Okita Alter also has an Anti-World NP. Interesting NP for a Counter Guardian to have.
It is interesting that the Anti of a Noble Phantasm is ranked by the range of effectiveness. Like from one person, to an army, to a fortress and so on. Tho, it doesn't mean the NP from Anti-Unit is weak. Just mean they are more effective for single target enemy or a single target buff.
