  • Hello & welcome to Day 2! Today we have a standing Pilates class that is going to have a squat focus - which means both feet are staying on the ground! Take this class at your own pace, break when you need to, drink water when you need to & you'll be great!!

    This one for sure kicked my butt more than yesterday! Was shaking almost the whole time, but such a good workout! 💪🏻

    I love how kind and encouraging you are. I had a headache when starting this and my heartrate going up made it pound more. You inspired me to just take short breaks, and I still did most of the workout rather than giving up 10 minutes into it. Feeling so good now!

    Just did my first Pilates workout. Got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and weightlifting seemed to hurt more. This workout got me sweating but definitely helped loosen up my joints. First time I don’t feel as stiff 😊Pilates will definitely be my go to.

      I felt the same way when I was first diagnosed! Weight lifting wasn't working for me anymore which is what lead me to Pilates!

    I am dripping in sweat! I definitely had to modify certain movements today. Mainly the 10 pulses 😭 I did 5 instead of ten on most of those. Can't wait for tomorrow!

    Currently dying at the midway point but determined to finish after this water break. I had to comment that you chatting during exercises about anything is so helpful! Distracts from the sweat and helps it feel shorter 😂 loving this challenge so far!

      You move through the classes however you need to!!! Day 3 is a little more gentle!

    yessss much harder than #1 (just did a double hitter with 1 and 2 back to back to get on track LOL) but I loved it!! I love that these varied in difficulty and def different body parts as focus. (Ps I was a musical theatre gal too, your energy makes so much sense to me now!!!🤍)

    Damn girl! Sweaty Betty over here!!! I love this. I am trying to lose the baby weight now after my girl was born and I really dislike “cardio” and extreme workouts. I feel so good after this and I’m dripping sweat so I know I burned up some calories!!!!

      You can do it!!! And if you need a day, take a day - don’t feel like you need to do the classes consecutively!!

    Even though I've been lifting weights for a while now, this was quite the challenge. 😅 I felt the most heat in my feet and some other muscles which you rarely get to use for the lifts. This made me extra excited for the upcoming two weeks, as it feels like this will serve as a perfect balance for the work I do at the gym! 🧡

    Okay 1. THIS WAS MEAN! My legs hurt from yesterday how dare you make this one squat based 😂 and 2. Omg i loved this workout!! Love a good burn while also getting my heart rate up. So far this 15 day challenge has been incredible!

    I probably won’t be able to do this one. I have a real problem with squats and my knees hurting even when I try to do them correctly. Same with lunges. Something I definitely have to overcome and get better at, and maybe I can do some things not squatting or in smaller chunks though.

    I am a day late doing this workout but holy cow!! I’m just wondering how can I tell when I need to push through and when I need to take a second?

      That's a tricky one to answer! It's different for everybody, and is both mental and physical! If you feel like things are challenging but you have a couple more reps in you, keep going. If things feel challenging and you feel like you simply cannot keep going, or if you form is starting to get a little off, take a second and reset!
