I’ve listened to the Beatles since I was a small boy on a single record player. My Mom would buy me every album as they came out. I am still in love either way their talent and I love their harmonies any melodies. I’m 70 now and will listen to them until I’m no longer here to listen to such precious music! Kris
I remember I was in high school when the 'Paul is dead' conspiracy theory was just getting going. There were so many clues in the Beatles lyrics and in the album covers, it was unlikely that it was just a coincidence. But I later dismissed the whole business as a publicity stunt. But no. It probably was true. Paul was killed in an auto accident in 1966 - "He blew his mind out in a car.." "He didn't notice that the light had changed.." Paul was replaced with a look-alike, a very close resemblance, but the new guy was several inches taller.
The only person Sir George Martin CBE. received sufficient acknowledgement from, because the truth is he REALLY was the fifth Beatle, was her Majesty The Queen. CBE, The highest civilian award possible. A publicly, vastly under-appreciated man. His job was to stay in the background, keep his mouth shut and grind out brilliance, which is what he did.
@@justiceforjamespaulmccartney It looks like that is the case. The new guy, William Shepherd (or Billy Shears), was very musically talented himself, but he had to learn how to play the bass left-handed and to sing like Paul. It's a fascinating tale, but some are now speculating that the car accident story itself was disinfo, to cover up a more sinister tale, where Paul was murdered. According to this theory, the powers that be wanted to use the phenomenal influence of the Beatles to steer the youth culture in a certain direction. For some reason, Paul was seen as a liability. After Paul was killed and replaced, the band started to promote the drug culture, Indian gurus, LSD, psychedelics, flower power, make love not war, etc. Who knows?
For a gut who came from working class family, to being one of the nicest guys around who has time for everyone and everything. Keep on Trucking Paul, we love you.
Beatle music is the frame around our lives. Younger fans and original fans love the music and the memories. Paul holds a special place in our hearts. As does Ringo. John and George were taken from us too soon.
They ALL hold a special place in our hearts! Four charismatic, talented guys with a lot of great humor! They brought fun, exhilaration, songwriting, and so much more back into the world, and everyone started a band at the time and wanted to rock, have fun, and live a total different life than their parents did or expected of you, etc. And because of them, the Beatwriters, the folkies, and others, we could! Just like Keith Richards said; "Between 1960 and 1970, it was like 200 years had gone by!" Everything changed. Maybe not always for the better, but in my book, that's where the modern world really started to take off... To have the freedom to live your life the way you want to..

My strongest memory concerning The Beatles remains with the album A Hard Day's Night. I was 15 when it was released and on 15 September that year I joined the Army Training College just outside Harrogate in North Yorkshire, UK. One of my colleagues brought the album and a record player back to college after a half term break and we played the album non-stop every day during the evenings when we were pressing uniforms, polishing boots and the like. Even now - almost 60 years later - if I'm doing a pile of chores I listen to the album over headphones and happily sing along to the lyrics.
I was 14 and watched it in a theater in Nashville, TN. Sat through it 3 times, didn't know they would let you do that. I was blown away. Life changed forever. Since you were there in 1964, you can understand.

I lived for many years in Kent, England, not far from Paul's property in Sussex. A colleague of mine worked for him repairing and maintaining farm equipment. Actually my favourite Beatle was George Harrison as I always thought he was not so arrogant as the others. Having said that I have to say I grew up in that era and Paul McCartney was indeed a really talented songwriter. However I do not envy his life and some of the things brought up in this video have really opened my mind about how he has lived and now is still going - my son recently went to his concert in Sydney Australia and for a fellow of his age my son said he had not lost any of his obvious talent. Lastly I do admire that he does do philanthropic activities and that itself is great.
The Anthologies of the 90s changed him into a money mad millionaire, by constantly dreaming up new reissues. I've got everything ten times over. He's just done another Red & Blue Albums which, yes I will buy! Will he ever stop, nope only when he RIP.
I'm an Octogenarian, been around a while. before the Beatles started, lover of all kinds of music, the thing about Paul that I always admired was he was or always seemed to be a humble person. and a kind hearted one. at least in the public eye that I knew. And I think it showed many times in his music. I think the love of his life was Linda. though he's found love again I don't think it has or will ever replace that one. thanks for the memories Paul. from one old codger to another! God speed. ECF
I'm an octogenarian too, and first heard of the Beatles a bit late too, when I was working in Mexico. They wonderfully called them Los BeAtles..... I later, back in London met up with very nice friends of Paul, but moved off to Norway to work and sadly never actually managed to meet him. But have, like you, a very warm opinion of him, as musucian and human being !!!❤
Incredible that he bought a place in Manhattan for 15.5 Million Dollars and then sold it for 8.5 Million Dollars due to rarely going there. Wow, it must be something to be able to just let go of a place at a 7 Million Dollar loss, like, ooops. And then Heather Mills got 30 Million Dollars out of him, a gold digger from Day 1. Then finally he and John make peace only for John to be murdered shortly before they were going to record together. His wife Linda dies. George dies. Paul has had his share of loss, but is a shining example of someone who holds himself together and always moves forward in his life.
What a fantastic video. Paul is an outstanding individual who is not only a musical genius he is also a decent human being which is why he is so popular after so many years. Bless you sir...
I had the great pleasure to meet Paul, on three separate occasions, at his studio, during the late 80's, I grew up on Beatles music, during the 60's, and found him to be totally unpretentious and an absolute gentleman. In a music business career, spanning around 40yrs, these were my most exciting moments.
Love the Beatles! I was absolutely devastated when John was murdered. I imagine I'll be as devastated when Sir Paul dies. I can't pick a favorite, but I know I grew to love the music because I had older brothers who had all of the albums. Thank you for this video. It was amazing!❤
I remember many a morning getting dressed to "Drive My Car" in middle school (we called it Junior High School.) I went from 5th grade in 1963 to graduation in 1971 listening to the Beatles.
Doesn't matter when they broke up.... Anthology came out in the 90's and some new music John had recorded on a home cassette tape, Free As A Bird, remember?
I know that The Beatles broke up in1970, also google and wikipedia knows that to, by the way, i'm not talking about when The Beatles broke in my first coment, read again and maybe you can get the point @@nicklubrino2606

