Your advice is groundbreaking! Think of how many young guys could have prevented going bald if only they knew that going bald can be a multitude of reasons! Finasteride is a major ingredient but also all the other reasons you mentioned. Nice one Alex, keep up the good work.
Hey Alex! 👋 So, for the past four years, I've been super stressed, especially in March and April, because I kept failing a competitive exam and would cry a lot. In January, I started losing a bit of hair, like 10-20 strands a day. But by June, it got worse-my scalp was visible when my hair was wet, and I started losing around 100 hairs a day. I freaked out and went to a dermatologist who recommended redensyl, procapil, capixyl, and anagain. I've been using them for two months now. The first month was rough, with even more shedding. Then on July 1st, I shaved my head and added rosemary, peppermint, and coconut oil to my routine. Now, my hair fall has completely stopped, which is awesome. But I still see some miniaturized hairs around my hairline. These tiny hairs fall out when I apply oil-like 5-6 of them. How can I turn these miniaturized hairs into healthy ones? Should I keep following my current routine?
Have you ever had a client who needed something stronger than finasteride ? Because as I understand you don t have to block all dht to stop or reverse dht caused loss. And many researchers long term shows that people gets benefits from Fin even after 10 years or as some individuals shows like your amazing story as long as you adress other problems
You are clearly an intelligent guy, I can easily tell after having watched several of your videos. So my question is, does slashing the most androgenic hormone in the body not worry you long term combined with the potential of PFS being a thing (which is highely likely with so many reports of crashes, although rare). Do you just find the risk reward worth it or simply think it's a safe enough drug or are just willing to risk your health for hair? I just feel like we still don't quite know how this can effect health on many levels including brain health. Maybe I am overthinking but I just can't commit to taking it for the reasons mentined since health > everything imo.
Yes, I understand your consern. That's one of the reasons why I microdose finasteride and continue to work on my DHT sensetivity. In terms of the long-term side effects, so far it hasn't been a problem. But of course, there is always a risk and I think at some point there will be better alternatives.
Hey Mr.Alex ...Is it ok to apply minoxidil on scalp after using Leave in hair cream on my hair (not on roots)..Is it necessary to wash my hair before applying minoxidil?
Hey Alex. You mentioned in one of your videos that one needs to stop minoxidil at one point ( which you have done)because it might increase hair shedding. How long do you think it is appropriate to stop minoxidil for? I have been on minoxidil for more than a year with good results but i was shedding recently so i stopped applying it last two days and my hair shedding decreased 28 hairs a day to 12-13 hairs
Why are you asking a guy on the internet instead of a doctor lol. From general research on the internet the sound advice is to quit the drug or reduce the dosage depending on the severity of side effects. Which side effects do you have (if any)?

I am using finasteride for 8 month I faced very low symptoms like (ed), when I stopped fina. I lose tons of hair, so I started using finasteride again, how should I deal with low symptoms? And by tapering the fina dose can I shift to natural dht blocker and how long I have to take the supplement? I have heard that hair hormones get settled at age of 35? 2*1000mg saw palmetto extract is ok to block dht?
Suggestions is to either reduce the amount of finasteride (by micro-dosing) or frequency (skipping a day) or topical application. Saw palmetto is also a option but it has around 30% effect on DHT and it may be enough depending progression and timeline
In terms of hair loss progression or regrowth? Hair loss progression should slow down at month 3 and regrowth should appear on month 4 or 6. If that's not the case then something is not working. Here is a video about different problems in terms of regrowth: ua-cam.com/video/HgyX_Ub0KWg/v-deo.html
Alex, i am 16 and lost hair due to vitamin deficiency , but i think nownits regrowing after 3years of hair loss . The hair loss stopped before , but now i am losing some hair (not more) is it okay or not
If you have had vitamin deficiency before then it's possible that there are other issues in your diet, such as trigger foods, lack of protein or calories. Protein and calories are also important for strong hair

If your shed was already high before reading treatment then yes it can be becouse of shock to an already weak hair growth cycle. In any case shedding from readded treatment shouldn't last past 6 weeks if it does then there is likely other issues
