I post videos regularly about things that interest me. Spirituality, wisdom, & life lessons just to name a few. I originally started posting about planning, habits, and productivity...but that just led to boredom so I don't do that anymore.
I truly feel that our minds are the creator of our world. Control your thoughts and feelings...control your life and destiny. I don't take anything too serious and really just want to have fun, cherish the good times, and learn from the rest.

you built all of this....
Welcome to my channel. I upload videos at least once a month regarding my perspective on this journey called life. Experience, life lessons, and wisdom just to name a few.

Who Do You Want to Be? A Transformative Exercise for Self-Discovery
This was so helpful! I’ve been struggling with balancing work and life, but I can see how this planner system will help me focus on what matters.
So glad to hear that it helped you! Thanks for watching
Do you have a link to the 2025-2026 one? I tried looking for it but it wasn’t at Office Depot
They may have discontinued this exact one I am using. But here is a link to their site www.ataglance.com/
uplifting and helpful. thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching.
👊
5:05 I suck at penmanship so I know how I that feels
Funny I needed to see a man using a planner cuz all the women with the stickers and colors just wasn’t working for me lol
Hey Frankie - I desperately need your help...!! I need you to do a video series on how to start over in life. I grew up super poor, with parents who had no idea what they were doing in life, and we didn't live close to any family that could help me learn how to be successful in life. I went to a super small school that did not teach this kind of thing so I didn't get there and because I didn't know what questions I should be asking, I didn't know what I was missing. I wanted so badly to be successful but I didn't even know where to start - I didn't even know how to organize my life in such a way so as to set myself up for success, let alone, how to then design my life. Subsequently, I have gone through life just floundering - always dreaming of being someone someday as well as the dream of one day being successful; yet, I still find myself not knowing where to start or what to do. I am now 49yrs old, never been married, and I just lost my job at the beginning of December 2024 and I'm at my whits end. I'm choosing to look at this as an opportunity to start over again and hopefully create that life for myself that I've always dreamed of but I kid you not... I feel like I need someone to literally start with square one as though I were back in my childhood and someone were teaching me the things I need to know to eventually become a successful adult. I need help with discovery questions so I know what I need to be lookin at in my life and thinking about as well as working on. I also need someone to walk me through how to set good habits, good goals, and how to put processes and systems in place to make sure I'm accomplishing it all. And then I need someone to help me figure out a game plan to bring it all together and truly set myself up for success and make it work. There's sooo many 15 minute videos out there on this topic but they all just seem to ramble and I have yet to find a video, let alone, a series, let alone, a speaker that's been helpful in actually giving me questions to consider and action steps to take. I need someone to start with the baby steps at square one and walk me through it like a life coach would... I think you're the one who could truly make that happen. (I can't afford a life coach and I can't afford to take the Design Your Life classes at Stanford... I need something on UA-cam or at least, something within my currently super small income pretty please!!). HELP!!
Thank you so much for sharing your story with me. I can really feel the weight of what you're going through, and I admire your determination to start fresh and create the life you’ve always dreamed of. This really is a great suggestion for a video series ! I am very similar in how I grew up as no one really taught me how to be successful either lol. I wish I could tell you that I can commit to this series fully however I am heavily working on another project behind the scenes that is taking up a lot of my time. If I do this I can tell you there probably wont be anything glamorous with the editing. More of just me talking kind of like I did in this video so I will see what I can do! While I’m currently working on another project behind the scenes, I want to offer some recommendations that have helped me. One book that really impacted me is The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy-it helped me understand how to change my mindset and start attracting success. Additionally, tools like habit trackers, journaling, and setting small, manageable goals can really help break things down into action steps. Remember, it’s about taking one small step at a time. Start with defining your values and then work towards building the habits and systems that will support your growth. Wishing you all the best on your journey!
@@frankiemolinelli - I have watched and listened to soooo many videos, trying to catch a few nuggets here and few nuggets there but nobody seems to have taken the time to just do a solid "course" or series of videos that goes into it classroom style rather than what most tend to do - which is "interview" or "story time" style. There's soooo much jumping around and bouncing off the walls in those types of videos and they all do it - Anthony Vicino, Ed Myles, Dan Martell, etc. I can't be the only one who desperately needs someone to do a video series of classroom style teaching on this. I think you'd be great at this.