In late 1966 Paul McCartney did something truly amazing, he grew 3 inches taller, his face got long and his nose changed, never seen anything like that before.
Thank you for your awakening !!!!! Am fed up with trying to enlighten people with ''Trust your eyes and ears, All Beatles were replaced from '66. Research, Colin Unwin, John Halliday, Terry Johnston and Mark....the real Beatles'' x
I saw them on the Ed Sullivan Show too! That was so amazing....."Tonight we have a really big shooo", ha ha. Yeah, good times. Grateful I could be a kid in those times.
I got to meet Sir paul back stage of Wembley arena, 2007. What an absolute legend and star he talked to me for about 10 minutes, he came to see Ub40, who i work for well Ali campbell, i never got a photo or autograph gutted...
Paul was definitely smart to listen to Mick Jagger. Mick could probably run the IRS better than those who have but I think music will always be his #1 interest.
I have seen The Beatles perform on 9 separate occasions. 7 in London, and both of the Shea Stadium concerts. So lucky to have been in the right place, at the perfect time. 🎵🎵🎵🎵
I once watched Paul appearing on a UK chat show (it may have been Parkinson) He went in to a routine where he imitated many English accents and various stereotypes of everyday life. His command of these was mind-blowing, and it's no surprise to me that he often travels incognito, almost always being unrecognised. 😮
This is why I admire Paul. I, too, had it all, and CHOSE to live in a small, cozy home. It would have embarrassed me to live in a mansion, or even a large home. I wanted my children near me.....not off in a different wing of a mansion. That's not a home, it's only a status statement. I was never, and will never be about that crap.
In 1964 in first grade my friends, Sherry, Donna and Robin, would go time the back of the play ground, and would sing I want to hold your hand to a group of teenage boys working on their car, "drop outs obviously", we thought we were so cool when they responded. The Beatles are the sound track of my life. Iam about to be 68yrs old.
When I was in grade school me and my friends would listen to Beatles songs on our transistor radio on the playground at recess! So much fun! Wonderful memories ❤
Boy!!!! What can you say? He and the Beatles are certainly a phenominan. Elvis was too, but these guys had such a variety of music. Such an interesting life together. All I can say is: My friend, Jim Tucker, called me up one day when we were in Jr. High school, all excited, and said: You aren't gonna believe the new group that just came out. They have a song called I want to hold your hand, and they have long hair. I'll never forget that, and of course now, their hair they had back then, would be just about right for a lot of people. I'm so glad that I could live through their career and all the wonderful music and excitement they brought to the world. Marc T.

