I use a 14 mg nicotine patch for ulcerative colitis, symptoms..... Which are beginning to improve after about 3 weeks..... It's a long story how i found out about this......
Nicotine was originally used as a pesticide = antic parasidic and it also has been a treatment for snake bites. Nicotine and niacine (Vitamin B3) are almost identical molecularly
I been put in some pretty dire states physically and nicotine kept me sane, gave me rest, and the issues were worth the homeostasis that was on constant inflation.
Dr. Bryan Ardis Nicotine and covid, loss of taste and smell from snake venom
Someone with fibromyalgia for over 20 years, nicotine does something good, it definitely has an effect on my muscle pain.
It increases blood flow!
A lot of people would definitely benefit!
Got understand why the American Indians used tobacco. They smarter than most
So not every day?. I have wanted to try the patches. When you said ask your doctor I had to laugh because if it isn't big pharma giving their acceptance, they are not going to even listen. I for one took ivermectin during my "C" sickness and popped right back after told that stuff would harm me.
Pure tobacco is is an excellent detoxifyer. Not western cigarettes
😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
I have never smoked, but for the last two years, I have been wearing a 7mg patch for 12 hours a day, so maybe 3.5mg/day. It has helped my long covid and mood. I have never felt an urgent in increase my dose. I would add that sleeping with it gives me crazy dreams, which is why I take it off 3-6 hours b4 bed
I used a 7mg patch for a 1/2 hour it made me sick at my Stomach And Dizzy to the point I couldn't stand up.
I chewed a 4mg gum with similar effects. Cut down to a half.
No doubt. These Morons trying to make curious people really sick. Nicotine poisoning Sucks bad. 7mg is enough to make most non-smokers ill
Right now@ 1 4mg lozenge. What's going on? Feels awful.
You do feel sick but your body gets used to it after a day or two
Thank you🎉
Nicotine and vitamin B3 have nearly same molecular properties?
What's the best and cleanest brand for nicotine patches?
Nic Nac has all natural lozenges sweetened with zylitol and flavored with essential oils. I steer clear of anything with questionable ingredients.
Dr. ardis has recommended rugby brand.
Can you cut the patches in half for a lower dose?
yes
Yes, I had to do that because the lowest dose I found at my local grocery store was 14 mg & I cut them in halves. I make sure to keep it safe in the original wrapper & away from small children & pets.
I have read that you should not cut most nicotine patches in half because it causes the patch to immediately release the nicotine. As a non-smoker I needed to use half a stage 3 patch at first, so I left half the cover over the sticky side of the patch when applying it. It worked really well that way.
@@Angel11l1good idea
@@Angel11l1 That’s True!!
Tucker released nicotine Pouches, not Patches. Pouches go in your cheek, Patches adhere to your skin. Minus 2 Credibility Points.
Pouches ruin the teeth and gums
Nicotine is in some vegetables
does nicotine have an effect on blood pressure?
Probably because they say don't smoke to avoid high blood pressure, etc heart health
Vaso constricting
Peer reviewed publications saying nicotine can help with long covid? So the fact that he uses this periodically to feel better, it sounds like an addictive SSRI TYPE event
If you had to lower your blood pressure with medication, and you have to take it everyday twice, are you addicted to that medication? If he needs a boost to his energy level, or for mental clarity, I don't see why not use it?
Why does 1 4mg loz make me so dizxy and feel awful? Bc im deficient or too much?
Too much . 2mg chew is better for us non smoker
@@onevalewa1131ok! Thank you. Yes, never smoked. 😊
You are never nicotine deficient, as the baseline is zero intentional intake. Don't take nicotine, it's extremely overerrated, and as a heavy user(8 years of pouches, 1 year patches) , I can confidently say that anecdotally, my cognitive function and general health has improved greatly after quitting. There's just this "docileness" when ingesting nicotine that comes from the dopamine hit, and due to the way nicotine works, it's EXTREMELY easy to get addicted. Granted, the health risks aren't as big as people make them up to be(the real culprit here is tobacco) but if you're not using it, there's no point in starting ever. Mainly the "problem" with nicotine is it's effect on the cardiovascular system. Depending on the way of consumption, more problems can arise(oral, lungs etc), but generally with patches it's only cardiovascular unless you react to the adhesive of the patch.
Is it beneficial for monoposal women?also childfen over 10 years of age with respiratory ,athm,..problem...Please i need answer.
Please do not use nicotine on pregnant women or children/ people below 18 years of age, they might have problems later on!

The fact you have to not say COVID19 is absolutely stupid!!!
Exactly, but from what I understand nicotine receptors block the virus …something like that.
Yea, that caused me to stop watching. WTF
Yep sickening
Biden has announced a war on nicotine now...😂 It won't last long! 😂
Thought nicotine was addictive??
Nicotine is Not addictive! It’s a chemical agent called Pyrazines that the tobacco industry put in Cigarettes, and other harmful chemicals to make you addicted. Nicotine saved my sister from rheumatoid arthritis.
Anyone should turn off s
This video should have been turned off from the first mention that Tucker Carlson, of all people is introducing a nicotine patch.
Nicotine is a very addictive and dangerous drug. Don't fall into the trap
You’re uninformed. It’s the additives that make it addictive.
@staceyrandall1766 you might want to re-check your facts on that as Nicotine is a very addictive drug, regardless of additives
@@easy_nator_gamer8498no, she’s correct
@ I smoked for almost 30 years and have a lot of actual experience with Nicotine replacement therapy and taking nicotine in different forms but sure go ahead and listen to her
@@staceyrandall1766 Claims the person is uninformed, makes a crazy claim with no info to back it up. It's not the additives that causes addiction, it's simple basic chemistry that nicotine binds to the CNS-type nicotinic acetylcholine receptors(even mentioned in this video!) and without boring you with details releases dopamine(which is basically our body's reward chemical). Our brain really likes this stuff, so it increases said receptors over time and thus we have an addiction. Anything really that ends up with dopamine release can become an addiction, but to say it's the additives just shows a lack of research and judge of sources.
Before people go "oh but potatoes, tomatoes and even tea contains nicotine, but I'm not addicted to that", then yeah, that's because cigarettes, pouches, chew and patches etc contains AT LEAST 100 times more nicotine than these sources. If I gave you 1 dollar every time we met, you wouldn't think much of it other than it's nice to see me, but if I gave you 100 dollars every time we met, you'd be actively searching for me.
Total bs. Nicotine isn’t your friend. Highly addictive.
Bot much????
Stop using your head as a butt plug.
Addicted are 599 chemicals they add to it, nicotine itself is pure nutrients, go listen to doctor Ardis show n find out the truth will set u free
Addiction is a behavioral issue not inherent to a substance. You are just a continuation of your lineage. What you had less/more of will be part of what your system deems valuable. Then you have your own will. So.
pyrazines is the addictive compound that induces addiction. nicotine is not addictive. do some homework.
