My 5 minute one-pan Angel Hair Pasta with Mushroom Recipe! From prep to eating it in 20 minutes!

This dish is not only deliciously satisfying, but you can put it together in under 20 minutes, with the actual cooking time being about 5 minutes!
I always keep angel hair pasta, also known as capellini, in my pantry because whenever a pasta craving hits me, I know that I can put a dinner together very quickly without a lot of effort.
Once you know the basic technique of cooking angel hair pasta, the different combination of dishes that you can create are endless!

Here are the ingredients (approximately): Yields 1 or 2 portions
- 5oz of angel hair pasta (about a third of a box)
- 2 to 3 cups of chicken stock
- A few ounces of water just in case
- A bunch of mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 oz of parsley, chopped
- 2oz of butter
- A little olive oil
- 4oz of pecorino Romano cheese
- Fresh black pepper

I’m in love with the angel hair & mushroom 🍄 listen, you need to turn the heat down! You don’t & shouldn’t cook food at high heat. You need to let the food cook thru but pans aren’t safe. Google- If I find info I’ll come back. Def living your recipes.🎉