Wow, I loved how you wove SO much together in this video and I actually learned things about Paul's life that I wasn't aware of. He was my favorite Beatle and I've followed the remainder of his career. So I'm glad that I watched it to the end from beginning and will be sharing it with friends and will definitely check out your other work. Thanks again!!
I must disagree. A lot of the dates are off by a year or more: Best wasn't replaced right after Hamburg (early 1961) but just before their debut single (late 1962), With The Beatles was released in November 1963 not November 1964, Northern Songs was not a record label but a music publisher, and so on.
This is GARBAGE. I can't believe how many people fall for BOT VOICES and BAD RESEARCH. If a post doesn't have a HUMAN HOST that SAYS HIS NAME and has a BIO, then FLEE - it is BOT GARBAGE. I can't LIST the inaccuracies in this sh^t above. This applies to over HALF the videos on UA-cam. 👀

I have the movie Hard Days Night on my Beatles list. I've been trying to get the movie Help, but I've been having trouble getting it. I liked this movie because I like the song "Hide Your Love Away" It's my favorite scene of the Beatles and George sitting next to the girl. ❤ it.
This is a very detailed and excellent video. Thank you very much. Of course with so much of the Beatles and Paul McCartney‘s life being well-known. Maybe others are scouring this video to find errors which is a pity because it is virtually 100% accurate. However, at one point for that house, it’s not for Fortlin Road. If, for no other reason, the photograph used shows a semidetached house where is McCartneys old house, which is now owned by the National Trust is a mid terraced house.
With respect to him, he is truly an icon and i admired him very much like many others BUT, he’s old now. The music of 2024 rules. We need to move forward with fresh and youthful sounds. 🎸
Paul saved my hands..i took photo"s of the TV in the 70"s by age 12 in 1976 i started a beatles copy band on bass,,with twisted hands that didant even open,,47 years of working on it ,later,,where is my fame lol..now a days music, has no musicians in and is compressed to unreal levels..ill be happy to die and meet the beatles now
I'm sure not a day goes by when I don't have a Beatles song in my head. I like a lot of other artists, too, but the Beatles are at the top for quality, quantity and variety.
I loved their performance at The Cavern in 1962 when ringo Starr made his debut. They Sang Some Other Guy which was one of the very few songs they sang that they didn't write. It was written by Jerry Leiber (RIP) Mike Stoller, and Richard Barret. Jerry & Mike were the first successful songwriting team in music and as a Teenager Paul loved listening to Searchin as acknowledged on The Beatles Anthology. They wrote for Elvis Presley, Drifters, and Wilbert Harris. Richard Barrett was a poor man's berry gordy whose two groups The Chantels (Maybe) and The Three Degrees (When Will I See You Again), were his most succesful projects.
The Beatles was, is, and will be the best group ever!🤩😍🥰

James Paul McCartney died in car crash on September 11 1966 and was replaced by William (Billy). This is the truth no matter what!
Beatles forever ❤️

Heather Millions...bet john was going to leave yoko...then..wham !
I bet John would have left Yoko too eventually.

Thank you. Most interesting update on McCartney. Absolutely most talented & inspired artist.
Love the Beatles! I was absolutely devastated when John was murdered. I imagine I'll be as devastated when Sir Paul dies. I can't pick a favorite, but I know I grew to love the music because I had older brothers who had all of the albums.
Thank you for this video. It was amazing!❤
The Beatles songs reminds me of my first girlfriend in 9th grade. Those days were filled with wonders, discovery and first love., magical
I remember many a morning getting dressed to "Drive My Car" in middle school (we called it Junior High School.) I went from 5th grade in 1963 to graduation in 1971 listening to the Beatles.

The Beatles evoke memories of my teenage years in the '90s.
The Beatles broke up in 1970.
Doesn't matter when they broke up.... Anthology came out in the 90's and some new music John had recorded on a home cassette tape, Free As A Bird, remember?
@lonerose99 So, “Free as a Bird” evoked memories of your teenage years?
I know that The Beatles broke up in1970, also google and wikipedia knows that to, by the way, i'm not talking about when The Beatles broke in my first coment, read again and maybe you can get the point @@nicklubrino2606
The Beatles evoked the themes, the energy, the spirit, the dreams and the positivty of MY YOUTH and........now in my OLDER AGE! Numero Uno es por Los Beatles...No contesta!
I love all the Beatles music all the music that the Beatles wrote
And all songs were0 the best

"What memories does the BEATLES music evoke for You? Having grown up in that era, there are far too many to list here.... Every single was fresh and exciting they never repeated the same format...
Yes I recall everyone in music waiting for the next lp to hear where the Beatles were going next, musically. They were followed by everybody, famous or not in rock n roll.
Paul met George Harrison at least 4 years (1953) before meeting John Lennon in July of '57.
❤ God bless you, Paul.

My first boyfriend and I was our very most favorite song was “eight days a week” we spent hours and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours in our room listening to Beatles albums over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. We loved the Beatles. I will never forget….

Pauls 1st wife- Linda from NY. Pauls current wife Nancy is a cousin of Barbara Walters who introduced them at her dinner party. Nancy is from New Jersey
Both Pauls were a blessing, and without him The Beatles never would have bested The Rutles.
I saw them live in 1964 at Weston-super-Mare, and have been a fanatical fan ever since! Magnificent, and will be forever more.

