Hi, I really enjoy this challenge, but today I couldn’t do it. To keep the back leg up on my toes was a bit too much.
My intention is to repeat that challenge till I can do it. Thank you for all those wonderful work-outs.

Cute little me thinking "this isn't so bad" when adding lunges to bicep curls.
I've never done a slow workout in.my.life. but I really enjoyed the new found control in slow, intentional weighted punches!

This was such a testing workout towards the end with the lunges, my ankles were like ‘no more!’ but enjoyable

Oh boy oh boy. My legs were like… NOPE. Question, how to I get my feet flat when we are doing the stretch when the hand are in front. (Squat)🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
It might just be something you need to work on! If your feet can't go flat I'd guess the back of your leg is probably a bit tight - so just continue to practice!

This was killer! Standing workouts are the hardest for me. I have super flat feet, so halfway through my feet KILL and I have to put supportive sneakers on. Is this ok to do? My arches need the help lol
If your feet are more comfortable that way, it's totally fine.
