I see this comment on every q&a video but it’s so true! Most of the people in his audience are intoxicated, and Heckle more than at any comedy show but he doesn’t take any of that shit. People shout random things at him and he either rolls with it or if he doesn’t like it, puts them in their place but in a way that’s not super demeaning, he stays serious and often finds a way to make it funny. Most professional comics still struggle against that, but Corey’s experience as a frontman for so long, he knows how to work a crowd.
Christopher De Freitas No his music is just still really popular aha. Speaks to the masses that listen to modern radio nothing wrong with him being popular anyway he works hard
@116518844853639546322 no what i mean is, the public HATED him, his career was dying by the seconds, his unbelievably great PR is the reason America forgave him, not his music, he put out a video saying he's changed and he's a "softy" and that's how his mom raised him(cause this happened over night) he then got to be appear on Ellen EVERY SINGLE DAY up until his birthday where he behaved like a little "sweetheart" dancing and fooling around with Ellen and her guests who love him(a GENIUS move) all to let the world see he's "not a bad guy" and finally came his Comedy Central roast, where by doing this, this made the world believe that he payed his debt to society, followed by him having THE MAIN event at the VMA's where he could perform his new song and then "cry" in front of the cameras, all to let the world see how sorry he really is. NO OTHER artist would get this type of PR, especially if their career took a turn for the worst . I wouldn't say he works hard, he wrote NOTHING on any of his albums, he's basically a product, they'll write and produce lyrics and beats for him, he'll perform it and they'll market him to America and the teenage girls, there are MILLIONS of artist who work ten times harder, and don't even get a fraction of what Bieber gets, or any pop artist who has everything written and done for them. Long story short, Bieber's career is only alive again thanks to the hard working PR team he had behind him that marketed him as not only a guy who's sorry, but someone who served his punishment and has genuinely "changed" *Smh*
Oh god, yeah, I would like to hear what he think about him, if he like him or ( only in my dreams) if it would be a collaboration between those two incredible guys *-* [ sorry for my english I'm french ._.]
Tassiana Sauvage Dude metal with eminem? I don't he has done anything like metal before. I'm not sure how it would turn out but I can imagine a rap metal track with Eminem and Corey rapping, maybe they could get Slipknot in it. Seems very unlikely though :(
Bung The Booce COREY TAYLOR IN SOME SONG OF SLIPKNOT ARE NU METAL OR RAP METAL SINGER, AND SOME EMINEM SONGS HAVE ROCK AND METAL RIFFS WITH RAPPING, EMINEM - LOSE YOURSELF IS A RAP-ROCK SONG, EMINEM'S BAND D12 - FIGHT MUSIC IS A RAP-ROCK SONG, EMINEM - SING FOR THE MOMENT IS A RAP-ROCK SONG, EMINEM FT. KID ROCK IS A RAP-METAL SONG, EMINEM - SURVIVAL IS A RAP-METAL SONG, RAP-METAL IS AWESOME COMBINATION!!! SLIPKNOT AND EMINEM IS GREAT COMBINATION!!!
this guy sings like a boss! he is a better stand up comedian then much of the stand up comedians from now are and he is fcking awesome watch out next year he can fly!
@shaggyvengeance i totally agree, despite being incredibly talented as a musician, he has the stage presence of a stand up comedian when he is talking... it just seems to come natural. how cool would it be to just sit down and chill with this dude and drink a few beers
Cue all the JB hate. Meanwhile the guy's been going solid for the last 8 years. I love me some Slipknot, and I know Corey's joking around. Yes, I also like Justin Bieber. It's possible to like more than one genre and more than one artist, but I want to say this: Longest fucking moment I've ever seen. Doesn't look like stopping either. Say what you want, but that kid's still going, he's evolved his music from cookie cutter pop to electro pop and whilst he had fame issues (as most kid actors and musicians get when their childhood consists of studios, touring, interviews, idolisation and the media looking for any excuse to tear you down) he's still lasting. He's still going and he looks like he could at least go on for another couple of years, at LEAST. Same goes for Taylor Swift. She's been relevant to the lives of pop fans for what a decade now? I