I'm one of the lucky Beatles fans who saw Paul McCartney live in concert at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
What a great venue to see the man. I once met his Grandad ; he was very...clean.

Wonderful video! Thank you so much for producing this!!
Much love from Hollywood California❤
❤❤❤Beatles and Wings. I was left handed till school they said I have to learn right hand😮
James Paul McCartney died in car crash on September 11 1966 and was replaced by William (Billy). This is the truth no matter what!
I think Paul might be the best to ever do it..
I always loved Paul and still do I was a kid in the 60s they was great. I wished I had seen them in real life. ( I'm also a vegetarian )
Brings back memories of begging my parents to let me stay up late to watch the beatles on the ed sullivan show.
I saw them on the Ed Sullivan Show too! That was so amazing....."Tonight we have a really big shooo", ha ha. Yeah, good times. Grateful I could be a kid in those times.
My first love, at age four. Wow...what an accomplished lifw. He is without words to adequately express an immense talent.
A legend for ever more. A generous man who is forever loved.
Thank you for this walkthrough. Many things you know but never all in PMcC's life.
Hey Paul can you lend me a couple of quid I promise to pay you back so no need to send your heavys round 😁✌
James Paul McCartney died in car crash on September 11 1966 and was replaced by William (Billy). This is the truth no matter what!
Can you believe all that talent rolled into one human? Love him. Paul McCartney forever.
I once watched Paul appearing on a UK chat show (it may have been Parkinson)
He went in to a routine where he imitated many English accents and various stereotypes of everyday life. His command of these was mind-blowing, and it's no surprise to me that he often travels incognito, almost always being unrecognised. 😮
But he always has security I'm sure.
Thank you. It really brought back memories.
‘Drop -outs ‘😅 haven’t heard that phrase for a long time 😊
I am 69 now. Loved them since Love Me Do 💕
Sexy is a state of mind...........go girl!
Happy Birthday when it comes around and may you have many more.
Paul & Linda ❤ Lovely Linda. I wanted to have her hair style in the 70s lol
He's a genius.
He married Mills in Ireland not Iceland.
It just felt like Iceland
Marc T.
Bone in 1950 13 in 1963. You are amazing. Song. Writer. You were very much in my life. Brilliant songs for us all. Memorys. Of the time. Thank you so much for your. Songs 🇬🇧❤️👌🙏👏
Very well put together video! Well done!!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is GARBAGE. I can't believe how many people fall for BOT VOICES and BAD RESEARCH. If a post doesn't have a HUMAN HOST that SAYS HIS NAME and has a BIO, then FLEE - it is BOT GARBAGE. I can't LIST the inaccuracies in this sh^t above. This applies to over HALF the videos on UA-cam. 👀
Love him his music made me happy ,
A VERY lovely man.....let it be.....
**OH MAN, I WAS VERY FORTUNATE TO GROW UP WITH THE BEATLES MUSIC IN THE 60'S!! I REMEMBER IT SO WELL, ASIDE FROM THEIR MUSIC, WHEN THEY "FINALLY" WERE IN AMERICA + ON THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW!!
I TRULY LOVE THE "MEMORIES" OF WHAT WAS HAPPINING AT THAT TIME IN SOCIETY!! YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN?!!**
Me too ❤
What an era to come of age in, yes I agree! I was also growing up then.
Simply put …. Awesome! Thank you Paul for everything!
my childhood memories in London in the late sixties, early seventies… Hey Jude singalong with my brother
I'm glad that I lived at the same time as great bands and musicians... this will never happen again... the world is changing and not for the better... greetings to everyone from Russia🤝
Great job! Many thanks.
The Dr played Beatles during my cataract surgery and it was very nice.
Just had an MRI am glad they played Beatles in the headphones
I am glad I can Play any Beatle song just give me the sheet music the thing is to feel and reproduce there emotions that's where the soul comes in
Amazing how Paul stayed true. To. himself ,,,
God bless you all The Beatles and God bless you Paul.
I have the movie Hard Days Night on my Beatles list. I've been trying to get the movie Help, but I've been having trouble getting it. I liked this movie because I like the song "Hide Your Love Away" It's my favorite scene of the Beatles and George sitting next to the girl. ❤ it.
I loved the HELP film too ❤
This is a very detailed and excellent video.
Thanks so much for the unique presentation.
Why was there no mention of his classical concerto. It was really quite good.
Greatest band of all time. All in about 8 years.
Sir Paul
Love Paul McCartney
He lives at the back of my house in East Sussex we meet him few times a year he is a real gentleman
love him xxxxxxx
My favorite song is one Paul wrote for the Everly Brothers named Wings of a Nightingale. Around 1984 I think. Beautiful!!!
