I finished the challenge!! I am so happy that I joined in first place, and now I can confidently say that I have improved a lot. The intermediate classes were always scary for me, but not anymore after this one. Thank you Margaret for all your classes! I really hope you do another challenge ❤❤❤

Wow that was tough! I definitely had to modify... but hey, I finished the 15 days 🙌
So proud of myself for getting through it without modifying most the moves. The side plank was way to tricky for my wrists but loved noticing my core strength on the other moves!I'm so happy! Thank you!

I tried my best lol definitely not intermediate level yet once you did the last moves but so fun!

it's really nice to see that i'm getting more stable with the inversions and teasers!! my wrists on the other hand... very different story lol
Finally finished the 15 days. I do a lot of other forms of exercise so l don't always have the time or energy to fit in pilates. This was my introduction to pilates. I plan on continuing with you but need to alternate with my yoga and qigong 😀. I run and swim too, so energy and time need to be parcelled. I need to explore your other videos. Thanks.

First time I do a pilates class with you. I thought I was an intermediate since I have done pilates im the past but except the last exercice I was not able to finish the exercices. So I am going to try your beginners 😅
The beginners classes are a really good spot to start to get you back into things!

With the last exercises, how much are you using your arms to help your legs up in the air? Fantastic class, loved it!
it was a challenge but it wasn't undoable! hopefully in the future I can get better at teasers and my wrists get stronger to hold side planks for longer 🥺

Finally made it to day 15! Fun fact: As a kid I used to do these kinds of movements for FUN, especially inversions. I could get my legs all the way around to the floor, and thought it was so fun. Doing them feels pretty natural to me, although holding the teasers is a challenge! Anyway, I figure if my childhood crazy body movements fit with Pilates, I think I’ve found the workout for me 😜
Ugh this one kicked my ass. Kinda disappointed I couldn't do most of the teasers but I'm gonna keep trying 🥺🥺
Teasers take a lot of practice!! Definitely keep trying!!

You are not!! It's ok if everything didn't go "perfectly", that gives you something to work on and continue practicing!! Show yourself a bit of grace!
