@@jakefifelski3851 He literally just upped everything and I saw him walking through the grocery store sliding doors sideways the other day, 260lean with 26" arms. Lats as large as a F-22. Insane.
As a seasoned lifter this stuff is spot on! Very common sense training to get great results and stay injury free! There are many ways to stress the muscle without destroying joints and tendons. And best of all for me, tomorrow is back day! Subscribed and glad I found ya! Always enjoy a humble yet successful lifter talk common sense and like you said it is all relative to your goals. Just keep training and be the best version of yourself you can be!

It is not all about the weight but the mind-muscle connection, feeling the contraction. Got it Evan! As always great tips from someone that achieved bodybuilding success at the highest level. Fighting pass the discomfort. Well said. There are times training at 2am all alone loving every bit of it.

Personally, one thing I really like to do is use a barbell. I feel like having my hands further apart helps me feel my lats more. I prefer an EZ curl bar, because it's shorter, instead of an olympic bar. Worth a try I think.
