    You can train the back with a variety of angles and stimuli due to its large size. Some of the bigger compound movements are more taxing for both the body and the clock, so athletes occasionally steer clear of them. Evan Centopani has come up with a superset back workout for those who have back issues and are pressed for time-here’s how.

    Evan has an awesome way of breaking down training movements, even as basic as DL's /Rows, etc.
    Can always learn something new.
    The man has a point with these super sets.
    Well done.
    Thanks big man!

    Just found this workout and tried it out. Worked very well too! I tried this because I was saying many of the things Evan says are issues in the beginning of the video and I was very pleased with how I left the gym. Thanks!

    These are very stubborn muscles ,won't let them self easily grow with lightweight so superset is strictly main in this .And everything u said was absolutely correct.

    • @stefanp.7986
      @stefanp.7986 5 років тому

      True. I guess mainly becouse we use them so much and they are used with effort. Almost like legs. And you have to shook the muscle like Arnold said.

    On your negative on the deadlift, on the lower portion before it touches the floor, do you let your shoulder blades stretch open or do you need to keep the scapulas squeezed back? Thanks for your videos!! You’ve been a huge help! Thanks for any response . And what you think of mid weight above knee rack pulls on opposite weeks?

    Sir is it possible to do super set daily for all exercises

    • @Love-you-too
      @Love-you-too 5 років тому

      I know I am not the sir you expect. Supersetting makes difficult to track progression in the long run. I plateaud more than a year doing the same sets and reps on my deadlift (the only lift I kept a track of a the time 305x4x4). If a superset feels easier once you don't know which exercice you actually progressed on. If you cycle off it and have adequate recovery times you can monitor effectively what you do thus programming effective supersets. If you are only supersetting you really can't do that. Now I superset rarely and it works. My deadlift skyrocketed (396x4x6) just after this change of my program in 4-5 months (doing less exercices per workout as well but only sometimes)

    • @Love-you-too
      @Love-you-too 5 років тому

      I have to admit that these issues com into play more with giant set especially with heavy compounds (kind of unlike here) and superset revolving roughly around the same joints (like here). I do superset one particular workout and progress indeed on it. But I still can't keep my rest time in between sets consistently the same :/ Knowing this/having my opinion on such variables; I do really love that workout (I haven't tried it though).
