THANK YOU FOR THIS! I've been wanting to invest in some nice high quality brushed and has no clue were to start because there are SO MANY types. I'm excited to look more into R&L brushes
The only Royal Majestic I found say for Acrylic and Watercolor 7 piece set on Amazon. I need brushes for Oil painting on Canvas. Will these work too? I can't find any Royal Majestic for Oil paint.
This is so helpful 🙌watercolor and oils having different optimal brush types wasn’t something I anticipated, so this is appreciated. I’m definitely interested in that crooked neck brush, that looks incredibly helpful. Also, is that manganese blue hue I see you using here? 😉🤟🏻
I just got into oil painting because I'm taking painting this semester at school and it's not as bad as I thought it would be I just need better brushes lol so this was helpful
Man, your paintings come out so intricate, I would think you had two handfuls of brushes that you use. That's awesome. Is your cleaning coily brush cleaner still your favorite?
Thanks Happy. Were these all sable brushes or were some synthetic? I noticed there was none of those stiff hog hair brushes that are often used with oil. Which types of hairs are good for oil and why? :)
Tnx for this video! Can you please make one about what kind of paper do you use for drawing and painting and where do you buy it. thank you,you are amazing !!
no bristle brushes!? Those are essential oil painting brushes! Is there a reason you don't use them?? I used taklon brushes when I used to paint acrylics, and first used them when I started oil painting, then I got some bristle brushes and realize they were SO much easier, and held ALOT more paint. Nice videos though! Love the channel
Yep, everyone should have a selection of filberts, they're incredibly versatile.
Your love for the filbert is like my love for the angular flat brushes. Fantastic workhorses.
Thank you so much for this! I’m finding that filbert brushes are my favorite, too! I don’t like the sharp edges of some other brushes.💕
I work in acrylics, not oils, but I love filbert brushes too. I don't remember the last time I picked up flat brush when painting.
I'm excited to see the finished product of your mermaid painting. I'm for sure buying a Print of it :)
Filberts are also referred to as "cat's tongue"
Happy that there's a new video

Awesome new video
What editing software do you use for your videos ?
Mattzart probably adobe premier. That’s what most youtubers use. It’s kind of pricey though. I like Filmora a lot myself
