I'm 65 have ink don't drink and completely agree with you. Shameful at his age acting a fool. All 3 of my sons are tatted. Their Dad and I as well. I have less than them by far lol but all the same. Ink can look very nice if not jail tats. Professionally done can look nice.

You pick up a stool as a divider, didn't seem like the victim was going to throw it. But throwing a punch is quite a different story, that is being physical. It's called assault, but his punch ended up killing someone! If people would just keep their hands to themselves
i think he's going to end up being guilty of manslaughter. he clearly was the aggressor and followed the guy out but unless he knew the 5 point palm exploding heart technique from kill bill its hard to say it was murder. unless the guy was doing a felony somehow during all this, than murder 3 i suppose

Drunk and belligerent, the victim was ushered out of the bar clearly retreating whilst he was in hot pursuit. How the host and guest put the blame on the victim is crazy.

Too many of these old men getting away with these things recently just because they are older. The poor man killed in the movie theatre is one example. Its a disgrace. Jurys making decidions with their hearts and eyes not facts and the law. If someone looks 'respectful' they get a pass. Its so bad.

The victim did nothing wrong? That guy Kevin was the aggressor and he seemed a bit drunk. They should have all left together and left that guy Kevin inside. Kevin does not own this bar. Tabi and Sean Mcbride owns it. So I believe Kevin went to the wine bar with Laura initially and she got uncomfortable and went to go get her friends. Too much of a coincidence kevin happened to be at tabis wine bar with Laura after they met at concert. Sounds like trouble

I think what happened is in the Defendants predatorial head, he had set his sights on Jennifer Davies and had absurdly imagined he would use her friend to try & hook up with his friend so he would “get” Jennifer.
Of course he was friendly with Jen’s friend because- he had a plan. He was not intimidated by the Friend but he was with Jennifer becs that’s the “babe” he wanted.
I can totally see how this guy operates.
When he realized his delusion was not gonna happen because the hot babe he’d ludicrously imagined would be his- was with Josh - it Enraged him and with alcohol in his system he let his rage out on Josh.
This had NOTHING to do with TATTOOS people. This murd*r happened because 1 awful bully of a man coveted Another man’s wife & felt entitled to make Josh pay for that!
It’s too bad none of that has come out because im absolutely certain that’s exactly what happened & it explains his rage towards Josh.

But I’m not ruling out he could’ve had darker intentions about getting Jennifer alone. And how she would feel about him -if she wasn’t involved w Josh, was immaterial to that plan.

What video are you watching where the victim is looking aggressive??? I meannnnn.... this big fat man said something to the victim & then said something to the woman while pointing at the victim. Which in my opinion he's telling her to get him out of there, like he's the boss of the bar. Then after he said whatever to her... the victim was smiling the whole time & even looks like he bent over a little like joking around. Then that guy walked over to the victim whispered something in the victim ear & walked back to his place. SO PLEASE show me where you see the victim looking aggressive?????
