talking with Kevin, a complete stranger, before her husband walks in. She continues the friendly talk in front of her husband. After things escalate, Josh and Brian walk outside, de-escalating the situation. What does the wife do? She stays inside and continues talking with Kevin. Who wants a wife like this? indiscretion is a red flag.
