@@Anonymous-zv9io Unstoppable force vs. immovable object. Mash's Lord Camelot is a defense of the psyche, if you remember. While her willpower remains strong, that shield will never break no matter how strong the enemy's attack is. If even Goetia's AAS couldn't penetrate it, Soujuurou isn't getting past it either. The only way he does is by putting doubt in Mash's mind as to whether she can guard against his attack.
Except Soujuurou's Noble Phantasm outright stated that the more bullshit his opponent's defences are, the harder it is to adapt or decipher his attack.

the latest event update has alice give some exposition on soujuurou's strengths. it basically boils down to his brain not functioning the way a normal human's would. it takes him the same amount of effort to raise his hand or greet someone as it takes for him to have pinpoint accuracy beyond a genius or stay alive in life or death situations. not to say that it's easy for him, but that each action is an extreme challenge he's used to overcoming
Okay now I'm curious how strong he would be if he stayed in the woods. Fighting wolves and other animals by hand makes him a menace.
A normal guy who rizzed up Aoko and Alice and one shotted a legendary phantasmal beast who is the relative of Arcueid... no powers, no magecraft, no mystic eyes... just his sheer skill and determination, Soujuurou is a goat

I wonder if in Japan caching up on grades was easier in the 80's or if Nasu made him skip grades just as convenience in order to put Soujuurou in a highschool setting, because not even the best home teaching can make up for the lack of knowledge someone who doesn't even know what electricity is suffers from.
considering his latent skills, if the test performed by the schools are using multiple choices instead of written tests, probably he could focus enough to "pass" the test, and he will, maybe at the bare minimum but he would.
What would happen if he was perceived as lacking by the board is that they would put him in a lower tier public school. As far grades they would never make him attend middle school.
@livanbard You could make a case of using connection to enroll into Highschool. With Soujurouu guardian saying He has been home school for his entire. It is not as uncommon as you think because there are still many places in Japan that's more village like without too much modern influence. Tho, Soujurouu keeping with study subject won't be too much of issue because of his earnest personality. But trying to live in a City will be the challenge for him. I do still know there are Highschooler that learn many subject from school but can't use phone or modern appliances.
@@Gadlight that’s actually correct. Aoko decides that trying to learn everything from the ground up is impossible/would take too long so she makes him brute force memorize everything for the big exams

If the opponent suffers more damage if they use their defenses, what would happen if they decide to not use those defenses? Would the impact of Soujuurou Shizuki's punches lessen and not be as affective when the opponent lowers their defense?.
Not an option if the defense is innate (Heracles, Achilles, Tiamat, etc.)
