Man, I hope this is the most difficult boss in the game. It really sucks not having checkpoints in a long boss fight!

It was fine until he started hovering and throwing stun bombs. Fucking shit was stupid as fuck, no other characters can get ATB because of that dumb shit.

Yeah man, i used to limit break him from behind and deal massive damage that ends the fight in few turns!!!
I put the elemental orb on Tifa. This is my first final fantasy game I've ever played so yes of course I'm a noob lol.
I put it on her too, she's insane up close. But quickly realizing I should have put it on Barrett beforehand because she just keeps getting knock back

Dude I love it too! Airbuster had a smidgen of health left and cloud and tifa both had limit but also a smidge of health so I tried to use limit with tifa...dead, tried limit with cloud...dead. Then it was just barret vs buster and I died! Now I know to heal before I try to use Limit. Which I should've realized it the first time.
@@joshludwick8645same, i got overconfident that it only had a few health left so i rushed in and suddenly it barraged me with ranged attacks.
The battle music is always God tier foreal when it comes to these fights, be getting excited asf. Great upload bruh.
My first time beating this, most of my party members died repeatedly and won with only one party member barely surviving. Wasn't happy with that so I watched this and tried again using your advice and didn't die once. Great guide.

Easiest boss fight yet. If you have auto-cure materia equip it with someone who's not your main focus. Once it hits level 2 it will cast a cure spell 10 times a fight saving you tons of potions.
I’ve died like 10 times on this boss. I can get him down to a sliver of health but his last phase is brutal. He does this bash attack that basically kills everyone if they get caught in it no matter how much HP they have

I regret not buying auto cure in chapter 3. Now I had to play without it until this fight. There is no other option to get it except from this one guy in the slums?

Subbed pal. I have a question. I preordered the digital copy and got the chocobo materia, it appeared in my downloads and is installed but can't seem to access it in game.

You get the magic up from the storage before the air buster fight. The part where you had to pull the lever the same time as tifa to unlock the door.

Honestly I don't remember. The only thing I remember from this Fight is that Barret is the only weapon you have and the others are supports.

I felt insulted when I died in my 1st attempt. This boss was piss easy in the original. Practically feels like a med boss or something...
How do you refill MP without using Ether?
By resting or using Elixir or Turbo Ether
@@VentusSGN that doesn't make any sense..I think what they're asking is; you keep saying when Barret is low on MP, to use a team mates ATB gauge instead of using a Either/Elixir/etc. Should've worded that a bit better cause it confused me as well.

The tank Buster attack is the only thing to worry about in this entire boss fight. I got his health down to a tiny little sliver and he used the tank Buster ability two times in a row and ended a near-perfect boss fight run on hard. I didn't expect the second shot to happen immediately because he never did it before. Until the very end. It's extremely cheap and I hate it and I hope whatever dev thought that stupid idea up gets kicked in the balls 50 times in a row

What a bs battle
First
The difficulty on this game is like the absurd difficulty on 16...it isn't a difficulty it is designed to make you lose. You can't dodge, it will stun lock you, another character will block your path, for some reason you need to build up to use an item, things will always outflank you no matter how fast you spin the camera. This is not difficulty, it is annoyingly shitty design. The fight is not impossible it's just designed to be more flashy than something you can tackle in a few ways. Ff has had this problem for years, especially 14, it is completely on rails and you have to just memorize the rail patterns. I find that boring af.
