I have to admit that is a super clean truck. I also have a flame red but it’s V-10 without duallies. However my truck is also one of those survivors. Original paint that amazingly looks as good as yours. I am the second owner and has never had so much as a minor fender bender. Ever. There isn’t an ounce of rust anywhere. It’s an Oregon truck. I have never allowed it to accumulate any issues. Still have the window build and shipping sheets. Same leather/wood grain interior. I did have to have the roof repainted due to clear coat peeling. Yours (like mine) looks time capsules. Anyway, good video and sharp truck. Oh and amazingly mine still has the original MoPar floor mats in front, that, of course have had aftermarket rubber mats over THEM all these years.
Nice find. My favorite all time vehicle was my 01.5 24v quad cab with a 5 speed. I ran Mach 4s (150s), quad box, and an HTT 62/71/14. Was a great truck. Would love to find one like yours, but in intense blue!
My uncle has a 1999 dodge ram 3500 laremie slt package that was built in the exact same plant that one was built in. Same color. Also the 6 speed came out in 1999. My grandpa has a 2000 with a 6 speed manual. All original
I have a 2006 with 200,000 on the clock . Three new steering boxes an tons of upgrades to the steering on a good day I will say it drives almost as good as my boat . Sure wish I could figure out what’s wrong.
That's a really nice truck there. The only second-gen Dodge I've ever personally driven is a '98 with the 5.9L Magnum V8 gas engine and a 5-spd. I do like them though, they are very nice trucks. And that's coming from a Ford guy (though I like all models really, same as with tractors).
Had a south bend dual disk in my 06 absolutely hated that thing swapped it for a heavy single disk valair and have never missed that sound bend a day since
If I didn’t have to swap flywheels, I’d be all over that option when I need a new clutch. This thing is frustrating coupled with the brass synchros. I float it, no grinding, and that’s about the best method to got about shifting. I know it’s bad, but I still do it.
Thank you I just buy a truck like yours on the same condition rust free. With 130 thousand miles db super b turbo exhaust brake . I like yours wheels 19.5 Those rims are original or you ting came from a newer version? Mine doesn't have lather but it is very clean in and out .i play 22 k. 2002 6 speed nv 5600 High output ingene I ting it is 505 torke.
Coming from a 4th-generation Ford owner, that is one clean truck. Definitely a rare beast. Take care of that old girl!

Those are really expensive in Australia
Like I’m not a fan of them because there to big but they look good
👍👍nice Ram
Does the truck being red cost more on insurance? Really debating on painting my project red
Where in the hell did you hear that? No. Flame Red is my favorite paint code.
@@66Oliver here where I live they say red costs more on insurance. I live in upstate arkansas
I’m going to guess 35,000

The wheels are aftermarket, not from a stock RAM. Hopefully that truck serves you well! 👍
