One thing I'm glad more people will see about Arthur through the accessibility of the Proto Frags manga is that he has more moral dilemma and emotional complexity than what FGO presents

That's one of the things FSN largely stayed away from, having Servants and Masters with obvious conflicting moral standards. On the one hand having such a pairing is an in-built source of story conflict, but on the other it's hard to naturally progress such a relationship when he's Lawful Good and she's Neutral Evil and they're supposed to cooperate on anything substantive like a Holy Grail War. I suppose making Manaka more affable towards Arthur helps reduce friction and paves the way for character change. Arthur's not, like, stuck with Kirei.
Isn't that literally what fate zero is? Prototype follow the same path, with saber at first having a master with conflicting moral (manaka and kiritsugu) but later on being paired with hero of justice (ayaka and shiro)
Although tbf kiritsugu is not as horrible as manaka but you get the point
@@abdulzaelani9954 Kiristugu and Saber weren't that far apart morally, objectively speaking. Certainly the difference between Saber's chivalric ideals and Kiritsugu's utilitarianism is one of the central conflicts Zero explores but... Kiritsugu never asked Saber to do anything that violated her moral standards and largely worked to hide his distaste for her concept of honour. The only action Kiritsugu forced Saber to do against her will was destroy the Grail, and that was because she wasn't aware of its nature.
The only outright morality clash in FS/N was Kirei and Cu, but we didn't see that relationship unfold. Only its conclusion and the bits of Cu discussing his Master in dialogue.
Outside of FS/N, the worst one was Apocrypha with Astolfo and... whatever his original Master's name was. Though that was mostly Astolfo ignoring her insanity until she conveniently died mid-way. Maybe if the red side's mages weren't shelved for the story there'd be more.

@@Sizdothyx sadly Nasu isn't keen on giving the name. In the mahoyo Collab a shirou that was born way earlier is just called "shirou"

He should be able to, yes. As long as it's not a divine construct or relic like Avalon, he should be able to project it.
In theory Emiya can do it but I have to remind you if the spear (which being a projection is fragile) is broken the curse also disappears as happened in Fate Zero
So siegfried and sigurd are meant to be equals in fighting ability overall, but sigurd seems to have a lot more going on for him than siegfried what is up with that.
P.s. by more I mean sigurd's runes, dragon core, and gram being EX.

Suegfried does have the armor of Fafnir, and that thing reduced dozens of mortal blows to near papercuts. That and Balmung is a powerful noble phantasm in its own right. But I do believe Siegfried should get a dragons core.
@nighthawk72j80 I think he is supposed to have one, but it was degraded in all his summons til now. Truth be told I just want tsiah to make a video for siegfried because he gets slept on a lot.
One is part of huge pantheon and the other is re interpretation from different cuture. I'm not trying to claim which one is original but it's definitely easier to make grandiose story about Sigurd rather than Siegfried (even tho they are based of the same guy)
I agree that Siegfried does need more spotlight but tbh at this point traum will be his last place to shine
@abdulzaelani9954 Sad to admit it, but you're probably right about that. I just think they did him dirty with how they wrote him story wise. Especially with some of the changes to his back story.
Equals when they were alive. As servants Siegfried is heavily nerfed.

-Cant spam balmung, and the activation time was near instant back then
-Balmung becomes Ex rank in fgo as well. But as a servant, it's heavily nerfed anyway. At full power the sword is around VS lvl
-Armor of fafnir
-Both sigurd and Siegfried defeated fafnir so they're relative regardless