Very useful and practical tips and guidance on this very important topic. Thank you, Frankie. I will incorporate some of your suggestions into my individually customized planner which is Excel based. All the best of luck for the new year - 2025.
Dude what a great video! Glad you are posting more. I've been on a no alcohol streak as well and just recently a no caffeine streak I have found benefits from each of those as well.
so glad you enjoyed it. Thats awesome that you're experiencing some good results man for sure. The no caffeine is impressive...Its such a staple in my morning lol. Thanks for the support as always Adrian!
What a great perspective! Dig it man. And yeah Dallas is beautiful. I have friends out there (only been out there once years ago) but it is pretty awesome.
Appreciate you bro, thanks for watching!
I don't like alcohol it tastes horrible.
one less question to ponder on in your life so that is a positive! Thanks for watching
Hi Frankie, great video as I think this is your best yet. I can relate as not had a drink in the past couple of years. Would have one at holidays with dinner, but I also sleep and feel better. My go to drink is water or selzer with lemon or lime juice. Selzer if I want a fizzy drink. Also yes on the decreased flushed roseaca cheeks feeling. Loved this and your interaction with camera! ❤😊
Yes, the better sleep has been nice for sure. Appreciate you sharing your story and I’m so glad you enjoyed the video! Thanks for the kind words and support as always 😊
Hey Frankie. 57 yrs old here. Not an alcoholic, but always have had an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. I love my scotch and bourbon. Stressful job. Stressful schedule. I love my daily drink in the evenings, and it’s never just one. If there is one drink, when the glass is empty, it will wind up being 2 or 3. But never drunk. Im now on day 75 of no alcohol. And honestly, i feel great. There are many times when i miss it and the temptation is great. Will i ever go back to drinking? Probably. Drinking is very enjoyable, and social, and life is short. But for some, abstinance is just easier than moderation. And i am one of those people. But right now, i am certainly enjoying this no-alcohol streak. And I’m a doctor. Thanks for the video. All good stuff….and i love your dog.
75 days that’s awesome! Glad you’re enjoying your break and feeling good…I honestly think we all need that sometimes. Thank you for sharing and for watching the video !
This is the best advice that I have every heard in a very long time... Thank you! Any resources for positive self talk?
So glad that you enjoyed it! Some positive teachers that have really helped me with my self talk are more of the spiritual realm like Abraham Hicks, Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy, and of course Jesus. I took their teachings and created my own list of affirmations that I try to read at least once a day. Thanks for watching!
Who is promoting this? Yes it has been I thought a past view. Who are the influencers?
Moving Away 👌🏻💯
Good for you! I have had the best experience. I wish you well and thanks for watching !
Jesus wept. Drops the mic.
So true. The only two words that really need to be spoken on the topic. Thanks for sharing !
Def needed this reminder 💯
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching!
I cry tears of joy and laughter sometimes
The best kind of tears for sure!
I’ve been married over a decade & he has cried in front of me before. It brought me emotionally to me knees & broke my heart.
Thank you for sharing 😊
There’s a time and place where crying is a appropriate. Crying over something like a loved one dying, or losing everything in a house fire or disaster, it’s appropriate. If you cry over something like your coffee having one less sugar than you like, it’s probably inappropriate. It all has to do with emotional intelligence and emotional maturity. Me and my wife are open and honest with each other about everything. We’ve both had rough and difficult childhoods and upbringings, so we get each other on a deeper level. I’m also Autistic, ADHD, and BPD, my wife had severe ADHD. We’re both wired differently. She knows I’m strong and resilient, snd knows if and when I cry, there’s a reason for it and it comes from a place of deep inner turmoil with a real reason behind it. Im also one of those people who cries when I get insanely mad about some. I can either keep my composure, cry, and talk about it, or let my rage out, go ballistic and be violent about it. We recently lost most of our possessions in a disaster. Clothes, sentimental items, things we worked our asses for over the course of years trying to build a life together and now we have nothing to show for it. She was completely devastated, and I was angry. She cried a lot, and I cried because it sucked seeing her so upset and knowing there wasn’t something I could do immediately to remedy it. It sucked knowing the last 5-6 years of my life and everything I worked for was just gone. I’m genuine in every way. Idc what people think. I wasn’t being weak, I literally just watched our life together go back to square one. Not in terms of our relationship, but our hard work and success up to that point. Years of our dedication and perseverance through other hard times. It was a moment of mourning really. The loss of everything we had accomplished together.
