This client wanted to save his hair as he’s only 24 years old. Dan, you have my respect for listening, reassuring, and producing an excellent result for him.
Maybe the guy had Covid. I had it and after about 5-6 months my hair was falling out sooooo much in the span of about 2-3 months I lost more than half of my hair, I came to terms with the fact that I was gonna bald completely! Then I started rubbing onion juice on my head ( saw it on UA-cam 😁) and my hair is growing again, I'm not sure if it's because of the onion juice because I've read if your hair loss is due to Covid it grows back, so maybe onion juice had nothing to do with it.
@@ax9701has nothing to do with Covid and all to do with the fact that a high percentage of men go thru male patterned baldness, it’s just a part of life for a lot of men.

I wonder if he shaved his beard closer to his jaw level. It might lessen the length of his face and draw the eye down from his forehead and the top of his head.
Although I'm not a fan of this particular hairstyle, I do think it suits him and his hair. But what a transformation when he smiles at the end. Dan great job as usual.
My heart goes out to this young man. It must be traumatizing to lose his hair at only 24 years old. Thanks to you for listening to him and helping him to feel comfortable enough to tell you why he has hair loss. The end result is stunning!
As someone who had just completed a hair transplant in Turkey a few months ago, I would suggest doing HT after seeing a doctor first to get all your options. HT is so cheap now and their process and tech in Turkey is leaps and bounds from most countries as they do mass transplants each day it's practically an art. Great job on the cut and style 👍 Good Luck Mate.
What I'm worried about is keeping a natural hairline? Do you have any clinic recommendations? I've seen so many straight hairline outcomes and that honestly scares me.
Get him a hair system on Dan. Honestly would be life changing for him in my opinion. What you did however is simply amazing result. Goes to show that shaving it isn't always the way. Its the lazy way
Nice cut man. I used to rock that same style cut while I was loosing my hair at 18, it was a nightmare for me too lol. I grew out my hair in college and my wife pointed out I'm balding bad. Took a Pic of the back of my head, my crown is all gone. I ended up shaving to skin at 23-24. Almost 30 and I'm really thankful for the content on youtube on this topic. Gets you to be more comfortable with yourself, and really evaluate if you want to shave your head. My recommendation for this guy, SHAVE IT BRO you won't regret it 👍
Needs half that beard removing to balance the ratio of weights of hair. Full beard draws attention to the fact there’s little on the head. Also, not the best shape beard to suit face shape.
I think for brown and black people it actually can be pulled off especially since they tend to have dense full beards. White guys as well that have dense beards. I have to keep mine very low or none because mine doesn't grow in dense like this guy. I think your point is that it gives him a longer appearing head/face? I think it works well for him and suits him quite well. I don't really believe in rules. Like the question is "does it look harmonious, balanced and suit the individual?". If yes, then do what works. To me he can go shorter but this also works out quite well.
Would love to see a video on all of the products and hair styling for each kind of situation that you use and in what applications do they work best. He looks great!
Hi Dan, do you give advise remotely? I am really impressed with analysts you make on people’s faces and the recommending appropriate hair styles. I have never seen anybody locally with such knowledge an ability to communicate it to the customer.
I have seen a lot of comments to shave all his hair off, I personally hate that bald head look, besides I think he would have felt it too drastic. This man was really struggling with losing his hair and why shouldn't he? As always Dan you listen to all your clients and produce amazing looks.
This is exactly why men like this are doing the whole thing to save the hair because they’re not secure enough when people give comments like this / thank goodness he isn’t married to you.
Agree. I genuinely think it looks good. I'm confused by these comments. Like it looks a lot better than him being bald. I do agree maybe trimming and fading the beard was needed but as far as the cut? It looks perfect on him.
With that beard and face shape, he was born for a high fade. He'd look cool with a full shave too, if he ever wants it. Great job. The fibre is incredible.
Amazing job tbh, Dan you did the absolute best you could and the cut does look good. However this is the one time I think the client should shave. He has a great face/ head shape. Fibers look to be medium brown, but his hair is dark brown-black so you can see them bright as day. But i inderstand if thats all you had available at the time and just wanted to show him. Also, comb the hair back, spray light hairspray, add fibers lightly comb hair forward (thick comb)or pat down making sure not to touch the scalp then light hairspray finished product. This will last them at least a whole day and help keep those fibers from flying away. Also the pump spray fibers apply so much better and gives you more volume control.
the end result is excellent but would obviously require daily fibres etc. if it doesnt work he actually has a great head shape for a shaved top and full beard and would be a very strong look for him.
Yeah mate u did really well here because that’s quite tricky one as well because the hair is already so thin and that’s probs best style for him more forward n low maintenance to make it look more thicker.👌🏽
