Hi Frankie! I always enjoy your videos, they are healthy, pragmatic and give great advices about how to lead a simple life. Cold shower in the morning right off the bed? Everything you say is true, and lots od Scandinavians do it but that's just too much for me. After waking up, I drink a big glass of water, do some breathing exercises for 5 minutes and jump into my running shoes no matter what the weather is. This can make my body turn red too 😉 But before heading off to work, warm shower and no cafeine !!!
LOL, I know its definitely not for everyone...most people I talk to about it are like "No way! NEVER!"...and I totally get it. The best morning routine is the one that makes you happy and that you're excited to experience when your feet hit the ground first thing...in the end that's all that matters 😊. Thanks for watching