thought I'd put that out there for anyone wanting to just shit on Justin Bieber. Corey has said in the past that he sees his talent and that Justin's doing his own thing and it's working and that garners some respect. He's not said he likes his music or that he'd work with him, but he hasn't all out dissed him as some people do and put him down, he's clearly said that he knows that Justin is doing his own thing and he respects him for having fun and doing what he is doing because it works and he's making millions and people like his music, and he doesn't deem him less of an artist because of his chosen genre of music or the age group of the people that like his music. Loads of Slipknot fans and especially rock and Metal (yes I'm separating the two out specifically) fans want to hate on Justin because he's not rock or Metal, as do rap fans who hate him because he's not rap and 80s fans because he's not 80s. He's doing his own thing and making his own life and it's successful and millions of people around the world relate to his music enough to continuously by his music, whether it just makes them want to dance, or on a deeper level, who knows, I find it pleasing to listen to myself and many songs make me want to dance and I like the music. Hopefully people can respect that and leave him be.
Toaster Burns why not slipknot and icp have quite a bit in common they both have at least one clown they both have there own festival they both play played shows involving suicidal, tech n9ne, cannibal corpse, gwar, i believe mushroomhead not sure if slipknot has played with them, and, more and violent j says he thinks slipknot guys are juggalos plus sid wilson played a at the gathering and slipknot once said they have nothing but respect for icp
exactly my friend! hes a jerkoff nothing else, this all started cuz someone said "Eminem sucks Slipknot rules" and I said "eminem would diss the crap out of them" then that fucker deleted his comment now everybody thinks that I started this nonsense....I am also Slipknot fan and eminem fan just saying
The more I hear Corey speak, the more I lose respect for him. He just seems to feed young kids whatever they want to hear in terms of trash talking about other artists and people. A little wannabe-ish (both the kids and Corey). Okay, he's a big rockstar, good for him. It takes more than just talent to be successful in life. There are probably kids on the street with more talent than this guy. Being successful doesn't warrant being a trash talker.
This guy wishes he was as popular as the Biebs. Is having shaggy hair more douchey looking than fake hipster glasses or having to wear jumpsuits and scary masks on stage and being a gimmick band?
Hmhmmhmhm... haahaha You're funny. Bieber will only keep on making music until this generation grows up, afterwards he will be most forgotten. Slipknot will still be remembered even after Bieber.
Slipknot is one of the the most musical and genuine bands in existance. 20 years and they're still doing it. Hardly a gimmick. But I don't think Justin Bieber is a gimmick either. Regardless of a popular opinion, and all the shit that media says about him, I think he's talented and a good person. I hope he pulls through the rough times.
Corey- *breathes*
Crowd- YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
i mean it's damned corey taylor lol
YEAH
"Eminem!"
"Did someone say Justin Bieber?"
*Corey after being in the studio with Justin for 12 seconds*

*underrated comment*
Also:

SO EFFUSIVE, FADE
1:42 SPIT it out Corey! Haha

"Did someone just say Justin Beiber?" I loove his accent on that line :L

I thought it said "Collaboration with Justin Bieber"
Well shit...
Corey could also be a good comedian 😂😂👍🤘

I also knew Londoners had great taste in music...thank you for proving my point for agreeing with Corey Taylor on Justin Bieber.
Saw him at Carolina Rebellion, he's awesome with the crowd, practically promoted piracy, lmao, he was awesome.

williamgatesenson Guess he is catering to his audience. Shockingly strange concept, I know, but it seems to work for him.

Well, he was wrong about biebs.
That helmet hair he's got... Boo!

And hopefully Bieber would quit music due to embarassment hahaha XD
Bieber's "HELMET HAIR" sucks!!!!!!
The more I hear Corey speak, the more I lose respect for him. He just seems to feed young kids whatever they want to hear in terms of trash talking about other artists and people. A little wannabe-ish (both the kids and Corey).