A real man is someone who has the guts to be himself at all times.. Irrespective of whether people like him or not.. " This is me. I sure have flaws and I'm working on them. But fundamentally I am me and I will be me. Take ir or leave it."
I know this may be difficult for some of you because we live in an instant gratification world with the attention span of a goldfish…but how about we try actually watching the video BEFORE we comment!? I know that kind of crazy but it really is worth a shot lol . Thanks for watching everyone! Be light, be kind, be love 😊
Real men do cry
Men shouldn't listen to women on how to act and feel.
Aren't there exceptions though depending on the circumstances? What about that scene in Interstellar when Matthew McConaughey starts crying hysterically when he sees his daughter suddenly all grown up? I think that would break even the toughest of men.
LOVE that movie...that's quite a scene as well. Powerful stuff
Men cry alone because of internal pain and no one will care or help them generally. Women turn on the waterworks in public to get sympathy and get support and assistance in life. And it works for them. So they can never understand the man´s experience. Men cry when they need support from the tribe, but in today´s society you will never get it. Don´t cry in public if you can avoid it! You can´t change genetics and societal norms since forever. You will not get the help you need, and society will laugh at you.
I have BPD, undiagnosed for 39 years I didn’t have my family history. I’ve been crying a lot, and I don’t care anymore. I’m owning my diagnosis and want to change.
i like ur productivity videos but look, i dont like this kind of ranting and venting , kind of off topic. this topic doesn't concern me. your channel, of course u get to decide what u like to post, but i subscribe for a reason - to learn about productivity !
Happy to hear you enjoyed the productivity videos! I released a video a few months back titled "Im starting over on UA-cam". In that video I explain why I do not intend to continue uploading habit/productivity videos. To sum up...Im bored of it, it is not important in the grand scheme of things(life) and also I am being pulled to post more about spirituality, manifestation, positivity, and my overall thoughts/life lessons. If this is not what you signed up for, I totally understand! However I have to be true to myself and do what makes me happy(that's the most important thing for me). Thank you for your support through my productivity videos and if you decide to unsubscribe, all good. I wish you well 😊🙏
find this video helpful, i've been coming back several times to try to get myself motivated
I'm happy this video is helping you! Thanks for watching
Most successful guys I know care just as little about how ladies and society sees their manliness. They know they pull their weight and then some and are contributing to the society in actual productive ways. They've cried plenty in front of each other and help each other get back up. This is just sad
Men who dont cry cant feel anything..
sounds like you been crying a lot lately
Hokuto no Ken says otherwise.
Says who?
Men not crying is the same to me as Chinese foot binding: it is neither appealing, nor natural, and in the long-run, seriously hurts those involved. I only ever was attracted to men who cry because that means that they experience the entire gamut of what the human experience has to offer. Someone who cries deeply, can also feel deeply and love deeply. Those are signs of a true provider and trustworthy partner and friend.
if a man can't cry.....do you call it a man.....or do you call it terminator T-1000?
😂
I couldn't care less what society (specifically women) say what a real man is.
And there in lies the problem
@@australiagreg3179 Nope. F--- society. They asked to it----supporting this structure like a "real man" while they grift, cheat, steal, deceive, lie, and punish men for just being good for sake of goodness. Let it rot.
I think you should empathize the fact that you shouldn't show emotions around Secular men and women. For the simple fact that they're spiritually bankrupt and dead in the flesh. Therefore, most likely the outcome if you show emotions to them will be, They will scoff, mock, Gossip, make fun of you and to humiliate you. Therefore, my best advice would be, to find your soul tribe. People that are out of this word just like you.
