i'm 99% sure you're the best person in the world. all of the stuff i've seen you do seems easy, accessible, affordable and kid friendly. you really have me believing that i can feed my family clean and healthy food without the stress and fights! i purchased cauliflower for the first time in my entire 28 years of life thanks to your cauliflower buffalo bites recipe. my family LOVES fried rice and i'm going to trick them into thinking it's a restaurant purchase by serving it in reused take out containers... gotcha!

Made this for dinner with frozen riced cauliflowers and it still turned out delish ! I was worried about the moisture but I removed the top after 5 minutes, threw in 4 prescrambled eggs and 2 cooked sausages and you couldn't tell. My husband didn't realize he was eating cauliflower until I told him so !

I must say that I've made this Cauliflower fried rice and it's delicious! I used all the ingredients that you've used and made it my own by changing and adding a few things.
I've added some cubed fried chicken (airfried), oyster sauce, and red and green bellpeppers. I used coconut oil for sautéing the garlic and onions instead of Sesame; I've always used Sesame only at the very end, as a finishing oil.
I've enjoyed my delicious lunch and I've already subscribed; thank you so very much and God bless 🙏🌹

I just finished a bowl of what I make....I got pre grated cauliflower from Costco, (four bags per package) Put it in a pan with some oil, and add mixed frozen veggies (corn, carrots, peas, broccoli) , green onions, red bell pepper, garlic, black pepper , salt. Cook until the rice starts to color. Then I make a well in the center, crack in an egg, scramble then mix in. Then afdd soy sauce. Easy and so good ! You can prep everything ahead of time.

I will say my son HATES veggies. He will pick the peas out of fried rice. Silly boy still picked out the peas, but ate the cauliflower! WIN in my book!
Excellent recipe and your right, almost totally guiltless eating later in the evening because it's veggies!

Loved this recipe! Just cooked it, and it turned out delicious. The thing I’ll do differently next time is chop up cauliflower with a knife instead of food processor, because that turned it into mush that was kind of hard to fry. Amazing flavors and cooked it with chicken thighs.

Thank you for that one… ill will make that for diner tonight… and especially because, you mentioned the Gomasio-seadweed… as I have tons of seaweed on hand, I made it myself… so, I Cut the seaweed into very small pieces and blended into a powder… roasted the sesame seeds… and it was good as a seaweed-gomasio… but then I took an inspirational leap and added granulate garlic and Himalayan salt to it… and then it really popped flavorwise… try it, as you say… it only take a little time, half an hour to be exact… by the way, thank for your good inspirational videos, I am enjoying them… Namaste, Love and Beauty, Luna❤

Hi Dani, I normally never comment on anything, but I just had to comment on this one. I just happened to have a head of cauliflower in the fridge and all the ingredients so I gave it a try. OMG.... this had to be one of the most delicious meals I ever had. I paired it with salmon, it was so, so good. Thank you so much for sharing. Definitely a winner.

Looks amazing! Side note. I had thyroid cancer ten years cancer free now but I cannot have seaweed or kelp these can increase thyroid growth and hence have the cancer come back. Just something I thought I’d share. I had no idea. Looks amazing I’m gonna try it and leave out the seaweed seasoning.

I'm diabetic so this looks like a great recipe for me. I think I will try it with chicken for some more added protein. Where can you find the toasted sesame oil? Would this be something Walmart or a typical grocery store would carry? I need to gain weight so if I added more peanuts for more calories, would this work? I so appreciate you putting the nutritional facts on the recipe! This is so helpful for me!

    • @CleanandDeliciousDani

thank you for a wonderful recipe! I also really appreciate the added hints about the Gomasio and the alternative soy sauce choices! I don't have these on hand but have had the gomasio (years ago seaweed is thought to help the thyroid gland and mine is horribly sluggish) and soy is also something I try to avoid as it is not supposed to be any good for the thyroid. Do you get the coconut oil alternative at whole foods also please? thank you again!

I actually like the texture of the store bought cauliflower rice a little more than when I make it in the food processor because it's usually nice and chunky when it's bagged from the store and I find that cooks up a little more like rice and it's more satisfying than when I make it myself and get, as you said, a "sand-like" mixture. I'd really rather make it myself though. Wish I could figure out how to get the right consistency at home. (Ideas welcome!)

Here is my thinking...be careful not to over process it (that will make it the water come out and make it mushy, maybe use a grater instead of a machine), and lay it out and let it dry out awhile. Cauliflower has alot of water in it the bagged stuff has been sitting awhile, so unless its old and starting to degrade its pretty dry...I say these things because a long time ago I figured out vegetables stir fry much better when they are completely completely dry and even just water clinging them just puts more water in the pan and steams them rather than stir fries them.