I cry over sad stuff all the time. I never let anyone see me but I definitely have a proclivity to crying when I hear of sad situations or think about dead relatives, or ponder songs about disillusionment and such.
Amen, man. God bless.
Great video...and great scripture!❤️ Luke 1:37 - For with God nothing shall be impossible. ❤️❤️❤️
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching! 😊🙏
Crying is fine but it's as silly to overexpose this emotion as anger and other tantrums. Right time, right place, right circumstances and right people then I think you can take a risk and earn some sympathy and tighten bond with some people. But I know some people who do overuse it and I would feel foolish to give these people sympathy on regular..
The only woman you're allowed to cry to is your mother.
the weird thing is, women encourage men to quietly cry when it comes to sadness, beauty, joy, weddings or funerals. But when it comes to crying from a stressful day at work, or crying from experiences crime or injustice or anything else, its still kind of creepy.
Speak for yourself. I will sit shoulder to shoulder with any man & let him cry no judgement.
@@LauraSnow-in3nx Thats what I meant. Be free to feel over anything at any time. I was attempting to say many women will say "men can cry" but its very conditional. Which is not ok.
based
crying is ok, man or woman, having feelings and crying is ok even healthy.
Don't ever cry in front of a woman you have a romantic involvement with. It won't go over well. It will destroy her attraction to you. Don't listen to new-age nonsense. Women cannot abide by weak men who cry in front of them. It hits a strong negative nerve within a woman when she sees that. It terrifies them. Men cannot afford to appear weak like that. Women are deeply attracted to emotionally strong men, and repulsed by emotionally weak men. Do your crying in private. Trust me on this, young men.
Thanks for sharing. Some thoughts to consider. If you care what others think, then it is a decision made in fear not love. Also this isn't new age nonsense....this dates back to the biblical era as well. Here is a list of real men who wept in front of others...I don't think anyone would consider these men weak. I certainly don't. The Bible describes many men who cried in front of others, including kings, prophets, and leaders. King David: A courageous warrior who wept when his infant son died and when his adult son was killed Jeremiah: Known as "the weeping prophet" who cried out of grief for sin and its consequences Joseph: A great leader in Egypt who wept when he faced his brothers Peter: A strong follower of Jesus who wept at his own weakness in denying Christ Paul: A former leader who persecuted Christians who shed tears while writing to churches Ezra: Cried and threw himself down in front of the Temple while praying and confessing Jesus Christ: Cried in compassion for his friends and in grief over Jerusalem The Bible doesn't differentiate between men and women when it comes to crying, and it doesn't say that real men don't cry. In fact, many of the Bible's heroes, both male and female, have their tears recorded. To each its own, if you prefer to not cry in front of woman out of fear of what they think of you...then you do you. Thanks for watching the video !
Unfortunately, 'it's horses for courses re:crying. My father died from a vicious malignant stomach cancer last year. Disgnosis: August 30, 2022 Term. Date : the 16th January 2023 WEEPING: I cried in front of the G.U.T Surgeon. A nurse then showed me into a small room. You can discretely cry here. She concluded, 'let it all out. ' Do NOT CRY : She then said,' Please, DO NOT CRY in front of them. " Them " meaning terminal cancer patients. WHY : They, the terminal patient rely on yours, and the other family members hidden strength. The nurse explained this to me slowly and very carefully. She said, ' you can cry in the car, on the way to the hospital, 5:06 at home etc I took her advice Twice, I almost burst out crying in front of him. RESUJTS MY father lived 5 additional months. My father was supposed to pass away on or about the 16th January 2023. He actually passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday the 30th May, 2023, at 1:28 AM. I cried on the day he passed. As I said, use your discretion or discernment.
Great post. I have to wonder if the nurse would have reacted the same way if you were a woman crying though. It’s possible she would have due to the professional nature of the environment she was having to maintain. That was good of you to contain yourself for your father, and I know that he knew that he raised a worthwhile man when you were there visiting him. You should feel good that you got to extend his window and the time you spent with him, because we sure don’t know what we’ve got until it’s gone
It's really simple: men aren't allowed to have emotions (except anger, which is dismissed as not being valid), and are only useful as dildo-wallets.
